Do not recommend. Impatient and lack of training caused me to waste almost 50 on an item that broke after 3 uses. I was told I broke it myself and he refused any assistance.Waste of time and money.Ive spent a lot of money here but will not return or recommend!! Go to dispensaries for better customer service and overall satisfaction

Yet again one of these stores got me. I walked in for a yocan dive mini. Know a few people with one so i thought why not i like yocan. Anyways i go to purchase it and a pack of the xtal coils. I recieved only one individual coil instead of a whole pack and it doesnt even work. I also had a hard time getting tthe dive mini to stay working. Now the dive mini wont recognize the coil or any other coil after just one day and so i thought id try cleaning the connections off. Looked for anything out of place and found nothing. I will never shop at one of these places again. A sorry excuse for a business.

The people there are awesome! They have a huge assortment of smoking devices, tobacco, tubes, rollers, cbds, kratom, grinders, water bongs, glass, nectar collectors, cigars and, much more!! Decent staff, not the best but usually friendly and serviceable. Humidor contains moldy cigars. There is a sign explaining the difference between plume and mold, but there is most definitely mold on a good handful of sticks. Decent place if your looking for cheap glass though.

Went to this place looking for a new vape and the guy working there mustve been having a bad day because he was just unfriendly and acted as though he was doing me a favor just answering a couple questions. I felt hurried and left the place questioning if I even had a decent vape.The 2nd time I went there a different guy had a similar attitude. I needed a part of a pod and the guy was virtually silent. He pulled out a piece that wasnt even in a package at all and just rang it up and told me the total. I asked why it was just loose and never got a straightforward answer. I left having paid for an unpackaged piece and feeling like Id gotten played. Theres a bunch of other shops where Ive never experienced anything like this. Ill be sticking with those places now.

This place has been out of my stuff for weeks. Manager says he is not allowed to order dessert flavors only fruit. When I asked for a coil he didnt even know how to tell them apart. Product knowledge is not there books.

Have been going here for years. Will not be back. Cant keep tobacco in stock and when it is it is dry as all hell. How can you sell dry tobacco?? You can feel the dryness through the bag and feel it crunch. Take it off your shelf. And to stop your stamp program is another reason. I will be going to wild Bills from now on.

Underwhelming glass selection. nothing really heady or artistic.. on top of that they were pricey.. given this i would order online some basic glass before over paying here. also, dude behind counter didnt seem interest in helping me find what i was looking for.

2nd time Ive been discouraged by the sales clerk there from buying an item. Its like they dont want any customers at all. Also glass blown chillums are glass pipes so that 20% discount SHOULD apply to glass blown chillums as well.

Why purchase equipment from the internet when you can purchase it here for 3-4 times the cost? I visited this shop, again, after swearing that Id never return, only to find out that nothing has changed. Staff hover and pester the hell out of you; overbearing customer service does not make up for lack of selection; attempting to talk a would-be customer into purchasing the most expensive item in the store does not make up for lack of selection. If you happen to find a good deal, and you return later, you will find that the entire stock has been replaced with substandard junk at premium prices. I find it comical that stores still say that they can order and item if it isnt in stock; I can order an item myself, at a fraction of the cost, with no shipping charge, which is exactly what I did after visiting this shop. Dealing with this store is like trying to purchase a new car, from a dealership, if the sales person was high on cocaine. I rated one star because I could not rate zero stars.

I want to start from the beginning, I moved to the Kalamazoo area from Chicago and was interested in local smoke shops. Otters of course I knew about and I really like otters theyre probably one of the friendliest, best deala, and deals on merch. But I like options. Anyway I found wild bills on westnedge by shopping at pet plus supplies near by. Checked it out and to be completely honest, no variety at all, they focused mainly on local made or expensive cape juice, cape accessories and tobacco. Cigar, cigarette, rolling tobacco. They have smoking accessories which Im more into but no variety, simple, and all high priced, insanely high priced in all merch. I finally went to the tobacco shoppe after getting a large sale card in the mail. Never knew it was a smoke shoppe as in, glass smoking accesories, vape, etc. Amazing prices, fun variety, warm, knowledge customer service. First time I went in I was looking for coconut vape juice for a decent price. Unfortunately Im a Dutch cheap ass and bought some $5 stuff, regretted it. Anyway I over heard the employees bragging and saying how good this new vape juice is called snowcone. They were also talking to a customer about it and the customer was obsessed with it. For months (fell off vaping a little) I kept thinking about this snow cone, and the way they made it seem so amazing. Well I lost an item of mine chasing my dogs when they took off chasing some wild animal I couldnt see. So I went there to by a new one, since they have such good variety and deals on their glass products. Found the perfect glass piece, and finally bought that sbowcone vape juice. Wow they were right, amazing flavor! Its hard a new vapor to find a really good vape juice at a good price. Most of the time stores just try to sell me something they are told to get rid of and its crap. Just listening on tobacco shoppe employees convoy with their customers made me be able to find that perfect flavor of vape with the best price. Sbowcone is 20 bucks, 60ml. Great deal most vape that is as good quality cost about 20 for 30ml.Im just completely satisfied with the prices, deals, quality, variety and knowledge customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!!I purchased a vape pen on recommendation of one of this stores employes in their mid range selection. He was nice and helpful and I left feeling good. Regrettably when I made it home to use my new purchase I discovered that I had gotten a broken unit. I thought to myself no big deal, Ill just take it back and get a working one from the store I bought it from 16 hours ago which I still had my receipt forHowever when I get to the store another employee tells me that he wont exchange my product. He wont give me my money back. That I should contact the manufacturer (I guess despite the fact the company that makes the pen has no contact number) to get a new unit.I could not believe what terrible service I got. I mean thats why I am in a brick store instead buying the exact same products cheaperdelivered online.Stay away from this one guys save your self the trouble and buonline or from one of them many other smoke shops in the Kalamazoo area.
