I would not recommend coming here for a piercing. I came in with a friend and the piercer wasn’t wearing gloves, and also didn’t WASH HER HANDS after piercing my friend before trying to pierce me. Ew. We obviously stopped her and asked her to do so. She didn’t mark the position and let us check if we were ok with it. She didn’t ask what nostril I wanted pierced before trying to come at my nose with a needle. When we asked about after care instructions she said “whatever feels right for your body” WHAT?? I quickly called another shop to ask for their advice but long story short, don’t go here.

This is my first time going there and they were so kind. The guy that did my rook piercing was so cool and did it really quick and it barely hurt! Great experience and will definitely go again to get more piercings! Highly recommend to get your piercings here

Doug did amazing with me and my boyfriends walk in! We did a personalized with our handwriting tattoo song title by juice wrld and 999 after. He was very patient with us changing the font and extremely polite the entire time, took us back and it took about 40 mins for both of us to be done. And very good pricing. Thank you !

I will never go back to this place. I went to get my septum and a regular nostril piercing done. She did the nostril first and it went fine, when she did the septum she pierced it threw and started shoving the needle threw the other side of my nostril, she didn’t even notice until I said something and then she proceeded to blame me and said she couldn’t see the needle because my nose was too small. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got snake bite lip piercings done, paid $70, except she didn’t piece them right. They were very crooked and uneven, and they wouldn’t heal right because of this. I had to take them out because the infection wouldn’t go away, meaning $70 down the drain. Don’t Recommend. These photos show the infection in one, and the crookedness in the other.

Then when she was finished she wasn’t even gonna give my daughter any aftercare instructions. Until I said something to her. An my daughter still gave this woman a tip. I will never return there for any services again.

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment a week in advanced for me as a surprise, gave them all the details of what I wanted, had the appointment scheduled and everything. The day of the appointment we were told our artist went home, not a big deal, we were disappointed that no one contacted us to let us know however. We were told they would contact us for a reschedule the very next day. We received nothing. When we contacted them we were told they would talk to someone, to this we also got no reply. Basically our appointment was just brushed aside. This was extremely disappointing since we are not from that area. I am very surprised at the unprofessionalism of this establishment. The whole situation wouldve been solved if someone wouldve just done there job, but I guess customer service and making money is not for this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!This place doesnt comply with the Requirements for Body Art Facilities, which provides guidelines for safe and sanitary body art. My piercing became very swollen and hot, the earring was VERY UNSAFE for a helix piercing!

I made an appointment here to get my boyfriend a surprise tattoo. We came out of town to get it, only to be told when we got there that our artist had been home sick for a couple days and our appointment was cancelled. We hadn’t been told in advance. Another artist worked on a sketch for us and told us he’d text us later that night to reschedule for the next day. He never did, so I messaged Southpointe on facebook the next day. Someone told us they had to “talk to someone” to figure out an appointment time for us. They never got back to us about it. Over all, we are just disappointed by the unprofessionalism here.

I got a helix and daith piercing here by Grace, who is a goddess. Piercing was awesome, no pain and she listed to how I wanted my placement.I took bad care of my daith in the two months that followed (no daily saline rinse, used in ear headphones and pushed it around) and the piercing got badly infected—when I brought up my issue to Grace she advised me on how to reduce the irritation/swelling. Am glad to report her advice worked wonders and I believe I no longer have to get it removed!

Not a good experience at all. Waited for two hours on a walk in just to be told that I couldnt be seen that day. When the artist spelled my tattoo wrong three times I should have left. Doesnt look one bit like the tattoo we discussed. Zero privacy while work is being done, I felt like I was in the middle of the lobby. Maybe it was just my artist? Good luck if you go there.

Got a tattoo by Dave he did a good job at a good price. The only reason its not 5 stars is there is one line that isnt 100% straight but you have to be looking for imperfections to notice it. I would let him tattoo me again.

Took my 14 year old daughter to get a cartilage piercing. The ladies who helped us were great! Pricing was very reasonable and they did a great job. Will go back for sure.

The first time I went to get 2 very small (2x2) tattoos and waited up to two hours. Tommy gave me ZERO after care, it ended up turning into a scab (which isnt supposed to happen) and when it fell off, layers of ink were gone. Luckily, I have one free touch-up but after talking to other people I was told Im supposed to have free for-life touchups. I do plan on going to get my touch up soon, but in the meantime I got two new piercings. Only after I left and the area that got pierced got swollen, I realized that the ring she gave me was TINY. I know nothing about piercings but I do know that they oversize the heck out of jewelry when they pierce you, to allow room for swelling. Im not sure why she thought this was the right size. Literally my skin around the piercing is swallowing the ring. AND ON TOP OF THIS.... not a single employee wore masks. They just blatantly did not care about the fact that COVID is higher then its ever been. I do not recommend this place.

I came in with a sketch thinking I may get a tattoo, the artist played around with it and a half an hour later I had this amazing tattoo and it wasnt too expensive either. The artists are happy to work with you both visually and financially.

Horrible service, I had a clear PDF of what I wanted done and they couldn’t seem to do that even though every other tattoo place I’ve been to could do that. On top of that they where extremely condescending/rude and clearly tattoo elitists. Haven’t had a shop where I’ve walked out before even sitting in the chair. I understand if the artist has some tweaks they want to make to the design but they where being extremely unhelpful. Would never recommend to a friend

Went in with about four friends and we all wanted simple tattoos or piercings. Initially we were all really impressed with the work and the attitude of the workers. I got two small dog head outlines on the back of my calf that I was super excited for. However, now that mine has healed, it is very easy to see that the lines are not only uneven with the other dog, but the line thickness is not consistent on either of them! I wish it had been a little better done because they were so kind and their place was clean, inviting, etc.

Only reason I gave this place a four was because the guy who did my piercing didn’t really tell me what he was doing throughout the process. Granted I have anxiety and he was able to make me laugh and feel more at ease, but it would have been nice if he told me what he was doing when he clamped my nose.

Very reasonably priced, people are nice, work is done well. Will be going back

Walked in to get a cartilage piercing and was tended to right away. Everyone is very friendly, especially the woman who pierced me. 20$ piercings on Tuesdays are a great deal as well. Definitely recommend South Pointe Ink and will be returning in the future.

Me & my husband came in for matching tattoos and it was not a good experience, the tattoo artist tommy was very unprofessional bashing other artists and shops as well as the tattoos were over priced for the quality we got. I highly recommend NOT to come here for a tattoo. Im covered in tattoos and have been to many shops and Im just so dissatisfied.

Went in to get a piercing that I had called about an hour ahead of time and was told that they had someone available to do it. Upon getting there, I was told that the piercer was doing a tattoo and to just sign the waiver form.The guy then went to the back and chatted it up with the tattoo artist, leaving me standing at the front desk for about 15-20 mins with no updates as to how long I’d be waiting or if I should leave and come back. Another worker came in, sat down and then went to the back. I left and took my services to Crazy Monkey whom had much better customer service/communication.

Came in a few weeks ago, got my bottom belly button piercing, started to get infected, not sure why because I cleaned it like my top one. And the lady who pierced it put the ball on way too tight, I’ve tried and tried and I’ve had other people help me, but it is stuck and won’t come off.👎🏼

They took me in to get a tattoo done the day that I called about it and the ended up doing amazing work. the prices arent bad either. With all the color and detail in mine, I ended up getting it cheaper there than other places told me they would do it for.
