The owner was so amazing and helpful, great experience! We were back home for the weekend in town from Chicago headed to a friends and asked for an interesting bottle of wine. We explained what we liked and ended up walking out with three bottles, but of course! All three were so different, intricate and delicious. Very pleased and will for sure come back next time we are in town. Thank you for the recommendations and great service!

Market on Michigan Avenue is such a wonderful addition to downtown Kalamazoo. The store carries only the highest quality products and the ownership is top notch. This is the kind of place where an owner will take the time out of their busy evening to personally help you select the best cheeses and meats to create your own charcuterie board. This is the kind of stuff that really helps show how valuable markets like this really are, you won’t receive that kind of service everywhere. 10/10 recommend stopping in, whether you’re a local or passing through. Their deli sandwiches are also phenomenal 😊

This place is a hidden gem! I got a fresh made sandwich for lunch and it was delicious. Its such a perfect location to grab a quick bite or some grocery items.

We got married in September and hired MOMA for our cocktail hour and they created the most beautiful charcuterie/grazing board! Our guests absolutely loved the food and it was such a fun process picking out what we wanted with the MOMA team. They came to our reception venue and set up everything for the cocktail hour and then packed it all up at the end. Definitely would recommend asking about MOMA catering your event, they will work with you to find the perfect selections from local vendors and shops. Its great knowing that most of the food was from local providers!

Hands down the best sandwiches Ive had in Kalamazoo. Dont let the price deter you, the size alone makes it worth it. Theyve got a crazy expansive sandwich menu, super creative, and all delicious.On top of that, their butcher cuts are extremely high quality and very reasonably priced. Theyve got a little bit of everything in terms of grocery and random odds and ends. Pretty upscale coffee, wine, and beer selection.Plus the staff is terrific. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help you find what youre looking for.

A friend recommended this to me, and I have been hooked since my first visit. I’m currently working my way through their list of sandwiches. Have not been disappointed, and each one seems to be better than the last. 10/10

MOMA has brought incredible food and personality to the downtown Kzoo area. They recently catered a small work Christmas party for me and the food was superb! They went out of their way to deliver and provided us with timely service a great presentation.I also cant say enough about their sandwiches. Check them out for lunch!

Awesome shop! Had an amazing lunch of pulled pork, beans and rice with collard greens. Delicious! Great for lunch and I hear breakfast is coming soon! So glad to have this market downtown.

MOMA is a pretty nice little market for upscale groceries. I have found both Madcap and Intelligentsia coffee in stock which is not very common. There is also a pretty nice yet small wine and beer selection. The groceries are a little expensive but high quality. The sandwiches and soups are definitely the highlight of MOMA. I really enjoyed the curry chicken salad and dill pickle soup.

This Microgrocery bridges the gap between city living and local eating. With the consciously sourced foods and astoundingly high quality, I plan to use MoMA Kzoo for all my grocery needs. Their hot bar is perfect for a pick-up lunch option as well. Nothing but praise!
