Dropped my phone off for a screen repair it was completely shattered. Although they put a nice new screen on my phone. There was some internal damage done during this repair, I tried to see if they would at least open it back up to make sure everything was put back properly. And they would not. I wasn’t asking for it to be done free of charge. I asked for help with it and I didn’t mind paying whatever it would cost to have someone take a look to make sure everything was put back properly and they wouldn’t. They were very short and rude all I got was “can’t help you file another claim” come to find out during this screen repair the SIM card reader was damaged. I would NEVER return or recommend this place. They need to work on their customer service!! 🗑 🗑

WOW! Fast turnaround time. They tested my phone for any other troubles before they replaced my battery on my Samsung S10e. They were finished in less than 2 hours. Signed up for an appointment online. Wonderful customer service called me to verify what I needed done! Dont see that kind of personal touch very often.

I had problems with my iPhone se (1st gen). I know it’s old😊. The lock button was broken. I called and they said they had the parts to fix it. Got my phone back in about 2 hours. Good as new. I’ve been to them about 4 times now. Always very good service. Recommend them to anyone and everyone. Saved me so much money and time.

Brought my Pixel 4 XL in for a battery problem ( known issue with the phone), it took a little bit of time but it is not an easy repair. All the staff I dealt with were very courteous, professional, and friendly. My phone came back undamaged and working well, no loss of data or functionality. Very impressed with the whole experience. I would recommend them to anyone,. They are now my official go-to place for phone repair or service.

My daughter gave me her iPhone X but the ear speaker was barely audible. Without opening the case technician Brad M. tried to clean it. No change so he ordered ear speaker replacement and I put half down. Two days later part was in and I dropped off my phone. When I came to pick it up, Brad informed me he owed me money! Once they were able to open phone all they had to do was clean the inside ear speaker! Cost was only $19.99 opposed to quoted $99.00! I appreciate Brad’s honesty! He could have changed the part and I would never have known!! Refreshing to know there are still honest retailers who employ honest employees! Just as another customer has reported, your device has water damage.... Son took a #Google #P4XL in for the extended battery warranty coverage which would have been the 3rd battery covered in 3.5 months. Originally serviced in July, then again in September and now again in October. This time, amazingly enough, uBreakiFix reported water damage we/Google will not cover it. Keep in mind, its been two weeks since the last battery replacement and the phone was not exposed to any water. Nor did they report any water damage in any of the prior attempts to fix the device. Id exercise extreme caution, both with Google supporting the P4XL, that has known battery issues, and uBreakiFix as a warranty claim center working for Google.

What? Repaired in under 45 minutes. Chris was an unexpected surprise!!! Dude rocked the job and got me up and running quicker than a lightning bolt streaking across the sky. Seriously amazing job! My computer is only 9 months old and a fee days ago, when I turned it on it sounded like a jet plane taking off. I suspected my fan was the issue,but wasnt positive. UBreakiFix not only diagnosed ahead of schedule, but also didnt charge me to diagnose. The issue was a bug that somehow got into my computer. (How the #%!! does that even happen).Fast. Friendly.

Sent in my working 120gb Zune for a new battery as the original 12 year old one was holding a charge less and less, with about 3 weeks of no contact after shipping my device i received an email stating that.Unfortunately your device was found to have liquid damage. Due to the corrosive nature of liquid damage, it is unlikely that any repair performed would be successful for any extended period of time. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we are unable to repair your device.which seemed odd as i was not looking for a repair as i had sent a working device.So i called and they informed me that the battery replacement had been done and that the device no longer charged.So i guess A+ for attempting the battery replacementF for ability to do so without breaking your thingand B+ for having actual people to talk to and tell you your device is dead sorry not our fault it had water damage.They did offer to recycle my device for free though so that was nice.P.S. i still harbor suspicions that there was no water damage and they just messed up.

PS4 randomly started breaking down so I take my console to get repaired. I tell him what was happening and he immediately pinpointed all the most likely problems told me how much it would cost, and even asked me for my work hours to know when to call or text me. Got me out in less then 30 minutes, and got my PS4 back in one day just like the brand new. This place is amazing quality, amazing value for how good they work, very professional workers, and very responsive. Wanted to get me out of there as quick as he can, and I can say I was amazed at how quick it was all done. Definitely recommend this place.

I went there to see if they could fix the charging port on my phone.A very friendly technician looked at it, smiled and said I see your problem. He said, its dirty. He took it back to the work area and had in back to me in about 5 mins. He handed it back and I asked him how much I owed and he said no charge.They are very professional as well as friendly.

Went in for a phone repair and found it just needed cleaned out; which they did free of charge. Also was going to get a tablet fixed, but they cross referenced the current market value and found I could get a new one for less than the cost of repair. Great service

Very speedy and professional repair of my Samsung Galaxy Note 9s cracked screen. Staff member was very personable and helpful. Highly recommended, especially if you have a phone that has water resistance as a lot of the other repair places cant or dont properly repair the watertight seal around the screen.

Came in with a broken screen on my Samsung Note 10+, and after a conversation with a very knowledgeable staff member I decided to have them repair the damage. He quoted me the price and told me that it should be ready in about 3 hours. About an hour later I got a call at my office saying the phone was repaired and I could pick it up at any time. This thing looks like its brand-new! I would highly recommend this location for anybody that has phone damage and dont want to upgrade their phone.

I dropped my white iPad mini 4 to be fixed for a broken LCD screen. Before I left, they checked to see if they had any in stock and a box for one with white was written on it was brought out. I was told it would be fixed in 2-3 days. Only day 3 I called the store since I hadnt heard anything and was told they had to order a part since they only had black LCD screen. I was told it would arrive a couple says later. Very inconvenient being told something would be fixed quickly to have it take twice as long on the day you were supposed to have picked it up. They dont communicate if something went wrong and the online tracker they have is completely useless if they have to order a part. Would not recommend

I had my note 9 fixed here last July. They use high quality OEM samsung parts. Theyre very professional and can get the repair done same day as long as youre in early enough. Connor and Dalton helped me when I was there, they were very polite and professional. I definitely reccomend this place.

Appointments dont mean anything. You can show up and have the same priority as a walk in. Also, they dont actually pay attention to what your problem is... So good chance they dont have the parts. They know there are not a lot of options and so you will be treated accordingly.

Brought in an old iPod Touch for a battery replacement. When I got it back the battery bar indicator still drained extremely quickly so initially I thought I might have been scammed, but Steve offered to take it apart again and showed me that it did in fact have a new battery and he also offered to work on it some more to try to get to the bottom of the charging issue. Steve is an honest guy who stands by his work and goes above and beyond to take care of customers.

Took my Xbox One in to be serviced. Came up to a black screen. Guy hooked it up to a display and called me back to see. It was working fine. He could have charged me, but was honest. Great job. Polite, professional and honest.

Brought in an old iphone SE with a battery that should have been replaced year one. Phone was unresponsive, but based on smart diagnostics they thought a new battery would do the trick. They were right! I now have a working phone with a fully functioning battery that should last a few more years. Lesson: Dont buy a new phone until you talk to uBreakiFix. They were willing to put in the new battery when WorstBuy wouldnt. Saved me $400-$700.

Great service and price for my repair. My only criticism of ubreakifix was i gave them a clean phone and they brought my phone out covered in fingerprints all fresh ones. During this pandemic maybe they should wear gloves or at least sanitize phone before handing it to you. I asked the man at the desk to please clean the phone which he gladly did with alcohol. Otherwise they are excellent. Please be more aware of the sanitation of handled phones!!!

I brought in my dad who had recently broken his phone. While they couldnt transfer information from the destroyed phone to the new phone, Dalton really helped us with a Google issue we couldnt resolve. I appreciated his patience with us (I had to yell because my dad is so hard of hearing) and his password had a swear word! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Hesa character. Bought Pixel 3a off Amazon, charging port went kapoop after 3 months. Went to uBreakiFix following Googles instructions, phone still under manufacturer warranty, cost me nothing and phone was fixed a couple hours after dropping off. They also cleaned the charge port of my other Pixel 2 because of a loose connection for free. Pixel 3a has worked for 6 months since with no issues!

Everyone that knows me, knows that i like everything in perfect shape. So when my Note 10+ took a fall to the floor and i shattered my screen, i was heart broken. The gentlemen on the phone was very kind, and thorough about everything they could do for me. I was able to bring it in, and a hour and a half later it was fixed like BRAND NEW. Every part they showed me ... and what they replaced, everything was OEM original Samsung parts. I will be using this company again in the future for sure.

Still using the 1st Gen Google Pixel, and thanks to these awesome peeps, Ill continue using it for at least another year! Still holding out for the right one to come along; havent found it yet! But no worries because these guys changed the battery and its as good as it was in 2016 now 👌!
