So happy with the service I received today. We had Jack as our sales rep. He was very funny and great to talk to, we also had a good conversation with the store manager she was very kind and convinced us to get accessories! We wanted to make sure they would meet their goal so we purchased some, I also got a new phone, and we got on a plan with more data and it will save us about 30$ a month and I got the newest iPhone rn (not the 13) but way better than my 11. 256GB finally room for storage I wanted on my devices. Thank you AT&T I will forever be a loyal customer!

I was there for two hours over an update but the employees were so cool and fun to hang out with in the mean time. We had an awesome chat about the west coast, moving, and personal livelihood, and I really appreciated getting to know them randomly on a personal level.Usually going to a phone/cable store sucks, but with thoughtful people like that it’s all good.I appreciated the conversation and the help getting my new phone set up.

The Employees of this store are very professional. If you need help with an account matter; I would recommend this store. They are most likely to be up front, and Informidable, and generally care for the costumer. I will say that at any business; to find an employee that truly cares about your experience, and makes sure you get what you need is very rare these days.

The employee that helped me get my first “iPhone “ (I’m a senior) was the greatest and most patient sales person. I can’t thank him enough. His knowledge was substantial and it helped me a lot. I’m not a “tech” person. He was so assume.. thank you.. I wished I had his name ( my receipt was with my family account) but... he his a tall man - the only other person there was a female ... you know who you are...I was with my wonderful daughter in law .. thank you !

I purchased 2 new Samsung phones at Walmart last month. The salesman was an AT&T representative and did a great job advertising for AT&T Services and prompted us to switch service from Verizon to AT&T because and he would be able to save us money between our phones and internet for our TV services. I received my first bill from AT&T which was easily $100 more than I was expecting on the bill and what we learned from that bill was that two phones and tablets that we assumed was three devices for a 3 device price of $60 each per person turned out to be inaccurate information and our bill turns out to be $85 a month per person with some extra taxes added on. My bill turns out to be $171 a month which is more than my Verizon bill was for the same service and unfortunately our reception at our home is no better. So we switched to AT&T services costing me an extra $100.00 to change providers and got absolutely nothing for our efforts but aggravation. Our tablet never was switched correctly and still is not useable. We went back to Walmart but that AT&T rep quit. To say I am so disgusted with AT&T is an understatement. Plase tell me why I should continue with AT&T?The salesman from my most recent visit was nice enough but explained the Walmart crew is not AT&T employees and he couldnt help us. I guess somehow the consumer is supposed to know this. The paper work fron the Walmart salesman had AT&T logo all over the contract. What is the consumer to think.

New safety measures are in place so be prepared to show ID before the door is unlocked and you are allowed in. Plenty of space available so distancing is easy. I went in for a wall charger and found that the cable and the wall plug are sold separately. Each run around $30! The salesperson even said they can be found cheaper at Walmart or on Amazon.

My salesman Sean did a great job but the iPhone charger cord that I purchased, when I open the box the cord already had the end broke them off that is supposed to plug into the iPhone. Now I’ve got to take it back and hope I get an actual one that works. Wish me luck…

I worked with Mariah at the West Main store last week and she made my week. There was a miscommunication about ordering my upgraded phone and getting the right amount of data storage. The employee I worked with before no longer worked there by the time I came in to resolve the issue. Mariah was able to find out what had happened and was SO HELPFUL in resolving my issue. I walked out of my appointment feeling very satisfied and pleased with the service I received. Thank you again!!

I came into the store on a Sunday afternoon to switch service from my previous provider. Upon walking into the store I was immediately greeted by Cayla T. She was very knowledgeable and made the transition very smooth. There was a slight hiccup with my old provider in regard to porting the number but Cayla was able to get it resolved quickly! Great experience!

Mariah was extremely professional and an absolute delight to work with. She was patent while I was communicating with my other family members that I share my account with, and had excellent advise. She was so patient with me and helped me get all of my information transferred to my upgraded phone, and did it all with such a warm personality. Mariah was beyond professional when helping my mom and I upgrade our plan and get new phones. She was super patient with us and very helpful when explaining things when we had questions. She was kind and making small talk with us, taking interest in both of our jobs and discussing all the craziness that is COVID-19. I would recommend Mariah and this store to anyone I know. I went to the store on an early Sunday afternoon and thought it would take forever to get through the new phone process. I was greeted immediately by Cayla T. She was professional and friendly. She knew what was in stock and helped me make a good choice for my needs. She was able to transfer and set my new phone up in less than 15 minutes. I was really happy with my whole experience. The store also used masks, hand sanitizer and distancing. Everyone complied - happy to see!

Visited this AT&T and I got Mariah, she spent two hours helping me resolve my problems also making my sales she is very patient understanding and she will work and find a solution to your problem before sending you home. I have experienced before where they just do a few things and call customer service and then wind up sending you home, your problem is still not resolved waiting for a phone call from advance tech-support, but she actually went the extra mile and I appreciate that thank you Mariah 😊

Well rated 5 stars 2 years ago for great customer service and a switch to FirstNet.Update 10/2021: it went to 3 Stars, customer service overall is good but nothing really gets resolved. Left FirstNet as that is a useless service around Kalamazoo greater area. I still am with AT&T and expanded my service as its cost effective for me, for now!

These guys are awesome. I upgraded all five phones to the newest iPhone and I’m only paying $8 more!!! Very helpful and informative. I am so glad that the Sprint Store by Costco on Stadium did a poor job of representing Sprint. Otherwise I would have made the mistake of switching. I just read several horror stories about Sprints cell and customer service!!I referred my wife’s brother to AT&T today as well!!! Overall their service is impeccable!

I am not sure from the other people who reviewed because they might have had talked to different people. I had a very pleasant experience talking with the AT&T representative Courtney and the manager Tony. Both were courteous, polite, and professional. Courtney was very helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure I received the plan I wanted at the price I was quoted for. Also, the store manager Tony went out of his way to help me and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my service. It is my first time with AT&T and because of these two hard-working professional, and polite employees, I think I will be staying with my AT&T service based on the customer care they gave me and their willingness to go above and beyond to help me out.I hope AT&T hires more professional workers like this and really understands the value they have in bringing business to their company. I am just starting to evaluate the cell phone service, but if it is even 10% of how polite their customer service at this location with Courtney and Tony were, I feel I will be a long time customer and recommend this specific store location to my family, friends, classmates, and professors.When you go to the store, just ask for Courtney or Tony. Both are EXTREMELY helpful and corrected the mistakes of others. I had a wonderful experience today! I think most of the negative reviews have to do with at&t as a network rather than the service that this location provides. I forgot her name, Laura maybe, was very helpful in letting me know about deals without being too pushy. In helping me put on my case and screen protector, she was very particular so as not to leave any bubbles. I felt very well taken care of and it was super fast.

Every time Ive been in, the staff has been very helpful. I usually know what Im going in for and have all the things I will need, but from there the staff is nice and walks me through the rest. The ability to scheduled an appointment online helps with wait times, and makes the customer rep know what they will need to make sure everything is fast and easy. My first choice if I have to go to the AT&T store in Kalamazoo.

Called to report fraud by someone using my ATT mobile to purchase a phone at Best Buy-I was given AT&T fraud line-which I called and after 45 minutes on hold due to busy-I called the store to let them know and was told -well they are busy and have had to hold for at least an hour. No apology -zip- How can anyone think this is acceptable? I have still not be able to get through to AT&T fraud. During this hold for AT&T fraud I heard many time how Direct TV is rating No1 in customer service-too bad AT&T did not copy this--I just hope now that they own Direct TV they dont screw it up!

Consistently lied to. Consistently. We have never been told the full truth regarding services, promotions, or products. Every rep in this store has a terrible attitude and no one has ever been helpful. We’ve waited for over an hour just to be given the run around about whatever it is we are in there for. They dont have anyone waiting to put you on the list and then people that have just walked in the door end up way before you even when youve already been waiting 30+ minutes without any acknowledgement at all. Do not use AT&T! They were dishonest from the very beginning When we find out they lied to us about everything to do with the phones, just to get a sale, we had to go back and exchange them. And because they lied to us about the billing we have fought with them every month since because the billing is never correct. I had a unique situation involving my job come up talk to several reps to try to make sure that it went okay they lied to me when I called to get it fixed the 2 reps said they could see in the notes where the person agreed to help me out and said this is how it would work. However we dont care give us a lot of money right now Im currently paying an extra $500 because their representative was either poorly trained or flat lied to me and AT&T does not care they said pay up or else! they are a crooked and will screw you do not sign up for service with AT&T.

If you value your time. DO NOT GO HERE. Slow service. Had to come back and wait in line again to get my contacts transferred. They were going to send me on my way with no contacts and still had to call CS and download an app to finally get transferred. What a pain. And if they tell you your bill is $40, do not forget to add up to 10% on top of that for taxes which WAS $4 my first month so you go figure how much that is (they tell you it is up to 10% but is actually 10%). Shouldve stayed with Metro PCS. Nothing better here. Update: Taxes are actually 11%.

If I could give zero stars I would. This all started with an in home switch. We were told that we would receive a $650 gift card to switch to AT&T from a different carrier to pay off the contract. We were instructed to give them our final bill from the previous carrier. We did this and our gift card never came. I received a final notice and my husband took that in and said hey you guys were supposed to take care of this and it’s not being taken care of. They said they needed the original final bill. I don’t have a final bill because I already gave it to you guys. Then I received a notice that it was getting sent to collections.... Now I’m FURIOUS. These people and this company are terrible. They consistently lie to get sales. I was very upset for many reasons with AT&T, so my husband and I decided to switch to a different carrier. We paid off my sons phone so we could unlock it and bring it with us to the new carrier. We paid about $270 to pay off the phone. I was sitting in the new carriers store with the AT&T service rep on speaker and I said, “I am sitting in the Verizon store now. So now that the phone is paid off, It will be unlocked and we will be able to activate through Verizon correct” and the response was “Yes, ma’am”. Was that true? Apparently not. Then we were frustrated and we went into this store where the manager straight up said, “He was just telling you what you wanted to hear. That’s not true, there is a 24-48 hour waiting period”. Really? Just telling me what I wanted to hear? That’s not ok. The manager said that he couldn’t unlock it in the store and that it had to be done online. I was frustrated but I gave it a try. I typed in the IMEI on the website to unlock the phone and the website came back with an error saying that the device was not eligible(meaning not paid off). Yes, it is paid off. The money came out of my account. Now EXTREMELY frustrated we call customer service. We went through 7 different transfers for an hour and a half before we could get someone to help us. AT&T used to be an amazing company and now they are just going down hill and will continue to go down hill. Never again will I waste money on this company again. I will be taking this issue to court because I have been robbed, cheated, and lied to and this company can not continue to do this.

Got jumped at the door by one of the sales staff. Two things right off the top, take the enthusiasm (or caffine) down a notch, learn more about your ptoducts. I went in to possibly upgrade from my S4 and he either didnt know the difference between the Samsung models or wasnt interested in selling me on one. Told me to come back after the holidays for better deals.

The screens and things were playing annoying superhero movie things, and a TV on the back wall played a Christmas movie.
