Love coming to this Starbucks! The drive thru line is usually insane, but it goes fairly quick. I typically order through the online app, and about 10 minutes later when I arrive to pick it up, my coffees are all ready! Super friendly staff, I feel like this place is my third home!

Good service & the drinks were soo good! We were hungry so we tried the tomato 🍅 mozzarella thing heated up & I was not disappointed!

It took over 20mins to get my Iced Grande Latte

Lobby has reopened even though sign says otherwise. And drive thru lines can get very long. Service is fine apart from that. Appreciate the folks that work there.

So I bought these reusable coffee cups was so excited . So I made my coffee to leave and the cup was so hot I dropped it on my foot and burned it and made a mess didnt expect the cup to be so hot because they where reusable COFFEE CUPS.. very disappointed

The baristas were very polite and lovely. The drinks were done fairly quickly however, the bathrooms were in a really bad state. The sinks had a lot of grime and the toilets were dirty as well. Cleaning definitely needs to be done immediately because it is in a really bad state.

In line about 520 today and it took FOREVER. Maybe one car moved every ten minutes. I eventually just left . I arrived with time to spare before an appointment and ended up late.

Staff was kind, fine. However, over 20 minutes wait despite only 6 cars in front + ordered ahead via the app for first time... pretty ridiculous.

We had to stop at this location on our way out of town and I have severe dietary restrictions/dont normally stop at places until I do research so I had to ask about sugar content in drinks. The barista made some rather fatphobic assumptions about what I was looking for, then proceeded to lie to me and gave me a drink I cant have. I called to let them know about the issue, and the response they gave me over the phone was very dismissive. No apology of any kind, no thanks, just okay Ill let them know and that was it. I dont live here so I dont have to deal with this again but I also want other folks to know that if you go here, do your research well in advance because the baristas are not trained well enough to handle dietary restrictions.

Things have come a long way since they introduced vegan options. When Im traveling, its always a good option. Now, if we can just get gluten free options...

Your typical Starbucks. But if you’re going to the drive thru, be prepared to wait 20+ min. I’ve had this happen multiple times, pretty much any time. Also, the parking lot is tiny, difficult to navigate, and hard to get a turn out onto the main road.

New store in last year. They didn’t miss a beat. Worth the wait.

Great variety of drinks, like the coffee most.

Its Starbucks, and theyre virtually all the same. Right now (Nov 2020), the hours might be wonky, and did create an issue when placing a pickup order (store was NOT open when I placed the order, and it was not communicated, requiring me to cancel my order. A whole other issue, but specific to corporate and not the location itself).Overall, very friendly and helpful staff. Pretty quick service, and a great area for sitting and visiting, studying, or just to purely enjoy your coffee and snacks.

Ordered my coffee as an online pick up in store order. Went in to get my coffee and was greeted by an employee, but then turned around and went back to work, ok no problem, went to the cash register to get my order, there was a lady in front of me, fine, then in walked a young blond girl and the employee behind the counter that originally greeted me stopped what he was doing to help her first. The gentleman that helped me was very nice, but customers should be helped in the order they came in, not because the employee thought she was cute.

Sometimes the drive through wait is long but well worth the wait. One barista in particular, Camille, is very kind and personable. She took time to get to know me while my drinks were being finished. Today I went through the drive-through and as soon as I said, large dirty chai with four shots she immediately recognized my order and greeted me by name. Its my my favorite location to frequent!

I’m from FL, I was desperate to find some sweet tea because I had not had any since I got to MI. None of the surrounding major fast food chains had sweet tea. Thankfully Dorcas saved my day and filled my craving. She was as sweet as my tea! She made great convo, she was so funny, and VERY helpful. She made my experience amazing. I’ve never been so impressed by the service from a Starbucks, even back home in FL. When we come back to MI we will be sure to stop by and visit this Starbucks. And hopefully we will get to see Dorcas too!

I thought a pick up order would be speedy but I’ve been waiting for over an hour for a hot chocolate and a danish. :( Very disappointed. Never had an issue like this anywhere else.

I ordered a dragonfruit venti with extra dragonfruit with coconut milk and I didn’t get any dragonfruit, just got the seeds. How pathetic are they? The workers don’t care at all. Just a bunch of snot faced spoiled, lazy, entitled probably college students. I will never go to this store again. The worse store on the planet. The owner should go there sometime and see what’s going on. Just threw money away and gave a a tip to boot. I have a tip for them for sure!!!! Can’t write what I really want to say but you can probably guess!!!

Only thing I ever buy at Starbucks is chai tea latte. This one was mostly milk. No chai tea flavor.

Usually stop here but not anymore. Filthy place cover everywhere floor looks like it hasnt been mopped in a few days. Or any of the counters cleaned. 3 people working well i guess they were.

Love the mochas and the breads. Lemon loaf is fabulous but the pumpkin bread was awesome too.

This location is consistently inconsistent. Someone needs to be training the employees how to make the drinks on the menu and how to take an accurate order. I dont know how I forget this from time to time and stop on my way through, but WOW it is EVERY single time without fail. Ordered a nitro cold brew with vanilla sweet cream and vanilla sweet cream cold foam and got cold brew that was warm, with no ice with plain cream and unsweetened cold foam. This is not anything I would drink. What a waste of $6! Too bad I was on the phone when I took it from the woman at the window and didnt drink any until I was way up the highway. What a drag. Thankfully theres another one in Byron Center on my way to where Im going. Its hard to believe how many times they have messed my drinks up. To top it off, my drink doesnt even have the order sticker on it so who knows what this drink truly is.

Im surprised to see a lot of people saying this location has rude employees because every time Ive visited here everyone is pretty friendly, even when theyre getting slammed with drive thru and foot traffic.The drive thru is painfully slow though. My average wait time on ordering is around 10-20 minutes. The only time Ive seen a short line is 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday. Youre better off using their app to order then walking in to grab it after about 10 minutes. While waiting in line this morning, I counted 5 people who walked in for drinks and walked right back out with them before traffic in front of me moved.Drinks are usually made right with no issues. I had one pumpkin spice latte a few days ago that was a bit off on texture. No issues besides that though.

My drink was great! And so were the workers here. Very upbeat and friendly.

I tried to come once but they had no signs showing they were closed. So and i several others waited at that drive through for no reason. More recently, I ordered online and when i came in to pick it up i waited for about 20 minutes. They never told me it was ready. For other people who tried to make mobile orders, they didnt tell them they were out of the ingredients until they arrived and asked for their order.

Literally the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Rude baristas and drinks were a disappointment. If you’re not looking to wasting your time and money, avoid this location.

The absolute slowest Starbucks Ive ever visited. Actually, its the slowest drive through experience Ive ever had. I spent almost 30 minutes waiting to order. If I hadnt just ridden my bike 100+ miles through the night with no sleep Id have left but Im a slave to caffeine so...

They made the wrong drink and because they are so behind / slow im taking the incorrect drink Brusters seem to have no concern that she higher than me an iced macchiato when I was supposed to be hot even the sticker just caramel macchiato not iced what ever tho I always have issues with this specific Starbucks and no one ever seems to care inside

I decided to try their sandwiches for the first time instead of just getting a drink. Ordered a tomato mozzarella... Which had not a single tomato on it. I like that it was warm, but dissapointed that I spent $6 on a sandwich where they left the main topping off

Waited for over 15 minutes for my one drink. I had to ask them where it was. No apology offered. They were not that busy on a late Saturday afternoon.

Never makes the drink correctly.. I understand people are in training maybe but it get irritating after awhile.

Soooo happy theyre back open!! I think they were more overwhelmed than they were prepared for, but were all learning.

Quite perfect little place to have a cup and get some work done. Right off the beating path. Parking was easy and plentiful. Service was fast and very knowledgeable. Will continue to go and enjoy my time.

Think overpriced and CEO is a clown. Would never set foot in one. But wife likes to collect the coffee cups. When in Europe or Brazil I liked them better than I do in the states.

Placed our order, upon paying for it and receiving our items. The drinks started coming out completely wrong, the wrong size, the wrong toppings. My card had better state a refund difference between the two. The young man at the window was trying. Yet and still its printed out for you.

It was the worst experience ever. I thought ordering on the mobile app would be quicker and they made me put extra money on a card that I did not want to do and the instructions werent very clear, so I spent more than I wanted to because there system made me confused. Also I ordered on the mobile app and showed the barista like it told me to do and she told me to pay but I already thought I paid so I asked her and she said no no nothing is linked like that so I purchased another one. I look at my bank statement while I wait and notice they did charge me twice so I went over to pick up my drink and there were 2. I did not want to buy 2 I only wanted the one but she said I didnt pay when I clearly did. Your employee need to be informed and not incompetent.

Starbucks on Westmain never can fill my order. (5 diff times)They seem to be always out of one thing or another (that I order) So go to the one in Target. They can fill your order.

I go to Starbucks twice a day in Kalamazoo and frequent several of the Kalamazoo locations. The 5370 W. Main St location has the best service and most friendly staff. Very quick service and professional employees. Seems to be one of the most busy locations also but I never have to wait long at all

Location is very busy due to its location. Drive-Thru is mainly efficient, but at times can take awhile. Inside is laid out kind of odd and usually wont have much room to sit.

Boxes...like stacks of them near the pay station. Poorly stocked shelves. Super runny like water ...didnt give me my change because of a coin shortage ...then i look thru the window and all the employees were playing quarters!

Today, I got to Starbucks drive thrue and when I finished my order, I realized I didnt bring my purse. So I called back to him through the speaker and asked them to cancel my order. They kindly said, Merry Christmas, please pull up to the window, we got it. So nice about it and genuinely happy to do it. Made my heart grow three sizes this holiday season.

Fast efficient decently friendly service. I mean its a pretty standard Starbucks. Nice interior design. Could use more room at the counter. Gets log jammed when busy.

After they opened for dine in after covid 19 . They started to kick people out from 11:30 until 2 pm. For no reason. So if you are working on you computer for school or business, expect them to ask you to leave during those hours and they will lock the door! It is better to choose a different branch than this branch. Also, every time I visit them the app order is not available! Very upsetting service!

I came in 4 months and it was great...but today Sunday Jan. 22, 2017 was exceptional. Super friendly staff... They have milk alternatives:Soy, Coconut, AlmondVegan snacks packaged food:Chickpea Puffs ( 2 flavors, both vegan) and Kale Chips. More vegan snacks coming soon.All syrups are vegan except the ones that are considered sauces, so that would exclude white mocha, pumpkin spice, caramel brûlée, etc. their mocha is vegan though. Their plain bagels and cinnamon raisin are vegan as well.

Happy hour two for the price of one today from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Typically stand alone Starbucks. Good staff and quick service. I would recommend this location.

I personally dont like star ucks but met up with a few friends here. This location is clean and stunning. Pretty busy for where they are at and took a while to ppace my order but overall they are really nice here, work hard, and keep it looking fresh!

SOOOO SLOW. Waited in line for 10 minutes and not a SINGLE car moved. It’s drinks. You guys don’t even make food you warm it up. The Starbucks at Disney world is quicker than this dump. Absolutely ridiculous. Never experienced this in my LIFE.

They made our coffee drinks. The drinks were good. If you need to read Starbucks reviews, you probably need to get out more often.

Sometimes they do it well here, most of the time they dont😔. They like to slap the syrup pumps instead of actually pump them all of the way to the bottom. They also frequently fail to read the entire order sticker and not add milk to my iced coffee.

Ive always got to remember to go online BEFORE I go, otherwise you dont get your points for your purchase. I shouldnt have to think ahead to put money on my card to get points. My usual stops are spur of the moment stops. Missing out on LOTS of the perks.

Im not a big fan in general, but ran in while my friends were busy in the area. Took forever and they kept telling us it was because the drive-thru was so busy. (it was busy, but we wanted coffee too). Got the order wrong of the couple in front of me and set mine down without calling my name or writing my name on the cup. To be honest the coffee I ordered wasnt worth the wait, the weight, or the money.

This is the most unorganized and extremely dirty Starbucks I’ve ever been too! The bathroom is so dirty I could right my name in the yuck on the back of the toilet. The floors of the whole shop were dirty and looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped in days. There are always boxes of stuff in the isles by the cash register. They are very slow and it took them 3 tries to get my drink right, iced coffee NO sweetener with one cream smh. This location is an embarrassment for Starbucks.It’s very rare for me to give a bad review. I like to focus on the positive but this location is frustrating. I frequently come here and it’s just getting worse instead of better. Very sad.
