Perfect experience. Mike, my installer, did a great job with my cars rear window replacement. He helped me figure out how to handle a damage to the wiper motor mounting that came to light only when he removed the broken glass.

Great service from this company!They did not try to “up-sell” me on anything that I did not need. I had a couple of windows that I wanted to fix - and they did exactly that! I talked to Candy on the phone - and she was great in arranging the appointment and planning for the service that I really wanted.The workers that came to my house (I believe it was Gary and Scott) were very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. The work was done with high quality. Very happy with the results!

Both Mikes were on time, went right to work and finished quickly, even vacuumed my car because of the possibility of some debris falling into the front seats. Both were personable and explained everything from installation to warranties, etc. I would definitely recommend them!

I had an appointment scheduled and drove an hour their shop only to find that they did not have my windshield in stock. They could have was easily called and rescheduled me before hand or sent me somewhere else but instead I had to sit in their waiting room for 45 minutes and in the car for 2 hours due to their poor organization.

I came in to make an appointment on a Friday and they got me In the next Tuesday. The tech came out right on time to grab my keys and let me know how long it would take. The front office employee was just wonderful. The pricing was $274 for a new windshield for my van. Safelite quoted me $390. I bought wipers fromThem they put them on for me. You don’t think about window repair shops until you need them, but I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

Wonderful, took care of everything, insurance coverage, had to order the window which came in on time and did an excellent job putting it in.

Im new to the area and was looking for window glass replacement for 2 panels from a screened in porch. My local hardware store could not replace the glass due to the size of the panes. I Googled glass replacement and the Glass Doctor of Kalamazoo came up.I spoke to Candi on the phone who was the most pleasant person. She was friendly, warm, helpful, and professional. She told me where they were located and it is a very convenient location for me.I went up on my lunch hour to drop off the frames and noticed they also do windshields. Candi asked how I was going to get the big panes home after they replaced the glass and I said In the back of my Subaru. Candi was concerned they might break and went above and beyond and offered to have the panes delivered to my home which was on a weekly route they take for their business. I was so appreciative of the offer...They also replaced my windshield and delivered the panes like they said.I would recommend them to anyone in the area not only for the great job they did but the extra effort they go to to accommodate their customers....Thank you Glass Doctor of Kalamazoo...I love it here

Seriously amazing service. I had my appointment time written down wrong, and they not only called to check, but still let me come in 45 minutes late. They replaced my windshield in minutes and did a wonderful job at a very reasonable price.

My daughter had water coming in from somewhere in her car. The dealership sent us to Harmon Auto Glass, the Glass Doctor. They inspected the car, figured out the problem immediately, sent my daughter to get the part she needed and installed it & did a water test on it for her for FREE. I had Harmon Auto Glass / Glass Doctor replace a cracked windshield. Less than a year later, the windshield cracked again. I stopped in at the Kalamazoo office about 3:00 p.m. They immediately informed me my guarantee would replace the windshield free of charge and that they could get the replacement in overnight. I returned at 8:00 a.m. the next day and was back on the road with my new windshield by 9:30 a.m.Its great to see a business honor their guarantees without question! They obtained and professionally installed a replacement in less than 24 hours, with minimal disruption to my schedule. It was a very smooth and satisfactory experience.Thanks to all at Glass Doctor.
