Went in to get a piece of glass for my desk & the worker was unprofessional & had a nasty attitude. I was called 2 hours before I went in to let me know that my glass was ready. When I arrived, the guy at the front desk went to the back to let them know that I was there & for them to bring my glass to me. They brought my glass out BARE! No plastic wrap, not placed in a box, but just BARE GLASS! Mind you, I had my 8 yr old niece in the truck with me so, had the glass broken, she would have gotten cut really bad. The guy had to be asked by my brother & cousin for him to wrap it & bring it back & he seemed pretty upset about this when this should have been done beforehand. He brought the glass back out, all wrapped up & had the nastiest look on his face. Will not be coming back here for business & will not be referring anyone here either.

Love this place! First time there and theyre so helpful and they also have a very cool display showroom for tile shower doors and accessories. Didnt look too much at the window displays to be honest but at a glance there was a fairly good selection.HUGE LOCATION! & very convenient location.

Theyve replaced many windows with popped window sealed for me and my clients. Just ordered a glass shower door from them.

A neighbor broke my window glass while mowing, and it was an exterior window on the lower level of my house (which locks for security). I brought the window in on Friday and they were very busy. Although it normally takes a few days for glass replacement, they fixed it the same day because they knew my house would be unsecured while the window was in their shop. As a retired person living alone, this was very much appreciated! They went above and beyond and I wont forget this.

They got lots of good paint but their prices are a little high

I am a working artist and photographer. I put in an order for a couple pieces of plexi and was told it would be completed by Friday night. Waited for a call all day Friday and Saturday. I called on Monday about the order and was told that it might be finished, after the order before mine was completed.I had made both employees that I had spoken to aware that I needed the pieces to work, over the weekend.I lost three days of work time and found the employee I spoke to unaccomidating. I would have gone somewhere else, last week, or would have cut pieces myself if I had known this promise was an unreliable one. I was willing to pay for a service as a matter of convenience, however, this experience has been the opposite.I was told to go somewhere else, to get it done faster, and I did! Home Depot has all the supplies you need! Got in done in less than an hour ;)(the work that I had ordered, previously, was of average quality. My square pieces were not squared and I was cutting shards off of the edges, myself. I am much more pleased with the work I did, myself.)
