I purchased a gun online and had it shipped to High Caliber. They were super helpful with the transfer and very easy to contact via email.Once the gun arrived, they mounted my scope and bore sighted the gun while I filled out my paperwork.I would highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them in the future!

This shop is simply amazing! The talent that works there is outstanding. I brought my Sig and my PPQ there to have cerakoted and laser engraved and they blew me away with how awesome my pistols look! I just picked up my AR they did some work on and again they knocked it out of the park! Brought a Glock 19x to these guys to have an RMR cut done. The cut and refinish work is top notch! They even installed my new suppressor height sights for me as well. Couldnt be happier! All work done for a very reasonable rate with an outstanding turn around time. I will definitely be taking my business to these folks for all future work.

I’ve brought numerous firearms to the to either fix or upgrade. The quality of work is always top notch. Always receive fast and friendly service. Usually estimated 2-4 weeks depending on the kind of work that there doing. Worth the wait. A good gunsmith will always be busy. Won’t go anywhere else.

Very helpful and very knowledgeable if you happen to come across something they personally can not do (which is very little) they will get you to the place you need. I couldnt be happier with the custom holster design they directed me to. The custom work done to my MP was top notch I would recommend these folks to anyone looking to get work done to there firearm.

This is the best gun shop in the Kalamazoo area. The staff is amazing, knowledgable and super friendly. Ive bought from them as well as used them as an FFL dealer. The transfer fee on firearms is only $25, and the whole process is painless. And they have a great gunsmith shop, so they can repair your firearm or do custom work. A++++, all around and I highly recommend them.

The staff was super helpful. I used them as an FFL for a transfer. When the firearm had arrived and I went to get it, the staff told me that the bolt was rusted shut on the gun. The gentleman helping me recommended a solution and offered smithing services if it didnt work. Luckily it worked and I am super grateful for it.

6/12/18- These guys recrowned a defective factory Ruger crown while I waited. They fit me in and had the work done lightning fast and precise! Highly recommend this team!!!Went there to have headspace checked on a rifle I was working on. They were able to check it very quickly and all while I waited. After confirming my findings, they really went to extra lengths and upon my request, sold me the gauges to check the next one I was working on. Yes I could have ordered the gauge online, but buying it from them and having it that day went beyond normal service!
