Called to ask about a part I needed but the person I spoke with wouldnt check anything for me over the phone, just encouraged me to come in. So I told him I would be right over and did. When I arrived the front door was locked. I knocked and waited then saw a sign that said to call if the door is locked as he might be in the garage. I called twice but it went to voicemail. So I went around the back and yelled over the fence and he finally came out and motioned for be to go around front again.Went inside and he took one look at the part and said he didnt think he had it (which was why I tried describing it to him over the phone) but he looked around anyway. Inventory was all used and in bins. Not sure if I would have trusted anything from there actually, but he didnt have it anyway.Very disappointed with my experience and will not be going back. Man working was nice enough, but, inventory seemed more fitting for a slumlord, honestly.

Lots of things You cant find at box stores, friendly service and downtown location is really convenient!

Landlord supply has a whole lot of parts and new supplies that save me a trip elsewhere all the time
