Malibu boats are the best around. And the new owner seems to know it. Ive seen lots of improvements happening at the store, and it sounds like more are coming. If you need a new boat or service on one this is the place.

Travis and the service team were excellent. We live in Missoula and Travis went above and beyond to take care of our servicing need by scheduling an appointment so we did not have to drive up to Kalispell two times. They are super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Waited 3 weeks for a service appointment, my boat has been there for over 11 weeks on an estimated 8–10 hour repair and still will not provide me with a completion date. I have called once a week for 11 weeks and gotten 11 different stories.

My dad purchased a brand new pontoon boat here last summer. At the end of the summer the motor started acting up. He spoke to the salespeople and agreed to store it there for the winter, and they said theyd get to the bottom of the problem, service the boat and asked if he wanted to pay an additional $75 to have it detailed. Dad agreed. When he went to pick the boat up this spring, the boat hadnt been touched. It was still dirty ... and when he put it in the lake, it still had the motor problem. Hes had it in to them twice more and has explicitly told them he needed the boat ready to go by THIS WEEK. It still isnt fixed and they will not return his calls when he calls for an update. I would never shop here again!! 👎🏻.

Joe the manager is a drunk and Ive smelled alcohol on Joes breath every time I go in, and Larry the owner has been arrested for fraud I just found out so why would anyone buy a 100k boat from there
