Ron has always taken great care of our Searay for my family and I! Recently I had a strange issue with my throttle connection and he was able to take a quick look and realize a small cotter pin had fallen out and I’d lost connection. He had the part right there, fixed it, and we had a great day on the water! Best of all due to his fix, I didn’t need to leave the boat for weeks in line for the shop and miss out on peak boating days! Thanks Ron and Mountain Marine!

Terrible. My 2017 Bayliner boat had a couple warranty recalls so I took it to them because they were closet Bayliner dealer to me 4 hours away. So since it was in shop I thought I would get it summarized and they managed to mess up my boat. We brought it home after being told ready to go and it stranded us in middle of the lake. Alarms and smoke was horrible. Took it back and oops they forgot to put back in the plugs. So again after being told all was good we took it back went to lake and it would not start. Again back to shop and cracked manifold along with lots of other issues due to them not getting it summarized correctly. We got it back being told it is all good and bam the engine light is on and they want me to bring it back to have them winterize it and they would look at it. Um no thanks they can not get the first job right. They have done nothing to compensate me or make my boat right!! Customer service is horrible and the staff lies. Every time they said they ran boat well if they did that they would have known it wouldnt start, loud chunks and engine light still on. DONT TRUST THEM!!!
