Excellent customer service! While on a road trip with our 3 kids we blew both passenger side tires very late at night. Our tires are so hard to come by but they went above and beyond to get us back on the road. In under a couple of hours we were back in Business. They were so kind in helping our family.

I had a flat tire and took my car to Les Schwab in Kalispell to get it fixed. They told me it would be and hour and half, but it only took them an hour to patch the hole. There was no charge for my services today which was very unexpected. Thank you, Les Schwab. I highly recommend taking your car here and I will be back!

I have had a couple terrible experiences with the Les Schwab in Whitefish like having my front driver side wheel fly off 7 miles after leaving the shop. But ever since I started coming to this location in Kalispell Ive had nothing but great service. These guys know what their doing and dont try up selling or telling you your vehicle needs all this extra work done when it actually doesnt. I trust this particular location with my vehicle. They have always done a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Les Schwab is one of the most reliable name brand tire places in the valley. theyre very friendly helpful reliable and back all their merchandise and work. Ive never had a problem with any of their service and tires that I bought here--very reliable. although I dont always purchase my tires at Les Schwab because sometimes I can find them cheaper used elsewhere. but if youre looking for new tires this is probably one of the best places to g. they have a waiting area with vending machines popcorn coffee newspapers and magazines to read. usually you will wait an hour or so but be prepared during spring or early winter for longer wait time.

Too “busy” to get to anything today. Meanwhile there’s 5 out of 6 bays open and 5 guys standing around. Expect to wait a lots of hours!

Can someone tell me why I have to buy multiple sets of tires each year? Our Christmas present every year is new tires, an alignment and brakes and I dont understand why I have to keep coming back each and Everytime and pay them to fix the same issue over and over. I bought a set of summers and a set of studs. Had the car alignment done and new brakes... Yet I come in and they tell me the summers I drove on the three months it didnt snow are too worn? Whats wrong with the tires here that they need to sell me new ones every time I come in?

We went and got a new battery and they found out one of the cables was bad and they replaced it for us at no cost.

We were in Kalispell from out of state when the low tire sensor went off in the Jeep. Not one, but two tires significantly low so we stopped in. They fixed both tires -- nails in each -- and didnt charge us. And over the Labor Day weekend, at that. They recommended a good place nearby for some eats and a brew while we waited. Thanks guys! After many years of going to this Les Schawb in Kalispell Ive never been treated with such unacceptable customer service from Todd the floor manager on 5/4/2021 around 5pm. He very rudely refused to service me and personally showed me the door only because, I did not buy my brand new in the box, Raceline wheels from him. How unprofessional and unacceptable Todds behavior was. Must be nice to feel ok about turning away a 10+ year customer.

They were able to get my truck right in seeing my tire pressure had dropped and they found a drill bit lodged in the tire. Great service and extremely polite and courteous.

Best place to get tires. Everyone is so friendly. If you are low on money, you can put it on an account and make easy month to month payments. Recently I had a flat that was because of a nail in my tire. I had my cousin here from out of town in my car, three kids, one baby and two dogs. We were headed to the lake. Anyways, Les Schwab was so accomidating. Popcorn for the kids, a snack machine and soda machine and we even changed the channel from the game to cartoons for kids. Made a detour a little more bearable. I highly recommend this place!!

I went there to get my tires swapped over from summer to winter tires. The summer tires were a brand purchased from Les Schwab and there was no charge to swap them over since both sets were already on wheels. Great customer service. The people are polite and respectful. They follow the rules during covid 19 and require that masks be worn and you social distance.

We bought tires for my Moms truck and had them put on. The price was reasonable and the service was great. They treat everyone so nice.

I would not recommend Les Schwab to anyone. They do not check the torque of your tires and validate that your lug nuts are properly installed. Costco provides the specified Torgue of your vehicle and confirms that your tires are properly torqued. Also, when dealing with a tire issue and vibrations I received a quote to replace the struts for over 1k in cost and that wasnt the problem with my vehicle. I went a second time and they said it was my rear wheel bearing and that was not correct either. Very disappointed in Les Schwab and will no longer be taking my business to this establishment.

I had a blowout a few weeks ago out of state. Bought the only tires I could get at a Les store. They turned out to be less than optimal. Kalispell store is willing to work with me to make it right. Seems rare to find folks that treat you like it’s a family business. Really appreciate it.

My boyfriend and I made an appointment to get new tires for our truck and went in to drop the truck off and was told that they couldnt get to it until the next day. The next day came and went and then it was going to take one more day, so Im not sure how useful making an appointment was to begin with. After dropping the truck off, somehow later on, they lost my keys. I had just recently made a spare that I kept in the center console, and a good thing I did or nothing would have gotten done. I came back for the truck......still no keys. I really like using Les Schwab because before this, I have never had a bad experience. I think at this point this locations only redeeming qualit is that they have offered to replace my door locks and ignition with new keys and fob, which is good because now someone is walking around with the keys to my truck. Edited: So.....they did find my keys. They were in the center console of a car that was worked on before ours. I have changed my review; however, I really hope something like this never happens again to myself or someone else.

I went in for a tire leak fix on a work vehicle, and left with an appointment for a lift kit, new rims, and new tires for my personal vehicle. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and never tried pushing expensive brands on me. Great service, and a great deal!

I tried them a second time since the car I got had their tires. First experience a few years ago was terrible but I thought maybe this time would be different.On one rotation I was told the alignment was off. I immediately got it corrected within a week at an alignment shop in town. The next rotation they said they couldnt rotate them because they were to worn and need aligned. I went back to the alignment shop who verified everything was ok. The tires were supposedly guaranteed for 40,000 miles. I had 18,000 on them at this point and was told they needed replaced. I drive the speed limit and under on corners to save wear on my tires.When I asked about the warranty I was told the most they could do for me was a 4% discount on new tires. Whats the point of a warranty if you dont honor it?! I shouldve gotten a brand new set installed for free since the tires didnt even make half of the miles guaranteed.Not going back and making sure everyone I know who asks about tires knows my experience.

I am in the military (Army) I was very disappointed in the service service I had received from this store. My family is my main concern the clerks were very disrespectful when my wife had called to have our tires we bought from them over two months ago to have them exchanged due to faulty installment and product defeciency. They argued and declined to fix them stating that it was due to our alignment which is not the case. I am not recommending this store to my family and will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

Got tires done. Brought my own in and they mounted and balanced all four tires. And the service was speedy and they gave me a run down of my brakes and shocks. Thank guys

I have never had a bad experience here, but this takes the cake...I limped in on a spare 5 minutes before closing in April, and asked if I could leave it overnight so it could be fixed the next day. They were having none of it, and insisted that they fix it right then and there. They quoted me some new tires, but did everything they could to plug and patch the flat. They succeeded, and sent me on my way within 15 minutes without charging me a dime.Ill be buying tires from them as long as I own a vehicle.I will never take my business elsewhere, if I can help it. Theyve made me a customer for life. Special shout-out to Jonathan who gave outstanding customer service, and the rest of the team that insisted on staying past closing to help me out. We went in due to a ruptured brake line. They went over and beyond with their service and kindness. Todd the manager was kind and provided us a way to rent a van to drive around at Glacier National park while our truck was in their shop. J.J. was also a great guy that went the extra mile to help us out. I would highly recommend the Kalispell Les Schwab to anyone that lives in the area or from out of town. They definitely believe and live the motto Doing the right thing.

Was traveling through Kalispell a few weeks ago and had an issue with a slow leak on a tire. A friend recommended Les Schwab, so stopped in and talked to the front counter. They got my truck in and tire fixed within the hour. Counter rep was very prompt and friendly. Thanks for the tire help guys!

Well, for starters, if I could give Les Schwab 10 stars I would do that in a heartbeat! The gentleman at the desk that helped me this afternoon, wish I would have remembered his name, was the most honest employee I have ever encountered——bar none! After they took my car to put All Season Tires on it, he came back to talk to me. I thought he was going to tell me something was wrong because he said very quietly, about your tires that are already on your car, they are like brand new, and they are All Season Tires! He said, I cannot honestly sell you new tires since your old ones are just as good and they will work fine. I was totally floored by that! He gave me a Christmas present because he saved me a little over $700!!! He said if I find they don’t grip the road as much as I would like, then come back and they will put on studded tires. They have to order tires because I have a Honda Fit, and they are an odd size. I also asked him when I want to have my tires rotated, what do they charge, and he said just come in and they will take care of me. I told my niece about my experience with Les Schwab, and she said that was unbelievable! She said they will definitely take their truck there when they need tires now. You won’t find ANY business as honest as this one in California! Good going Les Schwab! You now have an “old senior lady” for a lifetime, happy customer!!!😊😊😊

We got a flat tire in our rental car and they wanted to send me an hour out of our way to have it repaired so I went to les schwab to see if they could help me. They got me in and out in less time that it would have taken to get to the rental car tire shop. I really appreciate the guys at les Schwab.

Update to owner respose - the service may be free but not worth a 2-3 hour wait, my time is worth something, bs that you guys refuse to take appointments. Ill find a shop that has more time for me.Went in to get my summer wheels/tires put on (just needed bolted on, already mounted on wheels) Guy said it would be 2-3 hours wait, i asked if i can make an appointment so i dont have to wait, said no because if we set up an appointment and another job comes in for brakes ect he will do that job instead of mine. I spent over a thousand dollars on these tires. What a useless shop will be looking for another tire shop from now on. i have a hard time putting wheels on because im an amputee but guess i will attempt it my self. Thanks for nothing. 👎

This is one of those golden stores that takes going through a lot of other stores before you finally run across it, but once you do, youll want to business with them for ALL of your tire, battery, brakes and front end alignment. These folks treat every customer like they were a member of the family. They will tell you the truth and try to give you the best deal possible.

Needed a quick tire repair, and Les Schwab in Kalispell got it done! Christie was so helpful at the front desk, and the repair was done in a timely manner. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, they said it was ON THE HOUSE. Thats RAD! They took care of me above and beyond. I know where Ill buy my next set of tires from.

Went in for much needed tire rotation on Less Schwab tire purchase on my F250 truck. After an hour wait I was told I didnt need one. Guy explained since front tires are very worn and back tires have good tread that is the way I needed to keep them for the summer season then come back and buy new set of tires from them in the fall. I told him I would like the rotation to put the good tread in front for better steering and to try to even out the wear. He said if it rains and the truck hydroplanes I have to have better tread on the rear to keep the ASS END from coming around. Since he was determined NOT to rotate the tires I left without saying another word as he said see you in the fall. I had bought both tires and rims from Les Schwab along with many other car & truck tires. 1. They were really busy and it seemed this was a way he could catch up. 2. I had out of state plates and it felt like he was brushing me off. 3. He would rather sell me a new set of tires than allow me to try to get more mileage out of my present ones. Whatever reason he had.... I am a VERY UNHAPPY Les Schwab ex-customer.

Great service. Kris really helped us out. We were traveling through Kalispell and had to change a tire but the wheel stud broke off. Les Schwab was recommended to us to repair it. We went in Saturday a.m.. They were busy but got us in pretty quickly. After a leisurely breakfast, we came back to a new wheel stud and a nice price of only $58. Service was friendly all the way around! Love these guys!

I was on vacation and had some trouble with the tires on a rental car. The team at Les Schwab Tire did a great job helping me out. I am very thankful for their service in helping me get back on the road and make my return flight in time.

My time there was fast and efficient. I gotMy tires balanced and was on my way within 30 minutes. I was able to get in on relatively short notice and my car was ready very soon. While waiting I enjoy a cup of coffee, read a newspaper, and did some shopping around. While I didnt buy anything I was able to see that Les Schwab h as s a good variety for essential items for my car including but not limited to tires, winter tools, cleaners, etc. I think that you get your moneys worth at this place.

The only tire shop you should ever visit. The service is exceptional and they take great pride in their workmanship. They have fixed flats for me at no cost, even on a few tires that were not purchased through them. The prices are also very competitive. Thank you, Les Schwab, for being amazing!

This has been awhile I haven’t had a chance to post. You’re seriously unbelieveable and horrible for business etiquette! Just because someone wouldn’t pay for your shop (over priced shop that is) to fix their ball joints to be able to get tires installed. Since when do you need to have a 100% perfect condition vehicle to buy over priced tires? YOU denied business and refused to install tires due to the ball joints and because the truck is “unsafe” when a 95 truck is going to need TLC that’s normal but not everyone has money to fix their vehicle with every small problem. The truck was looked at by a shop and we KNOW what’s wrong with it. We have paperwork to prove we know and you made it out to be 100 times worse. An because we said no thank you we don’t want your business then you decide to take things the wrong way. My husband does all repairs on his own vehicles. Why spend $600 to fix something that will cost us maybe $200? On top of that you call the cops and tell them we’re driving an unsafe vehicle all because we decided not to buy. The vehicle is not unsafe especially since we’re driving our kids around in our truck. That wouldn’t be the case if it were unsafe. What kind of business is that? Luckily word of mouth is great in my family over the valley.

I brought in two of my tires that were flat due to some nails, they patched them and had them back to me in 2 hours, free of charge! I highly recommend their services as i have also had tires bought from them, as well as my breaks done. Thank you Les Schwab! professional and friendly staff.

We drove down from Calgary yesterday only to realize we mustve run over a nail or something. Went to Les Schwab to have our tire checked out, hoping for the best. The guys were so quick to look at it and had it repaired in less than 10mins. What a relief!! Great customer service.

Great experience! We needed a front wheel bearing fixed they fit us in without an appointment, gave us a free inspection quote and got the part delivered. We were on our way in a couple of hours. Tom, JJ and Hunter helped us through the whole process and were great to deal with!!

I wish I could rate this lower. The bolts on my tire sheared off from Les Schwab overtightening them and now Im on the hook for the repairs. Be warned, this is the service you are getting.

Went in after work to see if I could get a tire that had a slow leak fixed. Although they were semi busy, they were able to get me in and fixed the tire for free after a short wait! Will definitely be going back for my future tire needs!

I stopped in to get some snow tires. There was a huge rush from the latest snowstorm but they took the time to help me make an accurate decision.
