Our truck battery went out yesterday and I was recommended Batteries Plus Bulbs. After popping the hood on the truck, the gentleman informed me he wouldnt be able to test my battery because he couldnt see a number on the battery and even if he could, he wouldnt be able to install it (essentially saying I cant help you). I loaded up my 4 year old and went across the street to AutoZone where they not only tested my battery, but tested the alternator and installed the battery for me! I have heard great things about Batteries Plus (more like Batteries Minus) and am disappointed in my experience.

The five stars are for Nick who programmed my fob today. The machine wasn’t cooperating, but he did no give up! Thank you Nick for your hard work and professionalism today! (4/19/21)! You are appreciated!

We were able to get new batteries for our key fob. But the only problem we had was after being told the new fobs that we ordered and paid for would be in in two days and nothing and we even waited a month and a half and still nothing and had to ask for our money back.

I have had superb service every time Ive gone into your store! In fact, I told a friend of mine that you were replacing the battery in my phone, and we looked at the life of her battery, and shes going to be needing a new battery too! Hopefully, shell come in to see you.

Contact with store after online order made 3 to 4 times.. They initiated the first one to share back order info with apology and assured me they would call as soon as item was in. I followed up with them throughout the summer.. Each and every interaction with guys at the store was a friendly, professional, informative and genuinely neighborly conversation which I very much appreciated. They did call as soon as battery was in.. again with great apologies.

The employees were easy to work with, accommodating of my needs for a revised appointment time, finished replacing the glass on my phone in the time they had stated and it looks like new!

Batteries did not perform. I live 150 mi from store with recent cardiac surgery with Covid 19 and in a highest risk group. I selected to order on internet and have son in law bring batteries to me. When return he was told they were fine but with my charger on them they did not perform. They are willing to adjust batteries but that means I have a 300 mi round trip to get them. I think that I should have been refunded to my credit card. I now have to figure out how to get someone to pick them up 300 mi round trip

I wanted to give a special thanks to the employees of this store for providing such great customer service. I came on two different occasions to attempt to fix my crashediPhone. They tried hard to fix it and put a new battery in etc unfortunately the logic board was toast and it was an expensive lost cause that would need to be shipped to Apple. Rotten Apples as my husband likes to call them.Their advice saved me a ton of money and they were extremely helpful. My apologies I don’t remember their names James and a couple other gentlemen. They did a great job but are somewhat lacking in communications. I had to go to the store twice only to find out my phone was not ready yet. A simple phone call could have prevented the frustration.

They broke my phone while trying to replace the battery. I understand that mistakes happen, but then they still expect me to pay for the battery after they had to wait 2 and a half days to give me my phone back I dont think that is professional.

Both my keyfobs for my truck were not connecting, so I took them in and they looked at the battery and connections for free.. sure the only problem with one was the battery was Upside down, but the other one they found out had a connection issue. Had I went into the dealership ship I would have been spending $60+THANK YOU so much for helping me find my mistake!

Needed a common camera battery called Batteries Plus Bulbs they said a 750 amh NON-rechargeable battery was $ 29.95 when I asked why it was so much he got really defensive so I hung up and went online and bought THREE 1450 amh batteries for $9.50 with a charger and they were rechargeable unless its an absolute emergency I will never go there EVER!!

Second purchase was because, I was treated so good first trip.Instead of two hour ordeal, (at the other place) pushing cores and batteries, in shopping cart, to different counters. Both times, Batteries Plus employees, went to car and got cores, checked me out within minutes, loaded new batteries up for me and did it all with a smile.

Picked up two group 31 deep cycle batteries for the boat. With the 10% off for purchasing online, they were only $110 each. Same battery at Cabelas cost $189. The guys at the store were super helpful. I expect to purchase car and boat batteries from Batteries Plus in the future.

Buyer beware!!I believed that my phone battery might be bad. The salesman told me for sure its the battery He did not tell me that he could test it. He did not tell me that it is not returnable. He grabbed my phone and unwrapped the new battery and put it in. He did not give me the the packaging for the battery. That battery did not fix the problem, It was the phone itself. I went back the next day and was told by a different salesman that its non returnable. It cost me $40.00!! The salesman said the manager doesnt tell the salesmen to inform the customer about the no return policy. I will never do business with them again. Get your battery on Amazon, its cheaperDisgusted .

I brought my iphone in to get the screen fixed, and although the service was alright, the broken screen was better than the replacement. I got my phone back and the vibrant colors were gone; I no longer had the same quality. Even with the brightness up all the way, the colors didn’t change. For the price of this replacement, it definitely was not worth it. Very disappointed because I heard this place was the one of the best in the flathead.

Lots of batteries especially the weird ones that are hard to find. Lots of bulbs. Thay also do cell phone repair had a phone repaired there once before thay did good work. Funny enough it was the battery in the phone.

Used to really like service. I have bought 6 batteries there tried to warranty one manager approved it and guy helping me said he shouldnt warranty it and repedidly said that the entire time I was getting money back. Will NEVER buy from them again

I purchased a Duracell SLA 14 AH battery as a backup for my communications equipment. They had it in stock and this battery is high quality. As an added bonus, ordering it online saved me 10% and when picking it up here at the Kalispell store, the clerk was very friendly and had it right at the counter. I definitely will purchase from them again.

Please beware of this establishment!!!My 78 year old mother took her 3 year old Rose Gold iphone 8 Plus in for a battery change. She was promised itd be done in an hour, no problem. When she returned for pick up, she was told the battery exploded and the phone was destroyed! To make matters worse, she was subsequently only offered a replacement of $100 (after several phone calls over a series of days and follow up trying to re-mediate the situation by my mother, my brother, and myself) as a replacement. In fact, the manager, Jim Kaphammer, hung up on me twice when I called on my mothers behalf. Her phone was in pristine condition and gently used (always had screen protector on it as well as a case), the likes of which could not be replaced for anything less than the $350-500 range.Long story short, my Mom walked in with a working phone that merely needed a new battery and walked out with a useless burnt up mess! JIM KAPHAMMER was curt, dismissive, and unapologetic appearing to bank on my mother being naive enough to walk away without asking too many questions. As can be imagined, this was incredibly distressful for my elderly mother who is certainly not familiar with the logistics of phone battery replacement and was traveling from Los Angeles to visit her granddaughter in Kalispell necessitating her quickly purchasing a new phone (money that most retirees dont have just lying around!) in order to travel safely and be in touch with her family via phone, as needed.Not only is the quality of work at this establishment shoddy, but they made no efforts to properly compensate an elderly woman for her damaged property. Shame on this business, its owner, and its manager. Seriously, please do not take your business to a place with these kind of ethics and workmanship.

I wish i could give less than one star, my phone screen was broken,they fixed it for $100. later that day it broke,they did not glue the screen down so the screen broke then the touch screen failed on me. they said i had a full 6 month warranty so i brought the phone back in. they said they would not fix it saying I broke it intentionally, and continued to insult my long hair... I definitely would never recommend this place.

Incredibly over priced and horrible service. Couldnt find my order in the system and then turned me down because it was just out of warranty. Oreileys got me the same battery for $30 less and they wont screw you. Oh, AND Oreileys gives a veteran discount. Guess I wont be shopping here again.

Theyve costed me more money than my phone is worth. I cracked my screen (my bad) so they fixed it ($180) Then the screen started glitching out when I bumped it on my garbage can 3 days later walking by and they were positive it was nothing they did wrong and because of the emergency for work, I got it replaced again (another $180). This last weekend, I got water on my WATER RESISTANT phone, causing the touch screen to quit working. The employee there at the time wouldnt even look at it but quoted me for a new screen and then said it wasnt guaranteed to fix the problem. So I get it looked at by a professional and they said the phone was permanentally ruined because the last person to fix the screen didnt complete the job, making it easy for water to get in what was supposed to be my water resistant phone. It should have held up against the water that was on it. So here I am buying a new phone that I didnt need because some one was inexperienced and/or lazy. Thanks Batteries Plus :)

Went in to find out the price to replace my iPhone battery. Employee was extremely unprofessional and rude, and wouldnt look me in the eye. I politely said I would be back soon to get it done, but I wanted to see if anywhere else did it cheaper. He dismissed me with a chuckle as if I was stupid and a you wont find anywhere else so you might as well do it here. I wont be going back.

It was ok, the main page was a little confusing as I could not find my 94 harley, so after many many tries I had to call the store anyway, we dont all own new Harleys...But price was good, clerks were good, just the internet could be easier and the core charge is odd, you have to go thru the whole process again to get your money back when you bring your core in.

I wont be quick to use them again!My experience started out okay even though it was very expensive I was happy for the help in replacing my cracked screen. The screen they used to replace it was faulty causing the LCD screen to separate. This was no fault of their own however the employee was far from professional in his service to me. He didnt have another screen in the color I had ordered to match my phone and told me it would take two days to get one in or if I needed a phone now I could use the black face they had on hand but he refused to put the gold one on once I used the black face. Obviously I needed a phone as my job depends on it and I had to push hard until he offered to get the manager. I could go on about this but the point is that I find it discouraging that people like this are in customer service oriented jobs. I think there must be a much better solution than this business in the repair of your cell phone so please look around before you sign up for their services.

Complete TRASHH like you have seen in other reviews of people talking about the phone screen being replaced I also am a victim of the worst customer service I have ever expirenced and the lies I broke my phone about a month ago and I go in to this business and I pay $135 for a iPhone 5c phone screen which I was promised to be from apple mind you I also paid for the 6 month insurance and a glass screen protector they fix it and I get my phone back a couple hours later it works perfectly fine and everything functions great about 2 weeks later I get home from work and my phone is sitting on the table and I am using it and it just randomely started to have these weird lines fade in so I take it back to them and they say that they will fix it for free and give me a new screen protector so I leave it with them overnight and I come back to get the phone and It was not a screen from apple for sure and it is not even of equal quality it is very laggy and very un responsive as far as touch goes or when I try to slide to the next page and on top of that I am almost positive that they put a iPhone 5s screen on my phone considering that it has a finger print sensor as the home button and that does not come with the iPhone 5c and to also add on top of that they did not give me a new screen protector and it was all screwed up has hair under it and one of the corners wont stick down not to mention the costumer service was god awful I went in there to come front him and he not only told me that he should not even have replaced the screen because it was broken from a drop when it was clearly not and I had no idea what I was talking about he also continued to aggressively point his finger in my face and tell me I better watch what I say like he was threatening me by the way this guys name was Terry and he told me he was done with me and to come in and talk to his manager the next day (11/30/16) and that I better watch what I say to him to so now I have to make a forth trip all the way across town to go there for something they messed up on only because I paid $135 for something that in case you didnt know they have a no return policy which puts you in the same downward spiral of events I have been baited into please save yourself and never go here if I could give it less than one star I would do not make the bad decision I made by going there.

Went to buy a battery about 10 minutes before they closed. I pulled up right in front of the front door. As I got to the door the guy inside locked it right in front of me and turned the open sign off. I used to buy all my motorcycle batteries here but after that experience Ill go elsewhere.
