By request for a review here it is after 3 weeks.I bought a jeep for over 20K. Less than 24 hours I had computer issues. Less than 48 hours I find that one of the catalytic converters is plugged. I’m giving an extra star because 406 Motors payed for the $600+ bill Don K charged me to fix the first inconvenient issue. Had I worked with a different salesman who rambled less about his life and daughter’s upcoming wedding and more about the vehicle I wanted to purchase while we test drove, I’d have thought my decision through without the distractions I had.I now have an extra vehicle to feed money into to fix without knowing how truly reliable it’ll be. Thank you 406 Motors. I’m highly disappointed with the Jeep I was so very excited about. Just another car off your lot. I doubt this vehicle was inspected or certified as claimed because all the settings and location points in the navigation are set for the previous owner in Saskatchewan Canada, to which I cannot edit.I’m not thrilled with my personal experience and won’t recommend to anyone I care for.

Horrible experience I will never go back!... i can’t remember the guys name who helped us but he was very rude he didn’t let us test drive a car we were interested in because we weren’t sure if we wanted it so he told us to leave because his time is money.. along with other rude things he should not be working there if that is his attitude.Clearly the sales person misunderstood what my husband was saying.. or putting his own words so to not look bad. That being said, it’s more about attitude than anything, or rude choice of words. Maybe he was having a bad day? And yes, most all businesses are stressed right now, I get that. Most businesses have more class in how they handle these situations too. By the defensive response from your place of business, it’s very clear no one wants to own up to anything . You can have all the high star reviews possible.. it only takes one bad experience to bring them down. I’m not particularly fussy about people in general, but just have never been talked to like that. An apology would have gone wayyy further in our eyes, and other customers. Instead of denials of POOR customer service. Just need to learn a little about selling, with a little more class. We were never expecting a JOY RIDE as you put it. Thanks for nothing

I purchased a expensive truck without ever seeing the vehicle. Jeremy and Elijah were very accommodation during the whole transaction. Jeremy even delivered the truck to me in missoula on his day off. There was one minor flaw with the truck that Elijah took care of immediately. Very disappointed in my experience. Purchased a truck from them with the known issues that the transmission needed to be checked out and the mirror was broken. When buying I was told they would fix them. Its been months since I purchased it And they havent fixed either. I have contacted them multiple times to see when it would happen and nothing has happened as I have been ignored time and time again.Will not buy from again.

Poor and abusive management, fired a woman for leaving work to go to the doctors because of heat exhaustion. The shop has absolutely no ventilation which goes against OSHA regulations. Would give a zero star review if I could.

John Slack was the guy we delt with. He didnt seem to care about our needs. He repeatedly never called us back about our application and when we finally went in he said they already sold the vehicle we were interested in but suggested another one we didnt want. Will NOT be buying from this company nor will we EVER recommend them to anyone to go through. WORSE THAN A2 AUTO SALES.

I would like to update my review: John from 406 Motors contacted me about my dissatisfaction with my purchase and I have to say they have gone above and beyond to make things right. This really was a pleasant surprise that I was not expecting from them and has made my experience one that I wanted to share. I would highly recommend 406 Motors in Kalispell to anyone looking for a vehicle, they truly do stand behind there vehicles and customers satisfaction.My son bought his first truck on Jan 7 2016 from 406 Motors, 406 Motors added new wheels, tires and fender flares. After getting the truck home we decided to remove the fender flares and to our surprise the driver side rear fender was damaged, the fender flares where added to hide the damage and this was never disclosed to us before buying. Needless to say we are very unhappy and the word of mouth goes along ways good or bad for any business and I will have nothing good to say about buying from 406 Motors

Sales people were not pushy, good selection of trucks at a reasonable price.

They asked for 5 references and were overpriced. They wanted a copy of your cell phone bill. Shady operation.

1 star and would be negative if was an option!!! We went to the 406 motors up the road on Idaho across from Taco bell (Same Owner owns both places) and we went there for a 2016 Equinox 2 different times!! Only 1 guy working and the first time we were walking around the vehicle he didnt come over and say anything like I will be right with you or anything so we left. Same thing second time we went there! I actually had to walk in the shop and he was with other customers getting back from a test drive but he seen us as he walked in his office and not a word about him being right with us or anything. When I finaly walked in and said this was the second time we were here to get this Equinox and we were going to leave because of no contact with us then he said he would be a minute. He tried to sell us on the Equinox by telling us the other ones we looked at in the bigger car lots were smoke and mirrors and 406 Motors could actually help us better then the other places could (Well that wasnt the case) I had money down and actually had more but never said that I had more just to see what he could do with what I put down. He got ahold of his finance manager and it was a straight up NO. Usually car lots will ask if you can put more down or something to try to make the deal happen but not here!!! We said ok and went back up to Don K and worked with a salesman named Pat Garrett and he was the most AMAZING salesman we have ever worked with!! He wasnt pushy or trying to oversell us on anything. He made our deal happen and we got our Equinox that night! I would recommend Pat Garrett at Don K to everyone who is interested in a vehicle!!! If you go there tell him Eric and Tiffany Loveless sent you to him. I am VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH 406 Motors!!!! If I could put negative stars they would be on there!!!
