From initial contact to final installation, ABBEY Carpet has been a joy to work with. Having looked everywhere for the right mix of tiles and vinyl, Katies guidance was instrumental in narrowing down my choices. Very friendly and professional. The owner, Paul, came to our home to measure and gave us lots of tips. The vinyl installer, Mike, was phenomenal -very precise, gracious and accommodating. Best experience ever!

Ive used Abbey Carpet twice now for floors in my home and its been a wonderful experience both times. The installer was incredibly professional and took ownership for the job as if it was his own home. Paul worked with me to find something in our budget that wouldnt compromise quality. I would definitely use them again for any other flooring needs and absolutely, 100% dont agree with any negative reviews of this store.

Every step of the process went smoothly. The materials are superior. The installer did a wonderful job, and there was no dust nor were there any complications over the process of installing my vinyl plank flooring. I give them my highest recommendation and will return to them for future flooring needs.

Abbey Carpet has a great selection and helped me choose the floors that would suit my needs the best. Everyone at this store was super helpful, the work was completed ahead of schedule, and my floors are beautiful!! I couldnt be happier!

Fair prices and good folks to work with.

You should be forewarned to go to another company- they will over measure your flooring and then demand that you pay for not only the extra product but also for the installation of the product. Zero customer service and no desire to negotiate their errors. If you question the order, they threaten to place a lien on your home. There are a lot of good flooring companies in the valley - this is NOT one of them. Buyer beware - zero customer service.

When you go in the shop down the stairs there is an antique shop and me and my mom went down there and got a couple things the employees where very nice and it was very fun to shop down there I didnt shop in the carpet shop though so I dont have any reviews for that sorry

Such a lovely selection. Nola and Paul were very easy to work with and were extremely knowledgeable. Product and installation costs were very competitive...the lowest I found in Kalispell, in fact. Would highly recommend.

Paul Roybals store is gorgeous carpets and flooring, and theyve leased the lower level to a fun antique mall. Be sure to check it out, and the antiques at Western Outdoor across the street.

Not good! Would never hire them again. Worst experience with any contractors and worst customer service from a business !
