This store and its employees are incredible! The one person running the show here who makes all the difference is Var. this young lady, though her stature be diminutive, is a powerhouse! She knows everything. The other employees are all good too because she has trained them well. If she is available and not with another customer, you would do well to ask for her to serve you. The store is well stocked with great inventory, is very clean, and has easy access. I have never ever been disappointed visiting here.I am a dedicated and committed AT&T customer and have been using the store for well over six years.

TEDDY ROCKS!!!! After the feckless folks at the Hutton Ranch store put an incorrect SIM card in my new phone and sent me home to set up the phone myself I visted Teddy. He spent over 1.5 hours conferring with Samsung to resolve the myriad problems with my international phone. Teddys suggestions to the service folks enabled them to ultimately trouble-shoot the missing component. Cant thank Teddy enough for his patience, experience, and kindness. Dont waste your time elsewhere.

I went into the store to ask about AT@T TV. The rep was convincing and I signed up for the service, but before it was finished, he changed the price on me! I felt he was taking advantage of a senior person. I immediately cancelled after reflecting on the experience. I returned the device then and there. Now, Im being charged $120 for NOT returning the device! The store is NOT a real AT&T outlet, but a reseller! Rip off!Update: I contacted the email they posted and gave them the info they requested. Weeks later I got a call from their District Manager and explained the situation. I was asked to describe the rep who helped me.I was told no one like that works there! Anyway, after disputing the charge with my card company and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I finally got a credit from the realAT&T in Atlanta! 3 months later!!

The owner was so helpful. He helped me with all my issues. Will definitely be going back to this store.

Teddy was the manager here at the idaho location, he was working alone, and he was able to juggle everyone and do everything in a timely manner. He was very professional and calm the whole time. Thanks teddy!

The young lady was very helpful. She had a customer before us and he was diffcult. He did not understand why she could not help him with another persons account. She was so patient and compassionate. The moment we walked in the door we had a wall of fragrance that cause an instant migraine. When we asked if our little one could use the bathroom they said they cant, said we can go next door, and they would get fired if they let us use their bathroom. Even though their back room was wide open so anyone could go back there.

I had called to review my plan and was immediatly put on hold 3 times in the same day. Its kind of aggravated me to the point i didnt call back.

Good stop upgraded my phone, but they are severely understaffed,2 people working when I went in I had to wait 10 minutes to be seen and when I started there were no other customers waiting by the time I left there was probably four,and luckily the Lady helping me was able to multitask cause she took payment from like 4 different customers as she was helping me otherwise they would have been in trouble, The people they did have did all they could to get everyone handled and keep everyone happy or it could have been a lot worse..hire some staff

Horrible customer service. Would have been better off Googling my situation than wasting my time stopping here. I went into this location last weekend and after walking into an empty store a woman finally came out of the back room. She was about as helpful as talking to the wall. She handed me a brochure, laughed at my situation and offered zero assistance all the while looking impatient to get back to probably playing on her phone in the back room. Would not recommend stopping here instead try the other location in town or better yet drive to Missoula like I did to receive excellent customer service every time.
