Shopko Optical is the best in the Flathead Valley!! You cannot beat their doctors, opticians, customer service and their prices! Jennessa the manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She is so sweet and always helpful. The opticians are delightful! Geoffrey, Karen, Cindy, Abby, and Daphne are all ready and willing to help and very knowledgeable. After going to every other eye clinic in this valley over the years, I cannot state enough how well I was treated at Shopko Optical! These are the best quality glasses I’ve ever gotten and with the best customer service ever. They were prompt to greet me and extremely patient with me as I went through all the frames. Jenessa, Geoffrey, and Abby were top notch! When it came time to pick out my frame, the opticians took their time to explain the pros and cons and help me find the best glasses and sunglasses for me. I absolutely love my polarized sunglasses that clip onto my glasses. It’s awesome, I use them fishing and camping, and they are incredible! Highly recommend. Shopko Optical is number one in my book. The Doctor was very professional and speedy. No one bothered to measure face for correct frame size. When glasses came in they were too small and the person working with me didnt know how to adjust them. Took em over to Costco where I should have went in the first place and they did their best to adjust glasses to my face. THEY work, THATS all.... The 2 stars are for the Doctor only.... I meant the 2 stars were for Shopko optical and 5 stars for the doctor! Very nice,clean facility.

It was nice to see the same eye doctor who gave me my first pair of glasses, when they were in the Shopko building over by Snappys. In and out, no waiting. My kind of place! Very happy with the entire appointment, as usual.

Excellent experience. Dr. Buker was very thorough and did a great job of specifying the lenses for my laptop work. She was methodical in her approach, making certain we established the distance correctly and when she had me try the lenses they were spot on! I had the opposite experience at the other eye center in town, had to have the lenses redone and still were not what I needed. Highly recommend this practice. They also have very nice eyeglasses and great pricing. This mattered a lot since I paid cash.

Nothing but great things to say about this establishment! The atmosphere is very comfortable and very clean AND they have a fantastic selection of stylish frames to choose from! Plus, the customer service is second to none! I had two separate issues with two different eye clinics in town and Shopko Optical made it right! Jennessa was a pleasure to work with in choosing the best options for me regarding my glasses...shes so friendly and personable! Both the doctors and the gals up front, make Shopko Optical my preference for all my eye care needs! I would most definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting quality care and service.

The wife and I had a eye exam and we both got new glasses. The office personnel are good but the eye Dr not so much. The wife new glasses subscription is so far off she went back to her old glasses. And mine i can see better with my old ones. In my book it is a waste of money thinking we are going to go back to Costco and start over and have to now pay out of are pocket. Beware of the Dr. But like I said the girls up front are great not so in the back thats why they get 2 stars

The Kalispell Shopko Optical is amazing! They got my husband in very promptly. Dr. Hollman address my husbands issues and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Would highly recommend them!

Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable

Been going to Shopko Optical for about 13yrs. They closed the shopping center, I thought I would have to switch doctors. Fortunately they opened their own little satellite store, which I reccomend to anyone that asks. You need good optometrists, great service with and good prices? Please check em out you wont be disappointed.

While on our annual Harley Ride to beautiful Montana and Glacier National Park we had a contact crisis. Woke up that morning with an angry contact that was ready to be retired. Had stinging, watery eyes for two hours and found Shopko Pharmacy the only place in town open at 9am. We called and gave them my prescription and she told us to come over and they could help. Jennessa met us in the parking lot to look in my eye then took us in to set me up with a couple new contacts and some eye drops. They really saved the day. We were able to get back with our friends and enjoy the park. The friendliest and most concerned customer service by far!! Would definitely go here if I lived there. Thank you, ladies!!

Great customer service with Cindy & Janessa at our local store. They are professional, courteous and were able to get an appointment within an hour. I have been with Skopko Optical for about 10 years and their prices are very competitive with our local market.

Way overpriced! Way higher than anyone else in the Flathead valley! Unfair and taking advantage of new customers.

ShopKo Optical in Kalispell is a great place to get your glasses at!!! I was very pleased with the excellent customer service from the optical staff. I found a large selection of stylish frames and found just the perfect one for me :) The quality of their Zeiss lenses is very hard to beat. I am enjoying my new glasses and really appreciate knowing the great staff will help me if I have any follow-up needs. Thanks ShopKo Optical.

I needed progressive lenses put in my own frames. I got several price quotes at different optometrists in the area. They were outrageously expensive--$389 for lenses only! I decided to try Shopko. I got higher quality lenses for half the price. I can also see better out of these lenses, and they are the same prescription as the lenses in my other glasses. Shopko Optical has knowledgeable, caring staff, AND these ladies were so fun to work with! Dont hesitate--I highly recommend!

Michelle is an absolute wonder at fitting glasses. I am blown away by what she was able to do with my hard to fit bridge and lop sided ears. All the women are pleasant and the prices are good.
