We have been long time customers but when our phones starting dropping calls and we were not getting all our msgs or texts we went in there to see what they could do and the manager said they couldnt do anything so we no longer do business with them

They need to give back senior discount period

So the guy tells me free phone with new activation and also hell throw in an accessory up to $20 free. Ok. I chose the $15 ear buds. So I get home, look closer at the receipt to find he charged me $30 for the ear buds. I go back and he tells me, its still a $50 phone for $30 and I should be happy with that. Most people dont notice. Well I noticed. No refund, no returns. Be very careful here and check the details before you pay. Better yet, order cricket online and save money. I later saw online, no activation fees if you do it yourself online. In store is $25 per line. He must be on commission because he lies to sell you more.
