I would never deal with this store. I would never send anyone to this store. They are so rude and disrespectful it’s crazy. I called to make a complaint against the phone who started my friends account and she hung up on me. Because they was wrong and setup my friends account wrong they gave him a sims card from 2017 and tried to hack my account but couldn’t get in

Came into this store to pay my mas phonebill. Not being from out here, i didnt expect anything out of the usual going to pay a phone bill to a different store. Upon walking in an employee named Crystal greeted me and the atmosphere was lit up by simply her personality and vibes! It felt like i wasnt simply walking into a tmobile to pay a bill, and the after effect trickled throughout my day. Feeling extra energetic because of such a simple positive experience with smiles and on-point service. I will def. Come back here to pay a bill if passing thru.
