Do not take your vehicle here. I can not say anything positive. Recently took my vehicle in after the sunroof cracked. Had previously had Hilbish service department replace the sun roof guides (Ford issue). When I took it in they said they would have to check with Ford to see if it was covered. I might also add that the vehicle was still under warranty. Service rep also made sure I new warranty ran out the next day. Made me feel like he was blaming me for what happened and I would be responsible. They called after two days and said Ford approved and it would be 4-5 days to get the part in. After not hearing anything for 10 days I called and they said the part just came in. I went to pick up the vehicle after they finished the repair and got home to find adhesive all over the top of the vehicle and grease all over the paint. After spending hours removing adhesive I found three decent size scratches on the roof in front of the sun roof. This is not the first time Ive had issues with Hilbish. I will drive 30 mins out of my way to go to another dealership next time. The condition of the shop, lack or friendliness and courtesy of the staff upon arrival should be an indication to anyone not to leave their vehicle here for service.
The folks at Hilbish Ford were awesome. I ordered my Bronco when they first came out and Dennis couldnt have been more transparent with the issues Ford was having with supply chain issues. As he heard from Ford, he let me know the details. He kept me in the loop and couldnt have been more professional about it.When the time for me to take delivery came and the supply chain issue was at its height, Tim and Dennis did everything within their power to make sure that my Bronco was delivered asap. Hilbish is a great place to do business!!Thanks to all of you!!
Service Department is terrible here. They dont answer phone calls, dont return messages, dont communicate. I have been waiting nearly two weeks for my car to be completed. This is after Adrian confirmed a week ago all the parts are in. Well I just talked to Tommy and it seems they are still waiting on parts. They have offered no courtesy vehicle during this process. When I inquired about a courtesy vehicle I was told they has to get rid of them due to the shortage. Meaning they needed to boost revenue and sold off courtesy vehicle. Profit over People. I would avoid this place all together. Misrepresentation, poor communication, and overall bad experience.
Your company does a fine job at the oil change. We have no complaints with that. Our only suggestion is that the employees acknowledge a customer when they walk up even if they cant help them. Just say someone will be with you and let the customer know its still a 2 hour wait even though they made a appointment.
My 2020 Explorer was recently dropped off at Hilbish Ford for a minor repair of the rear bumper. I was contacted by Adrienne a few days later to say the vehicle would be ready for pickup that afternoon at 4:30. I arrived at 4:30 and the vehicle was still being reassembled. I picked up the keys but did not do an in depth inspection of the repair due to rain. Stopped at the gas station next door and looked it over while filling up. I noticed the rear bumper step pad was not laying flat. Upon further inspection, I found that they had tried to glue the trim down after breaking off several mounting tabs and folding over some of the remaining ones, rather than properly aligning them with the mounting holes. I immediately returned to the dealership to request a replacement step pad. I also questioned why the vehicle was returned in such a filthy condition. Due to the collection of dust all over the inside of the car, it was quite obvious that people had been in every seat of the vehicle. Footprints, smudges, handprints, etc. all over the dash, seats, headliner, door panels, and carpet in the front and back seats. This seems unusual for a simple bumper repair. I mentioned these issues to Adrienne and explained that I was concerned about what else I would find if I was already coming up with these obvious problems. Adrienne assured me there were no other issues as she had supervised portions of the repair herself. She then offered to have the vehicle sent over to be cleaned up but couldn’t guarantee that they would do a good job due to being so late in the day. I declined and took the vehicle home to clean once it stopped raining. Adrienne emailed later that evening to apologize for the issues we were experiencing and offered to compensate us. I declined, telling her we didn’t not expect anything and just wanted the vehicle repaired correctly. That weekend, when washing the vehicle and cleaning the inside, I noticed that the rear mud flaps I had installed on the vehicle were missing. I crawled underneath the vehicle to further inspect the repair. I found the heat insulators to protect the rear electrical wiring from exhaust heat were left out of place and several bolts attaching the bumper cover to the support bracket and the underbody cover to the bumper cover were missing. I returned to the dealership on Monday to ask about the missing pieces and pick up the new step pad. Adrienne searched the shop for the mud flaps and bolts. I again expressed concerns about the missing parts and the quality of the repairs. Adrienne assured me that there had been no parts left over from the repair, while she was holding the mud flaps that they had failed to reinstall. I pointed out the missing bolts on another Explorer in the shop but they were unable to provide me any replacements, stating they don’t know what bolts to supply since I didn’t have my Explorer with me. Adrienne again apologized for the issues and offered to compensate us with detailing, oil changes, or accessories. I again declined. I left with the mud flaps and new step pad. I returned home and reinstalled the mud flaps. When attempting to replace the step pad, I found that the adhesive they used to try to glue the old one down had hardened and would not allow the new pad to lay flat. I had to grind it off before being able to install the pad correctly. I have had vehicles repaired at this body shop in the past but, with the absolute lack of attention to detail on this repair, the fact that they tried to cover up their mistake rather than fix it, and obviously zero concern for the condition the vehicle was returned to me in, I don’t believe I’ll be able to recommend them again.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my Explorer! I told Eddie the features I was looking for and he found the perfect car for me and my family. The entire process was so smooth. This experience made me a Hilbish customer for life!
Very courteous and professional through my entire experience.
I will definitely return to Hilbish for future auto service. This statement is based on the ease of making an appointment via their website, immediately beginning the service upon my arrival at the appointed time and completion of service in a timely manner.
Took my Bronco in to have the service department look into an issue I was having with the car not accelerating properly and the brakes catching/jerking whenever I slowed down under 20mph. The car was not safe to drive, yet the service department came back and told me that there was nothing wrong. They told me that it was just a normal function of the transmission and that all of the Broncos drive like this. I insisted that what the car was doing was not normal, and that it had only started driving this way in the last two days. They tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. Two hours after I left Hilbish, I got a warning light and a notification stating that I had a powertrain malfunction. The car at this point would not accelerate beyond 30 mph unless the road was completely flat. They didn’t take me seriously when I was adamant that the car was not driving properly. I will never trust the service department at Hilbish again.
Great service, fastest vehicle purchase ever. They really went out of their way to make it as easy as possible to buy a vehicle from them. Will be back for next purchase!
Service staff are professional and friendly. Always responsive to service needs and clear with repair/parts explanations. Great staff greetings all around.
Hilbish Ford has gave me faith in dealerships again! I came here with my daughter to help her get car. Eddie Martin is a super nice guy and did a great job along with management. They worked with us on price to get her a great deal. I have had very bad car buying experiences in the past with dealers, but Hilbish laid everything out in a way you can understand it with all your costs broken down for you. I would recommend them highly. Very good experience!
This is one great dealership to purchase a car from and the service they provide after is unmatched anywhere else. They listen to what you want and do everything in their power to give you exactly what you ask for. They are very trustworthy and friendly.
Another great experience at Hilbish Service Department. Everyone is always so pleasant to work with and car was actually ready early. Job well gone.
This is our third purchase at Hilbish. Although we had not planned on this purchase we are so happy that we decided to buy the Bronco. The salesperson was great as well as all of the other people we dealt with.
Hilbish Ford gave me excellent service and the perfect SUV at a more than reasonable price. The process of buying the new SUV and selling my car could not have been easier. Thanks to Dennis, Tim, and the rest of the sales team!
Great experience, Christian was great and got me into the Mustang I wanted. Couldnt be more happier.
Staff was very supportive and friendly. Shared valuable information in a basic way so that I easily understood the next steps in the process of fixing my car. Im very impressed with the outcome-my car looks great!
The service professionals at Hilbish Ford did a great job on our Expedition. I appreciate the timely communication, attention to detail, and quick service we received.
The folks at Hilbish Ford treated me like family from the time I walked through the door. They didnt make me sit there all night to haggle on pricing and they were so honest and upfront about pricing options and making the transaction tailored to fit my personal needs. I felt like I was more than just a transaction to them. I appreciate them so much and I will definitely send my family there when they go to upgrade their current Ford vehicles.
Would not buy here!!!! I bought a used car here and was told it had a clean title, later was sent a salvaged title for the car. They offered to trade it but I had to pay more money for a car that was worse then the car I bought. Most of the cars they offered had almost 200,000 miles on them and they all had some type of mechanical issues. They didnt make there mistake right and now Im stuck with a car that was salvaged.
This is a great dealership for purchasing your new Ford or service! Friendly welcoming staff and great service. I take all my vehicles to Hilbish and always leave satisfied.
While I have never purchased a vehicle from Hilbish Ford, I can say they have one of the best Ford Service Departments in the Southeast. Cam is a super star service advisor, who goes above and beyond for his customers. Additionally, the service manager is quick to resolve any complaints.
Quick service. Good price. Friendly people
I was completely satisfied with the service and treatment I received at Hilbish Ford. Cameron was the man who helped me. He was excellent. Great employee. Thank you Cameron and Hilbish Ford.
Chris Powe is the man! He will work with you and customer service is his top priority. My husband got a great deal on a beautiful fusion and I got an amazing mustang! Will be back again for certain! Hilbish Ford is very knowledgeable on all models and very attentive to customer needs. Thanks again for your awesome service!
I had a great experience there. The people where very good. Dennis was my salesperson very knowledgeable on the bronco I was looking at.
I have never had a better buying experience! Eddie was honest and straightforward, Kind and respectful. The process was quick and efficient. We will be loyal customers.
The service department at Hilbish is super trustworthy. They work to get me in and out quickly. I truly appreciate that they give me options when my vehicles need a repair. I have 3 Fords a Toyota and a Kia - and I get them all serviced at Hilbish.
If I could give Hilbish Ford less than one star, I definitely would! I was looking for a specific Mustang with specific options and a color that I was interested in and after going to Fords website and doing a hundred mile search, Hilbish Ford in kannapolis North Carolina was the only dealership that had it. They were a hundred miles away from me because I live in Pilot Mountain North Carolina. So on Saturday May the 8th 2021, I drove to kannapolis North Carolina and purchased my new Ford GT Mustang for about $46,000 all said and done. After leaving their parking lot with about 40 miles showing on the odometer, my new car started to develop problems with the clutch and all associated features in the car. By bedtime that night with less than 200 mi on the car, I had a clutch that was burned up and several features on the car that would not work at all. So Monday morning I contacted Hillbish Ford and let them know of the problems I was having and I agreed to have the car repaired at a dealership closer to my home here in Pilot Mountain North Carolina. Well after two trips and two weeks later, I was still sitting here with a car that I could not drive. That dealership failed to repair the car, or for that matter, identify the actual problem that was causing all the trouble. They basically just replaced the burned-up parts related to the problem. During this two week time I kept Hilbish Ford informed of all the problems I was having trying to get the car fixed. Never once did they offer to do anything to help me get this car fixed. Then I informed Ford Motor Companys customer representatives about all the problems I was having and I even tried to get them to just buy the car back from me. They flatly refused to do that and informed me that I would have to use the North Carolina lemon law to make that happen. Fords customer representatives are basically useless and not worth your time and trouble to even contact if you ask me. I even went so far as to ask Hillbish Ford to just come get the car and take it back down there to kannapolis and fix it. They informed me that they didnt come this far to get cars and that roadside assistance wouldnt transport it that far because they would have to take it to the closest Ford dealership. They said that if I brought the car back to kannapolis, I would have to pay to have it transported myself and that there was at least a 2-week backlog in their service department before they could touch it. Finally 4 weeks later and this is after calling every Ford dealership within a hundred miles of me trying to get the car fixed and one Ford dealership in Winston-Salem flatly refused to even touch it because of my customer complaint file now on file with Ford Motor Company, I called Foothill Ford in Pilot Mountain, which is not far from my home and they agreed to take the car and fix it. They showed great courage in accepting responsibility for this new broken Mustang, a new car that I could barely get out of my driveway. I cant say enough good things about those folks. I finally got a Mustang that I could drive 5 weeks after I purchased it from Hilbish Ford. And I owe that to Foothill Ford in Pilot Mountain. Those folks were fantastic! They fixed it right the first time. Basically because they listened to every word I said when I explained what was going on and what I thought was happening. Ive been driving high performance cars all my life and Im 61 years old and I pretty much knew what I was talking about. Until I got to Foothill Ford, nobody was listening. To be honest I dont think anybody give a damn. Especially Hilbish Ford in kannapolis North Carolina. Folks I wouldnt buy a box of damn cookies from those people!! If Hilbish Ford would like to dispute anything Ive just said in this comment, Ive kept all my phone records and documents including emails to Ford customer representatives and I would be happy to publish those. My experience with Hilbish Ford was anything but satisfactory. It was a damn nightmare!!!
They had my car for 6 days to replace 1 part and I received 3 different Price quotes (first $1,200 then $1,300 and finally $1,500).after paying my vehicle was driven to me and a new loud knocking noise was coming from the engine. I asked them about it, they said it was inspected and was running fine before I got there, yet loud engine noise. They checked it out and surprise; I need a new part the quote...$1,000. Went online found part for $100 and new mechanic labor was $100. If you want to burn time and money they are the leaders in the market.
My wife and I had set our sites on a Ford Flex. Our attention being on the 2019.They had the best reviews in the Flex series. My wife spotted and ad at Hilbish Ford. She messaged to see if it was still available. It was!We set up an appointment to see and test drive it. Our contact person at the dealer (Tammy) was very nice. She met us in the lobby and directed us to our sales associate (Dennis). He was very helpful. Answered all our questions. The thing I liked best was he listened to us. That was very Key to the expierence. He was not an agressive type salesman. Never at any time did he say, Just what would it take to get you in this vehicle. That turns me off very quickly. My wife and I really loved the Flex. It sold its self. The price was right. The staff was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. We held them beyond closing time. At no time did I feel I was being broomed out the door. Dennis personally cleaned the stickers off the windshield. Then cleaned the windshield. We cant say enough about our expierence. Thank you Hilbish for having what we wanted, At the right price, and for caring for us as a friend and not a dollar sign. Thank you Dennis for your time. Thank you Tammy for being honest and up front with us from the beginning. Thanks to everyone else who made our experience the best weve ever had.
Inquired about a vehicle that was on the lot and was told to come by and take a test drive. Had full intentions of purchasing. Got to the gas station next door and saw it at the pump. SOLD. Why in the world would you have me come there to drive something when somebody is in the middle of buying it? Thanks for wasting my time.
Last week I had a broken rear passenger window, & took my truck to Hilbish Ford Service Dept. The Service Advisor Cameron Rodgers was very courteous & professional. He kept me informed along the process, & had my truck ready the next day. Great service & reasonably priced. I have now found a new home to have my truck serviced.
I went 2 separate times for the same vehicle. The first guy we will name eeyore he wasn’t really helpful nor was he very enthusiastic about wanting to sell the truck. The second time, I met Jasmine she was extremely nice and excited. She was extremely professional. I was paying cash and her sales manager Mike took 2-3 hrs from start to finish to get me my truck. Not to mention he told me to go to the dmv to get something done and he forgot to turn in my paperwork In order for me to have the truck legal. The customer service there is terrible and management is worse. While waiting they all were sitting around talking story not caring that a customer had cash in hand and wanted to leave. I will not be going back there. Jasmine is the only reason they got 2 stars. If it wasn’t for her they’d be rated 0.
Always fast, friendly customer service! All of our cars are serviced through Hilbish would not go anywhere else!!! 100% trust in Hilbish you won’t be sorry!
Junk cars. Go anywhere else. Even a bum on the side of the road will give you a better car. Very unprofessional.
I have been taking my vehicles to Hilbish for service for years and have never had problems until today. I called ahead and made an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I arrive and the young man at the service desk had a “what do you want” attitude before I even opened my mouth. I let him know that my check engine light was on as well. He let me know they would not be able to do the inspection if that was the case. That’s fine, I should have mentioned it on the phone. I asked if we could do a diagnostic to check for the problem. He said it was too late in the day at 3pm. That’s also fine. The problem was the young man’s attitude. As if he was annoyed at my very existence. He was snarky and rude. I had to ask for registration paperwork back. I said you don’t need it if you are not going to do the inspection. I hope he has a better day tomorrow. I will be looking for another dealership to do my diagnostic and inspection.
Do not go to hilbish ford for service. My wife went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They called her said the truck was finished and after leaving the dealership she got a little over a mile away. The truck started vibrating violently and acting out of control. Once she got it pulled over she inspected the outside of the truck and realized there were no lug nuts on the driver rear wheel. I called them after she told me what happened and towed the truck back to the dealership. They offered her two free oil changes, repairs to the truck and a rental, but in my opinion that was not near enough seeing how they put her life at risk. We will no longer be using there services do to this type of negligence.
Went above to find the car we wanted, no hassles, quick transaction.
Had a great experience here! Terry was super kind and helpful! The whole team really took care of me and looked out for my safety and satisfaction!!!
Absolutley the most horrible experience. I am a single mom and finally after 13 years I am buying a new car. I found one that was in my price range and perfect. I contacted the internet person, who was the only one that was helpful in this whole experience. She did everything she said she would and was amazing. I finalized that I would pick the car up at 5 and finish that paperwork. When I finally got there (earlier than 5) she came out and extremely apologetically told me that the car was sold. One of the other sales people, not sure because she never actually spoke to me, looked at the girl I dealt with and said whats wrong? She told her my car that I had come to do paperwork on was sold from under me and the response was, yeah. The girl I dealt with said there were other cars and that we could take a look at them which I said, no, im done with this place and left. Now, I am on a budget and have looked for well over 3 months before I made a decision about a purchase so this wasnt a fly by the seat of my pants kind of thing. I was heartbroken. A good friend of mine was equally mad at the way I was treated so he called and talked to the sales manager who plainly told him that thats just the car business if i could leave negative stars i would. This isnt the way that people should be treated nor is it the way that a business should be run. I will find out who the owner is and I will contact him to let him or her know exactly how his reputation is being portrayed. I will almost guarantee you there wont be any response to this review either, other than the typical canned one.In response to your reply: if it is the case that you dont hold cars, then I should have been the one that got the car since the people that were buying it were not there yet and I know that because I was the only customer in your building at the time. AND we were told, by your Sales Manager, that this was a deal that was being worked on for a few days. So much for your excuse of not holding cars. I find your response to be one that is just trying to save face and unfortunately, you are not doing a great job of it with me or any of the people that I have told about your lack of ethics as a dealership. You all are the epitome of why car dealerships have a bad reputation. If this is truly your policy then you should no longer make deals with people via the internet, text, or email.
I had been servicing my Ford Expedition from the time that i buy it new 19 years ago, I have never had any complaint, people there is always ready to help. I can highly recommend Hilbish Ford of Kannapolis NC
Being a first time Ford owner I really didn’t know what to get myself into. I brought my F-150 in for service as I just drove it cross country all the way fromTexas I wanted to get something looked at. I was uncertain of what to expect as I come from BMW’s and I thought since Ford wasn’t an upscale brand that I wouldn’t receive the same type of service or attention to detail. However from the moment I called until I received my keys upon completion of the services performed I couldn’t be more blown away by the professionalism carried by all the employees. Especially the service department PROFESSIONALS. Not just the front desk guy but the professionals turning wrenches. Again a huge thanks to the Hilbish Ford team!
Busy day for Service Department. I drove in, someone met me at car, offering help. I asked for vehicle inspection. Vehicle had been there before so they had my information. Twenty minutes later I was on my way home. Great job.
Working with Eddie was pleasure, made my buying experience fantastic, left feeling like Eddie was family, highly reccomend Hilbish and Eddie...
I brought my new truck in for a 10,000 mile service. Made an appt, which was basically for an oil change. When I arrived I was told it would be an hour and a half which I didn’t have time for. I told the receptionist that it was fine, I’d bring it back at another day but she said “we can get you in next, don’t worry I got it”. I sat in the lobby while I watched 2 younger guys work on my truck all while checking their phones, high fiving each other, taking their time, letting air hoses bounce off my truck. My truck comes off the lift, then back up. When I asked what was wrong, she let me know that when the tech put the oil filter on, it blew out and all of the oil went everywhere so they had to clean it up and put more oil in. So my new truck smells like burnt oil now. Took 2 1/2 hours for this. Plus, while they were getting in and out of my truck, they scratched my dashboard and got my door panels filthy. It was a terrible experience all together. Receptionist was super nice and apologetic.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and was asked if I wanted to trade my mustang for a new one while paying the same payments. I took a look and got a better car with comparable payments! I think I got a good deal! My only complaint is that it took some badgering to get the refund I was promised for the service on my old car. I got it a week later after showing up in person following a few calls the days before.
No one likes taking their vehicle in for a major repair, but Cameron at Hilbish Ford made it go as smoothly as possible. He was in constant contact with me during the diagnosis, shipment of parts and progress of repairs. Cameron also dealt directly with my third party warranty company making my life easier. Very impressed and will continue using Hilbish Ford for our service needs going forward.
Had a good experience at this dealership recently. Took my truck in for a simple airbag recall repair. From the ease of making an appointment, to the actual repair itself, I was in and out timely. Everyone was friendly and professional. Would definitely consider going here again if need be.
I am super excited about my 2021 new bronco sport I am loving it me and my husband love our new vehicle thank you so much for everything y’all Done.
Hilbish Ford is the best place to get your Ford in the Charlotte area. The dealership strives for the best customer service and wants to make the deal work for you and for you to be comfortable. No high pressures, just straight talk all the way! Their staff is awesome, the selection is great, and the management is the best! This dealership is also very civic minded and gives back 100 fold. Great service department too. This is your Ford dealer!
Courteous, timely, and friendly service. I was back on the road in an hour; a nearby competitor had required leaving our truck (only vehicle) all day, which I rejected. Hilbish is worth going farther for pleasant service experience.
All the people are friendly. I bought a new car there the year before. The sales person was good. There service dept. is always helpful and friendly.
As usual, very efficient with their time and everything went as expected.
Just bought a vehicle from Charlie Brown. Hes the greatest !! Hoping I will enjoy my new vehicle ad much as I did dealing with him. Great Saleman !!
Collision Center Review. Not sales review. One of the worst experiences ever. I spoke to Gary earlier that day and scheduled to pick up my car at 4:30. I arrived and Gary was not there, my car was still sitting inside the garage covered in dust and muck and I had to wait for it to be cleaned. O.k. fine I can work with that. . . but then I find out that they are having to jump my car because it wont start! Why? Because the geniuses killed the battery. 20 minutes later they get it to crank and give me my keys. I get in and I realize that the inside of my car is covered in white powder and other particles from the body work..... I also found scratches on the inside of my door! Some of them were just wear and tear but there were deeper more obvious scratches and a knotch in one of my window buttons that looked like someone dug into it with a pocket knife. More likely it was some type of tool or keys on someones belt as they leaned into the door. I complained about the filth and they re-cleaned the inside of my car and I tried to talk to someone about the scratches on my door but they kept making excuses. Its from your fingernails or your rings the lady said. First of all I bite my nails so I dont have any to scratch something with. Second of all how did a ring on my right hand cause a deep gash in a window button on my left hand door? Especially when I never wear rings on my left hand because that is the hand I write with and it bugs me. So here it is 5:15 and I am finally leaving after giving up on them admitting they messed up my door. The final straw was driving home and realizing they had my heated seats on so someone was warming their tush in my seat since they were off when I dropped off the car.... And then when I got out of my car after getting home I found yet another scratch on the back of my steering wheel that I absolutely couldnt have caused because its up near the console where no one would ever touch. All in all I am furious with what has happened to my car because even though they fixed the dent they caused damage to my car. Beware people looking for a body shop!
I absolutely loved my experience at Hilbish Ford! It was seamless and easy. Jennifer took care everything and made it quick and headache free for me. Love my new Edge!
Had a Wrench come up on dash, Took it in and of course it was like 2 months out of warranty but it was a MAF on a 31k mile Mustang, Anyways fixed that, Got car back home and wife went out the next day got in the car and the A/C would not blow COLD air only normal air, We have a 3 month old so that wont work. Called them back and politely explained that it was working perfect before it went in to shop, Now there saying I would have to bring it back and they will still charge me $125 just to look at it.Update : Was Contacted and told that I could bring it up and get it checked out free of charge. I greatly appreciate that and it defiantly shows they care about there customers .
We have done business with Hilbish Ford for years and have always been satisfied. We have bought all our cars there and currently I am driving an Ecosport. I Love It! It is small enough for me to manage. It gets good gas mileage and drives beautifully. The Service team there is great and my favorite salesman for years is Mr. Dennis Rowland.
Excellent customer service, focused on what we were looking for and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle
What a great buying experience!! Dennis Rowlands worked closely with us from the moment we walked in, to driving away with our new SUV. He allowed us ample time to conduct our research, and went the extra mile by finding the perfect color and having it transferred from South Carolina. Rick Guido provided us a very reasonable trade in value which solidified our purchase. Cant say enough about this dealership. We look forward to working with their service department and making future purchases.
Hilbish Ford has a top of the line team. From scheduling an appointment to come in and look at vehicles to driving off the lot with your new vehicle, this team takes care of you. Nestled between Kannapolis and Concord city line you will receive great friendly service and a team that is professional and welcoming. I am happy with my Ford Escape hybrid Titanium and will tell others to shop at Hilbish Ford Ford for a great vehicle buying experience.
I am blown away but the outstanding service I received while purchasing my 4th car with Hilbish. Thank you to everyone who helped me with my purchase. You made this experience memorable!!!
I drop my truck off and it was done in a very reasonable time and I was very please
Purchased my F250 several weeks back and couldn’t be happier with the price and service.Truly appreciate how smooth and timely the process for buying was.Highly recommended and enjoying the new truck!
I brought a SUV on Saturday and that evening the tire blew off the rim. The middle of the rim was totally exposed. Took the SUV back to them on Monday (closed Sunday) to see if they would replace the tire. Absolutely not. They would not even pay half of the price of the tire. I had two young children in the truck at the time and they were traumatize. Their customers satisfaction is way pass poor. They would risk a repeat customer for the cost of a tire.
If it wasnt for Jasmine, the sales person we dealt with, I would have walked away. Horrible service. Arrogant and useless upper management. I would never recommend anyone unless Jasmine became management. She made the experience less painful.
The Service Team is and treated me with respect. They listened to what service I needed, asked questions to ensure they understood and finished my service within the estimated finishing time.
Called in talked to Cameron about having my 2018 F-150 serviced. He was able to work me in when other dealers could not. When I came in to pick-up my truck, he honored the maintenance plan a VA dealer gave me when I purchased my truck. I did not even tell him about it. Thank you Cameron and team for the great experience!
Excellent service. They greeted me, let me look around in peace, but were ready to answer any of my questions the second I was ready. I came back with my wife to see a F150 truck I was interested in and their employee was ready with the keys in hand. Love that type of detail.
I am happy with both the process and vehicle. I was not pressure into any thing I didnt want or needed. I purchase vehicle (Ford Focus) that dependent. I work with good people that cared about my needs and feeling. THANK YOU again
Very unfair people. Follow up is horrible! Mike the sales manager is very mean guy.
I have really enjoy the service that I receive from Hilbish Ford. They have never made me feel pressured to purchase at any time I have visited the dealership. I am happy with my 2019 Escape.
I took my car into the Hilbish Collision Center for repairs to the front bumper. The repairs were perfect and the car is just like new! They delivered it on time and Adrienne was the best! Thank you so much😊
Took my vehicle for a factory recall part replacement and I ended up needing a few additional things as well. The staff in the service department was amazing. Very thorough and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience shopping for a used car. It was the professional and friendly service i did receive, that was initiated over the internet. Ms. Alissa..called me right away. Sent me information regarding the cars I was interested in seeing.. She called me back and scheduled appointment for me to come in. My salesman Eddie was fantastic and no pressure! I brought the Lincoln MKS. The process was smooth and easy. Mike the manager is sweet as pie. I loved the fact I was able to see and meet the big big BOSS. How sweet that!Anyway, I love my Lincoln MKS. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS ALRIGHT WITH THE CAR BEFORE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIPS. Oh!! They have best coffee and popcorn. Maybe I ll stop by there today a nd get a cup of coffee and some popcorn. Their whole customer service team makes you feel like family! Im sooo very happy with my purchase!!😊😊😊😊😊
I bought my 2018 Taurus and had an amazing expression overall the sales and service staff is very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to answer questions or help in any way possible. My experiences here have been with Jen in sales and Terri in service. I would recommend the sales, parts and service department to anyone and will continue to do my future business with them.
Good experience. Everyone was very nice.
I cannot endorse this Hilbish dealership. Car door accessory panel was inoperable. Hilbish in Kannapolis broke panel removing it from door....had it 90 min, gave up and ordered door switch. Returned next day for 90 min for door switch install and new door switch doesnt work.... scheduled new, all day appointment 10 days later and appointment cancelled due to sick tech.Took 30 min for me to remove door, google the solution, and fix the problem myself. Two wires needed to be swapped. No talent, clueless techs, and poor service.Cloninger sister store service people rude and condescending, and have no listening skills, and speak without knowing any facts.Hilbish was at least kinder in interaction, but no smarter in fixing door panel.Never a Ford again.
Had the best deal around. We got our Ford Edge at a great discount. Other car companies werent even willing to negotiate to a price we were satisfied with or they tried to sneak in extra charges, Like $500 window tenting.I felt like Hilbish was strate forward and easy to deal with.
5* for the people that work here! I absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car who wants great customer service! Their by far the best place to buy your car, truck or SUV! I wouldnt go anywhere else! Jennifer is the best!! Absolutely 100% satisfied in customer service & friendly people to help you with any choices youre looking to make!
We found the exact vehicle we were looking for at Hilbish. It had the ecoboost engine we wanted and the rear gearing we needed. Combined with the original towing package we thought we were ready to go. But as soon as we got the truck home we noticed there wasnt a trailer brake controller. Now I would have thought that since we just bought this truck a few days earlier the dealer would work with us getting this one missing item installed to complete the towing package. Nope. Full price for the part and the installation. My fault for not noticing this when we test drove it I guess. Also the locked cleats that were pointed out to me in the bed as an original add on came without keys. I also had to order and pay for them myself. I have now received the brake controller I ordered and will be taking it in for installation as soon as the license tag arrives. Hoping for no negative surprises.
Update - was looking at Hilbish service website a few minutes ago and low and behold you can make an appointment for an oil change!! DON’T call for an oil change appointment because other then person that replied to this no one knows about this!! Unfortunately I had taken the car else where for service in under an hour so any update on how the scheduling oil change will have to wait till next oil change. I have high hopes it works as I really prefer dealing with Hilbish. While the service and people are great and they do great work, the issue is time, the time they need to work on the car. Ive been driving past many places that could service my car to get to Hilbish Ford because of the great work they do but over the past few years simple things like oil changes are taking 2, 3 or more hours, add a state inspection and you could be looking at 4+ hours. Who has this kind of time? If you are local and can drop your car off for the day this is your place, other wise best look else where for quicker service.Suggestion to Hilbish, if they read this? Take appointments for oil changes and state inspections!! Other places do it, Im sure you can figure out a way to make this work better for everyone.
Great place to buy a car. The whole experience lasted only 3 hours.
2019 Ranger... Simply love the truck. Hilbish didnt do bad. I wish I would have known service contracts could be negotiated, but can blame them for my ignorance. But I got the truck I wanted at a good price and enjoy it everyday even though add-ons are breaking me. 😁
Once again, my experience with Hilbish Ford service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, efficiency, honesty, friendliness, and value have no equal in my opinion. The repair to my truck was handled professionally and much more quickly than I expected. The service advisor immediately was able to correctly diagnose the work my truck needed and kept me abreast as to progress. Whenever Hilbish does a service or repair to my vehicles and is completed, I always leave happy that I chose them.
Never trust the large, big city dealerships. The small town guys are always the best. Hilbish was very professional and understanding in these difficult times. They did a wonderful job
Ive conducted business with Hilbish Ford for several years now. Rick, Wade, Doc and Eddie in the sales department are always very helpful and polite. Josh in service is great as well. Ive only ever had bad experiences when dealing with Dennis, the salesman. I dont recommend conducting business with him as hes quite rude, and has been every time Ive had to interact with him. Other than the one bad apple, I highly recommend Hilbish Ford for your next vehicle purchase!
What an outstanding car buying experience. From the first initial contact with Aaron to driving our new Ford Explorer home was hands down the easiest and most painless car buying experience we have had. Our salesman Eddie Martin was honest, knowledgeable and provided exceptional service! We love our new car!! Thank you Hilbish Ford!
Service is great and has some of the best techs on the planet. They’re missing one thing though but they’re still the best
After spending $634 to fix my car, its still not fixed. After spending $245.00 more, car is still making noise in front end.
Very courteous service team, I purchased a Wrangler from them which required repairs. They did not give me the run around and got me to the correct repair shop. Their sales team is very quick to complete the deal, which was great for me. As well, some of the best detailing work I have seen.
Employees are rude, lazy, and all around unfriendly. With high volume dealerships around the only reason to buy there would be the people, and it seems like they’ve went all to hell. Literally no reason to buy from these guys.
