Working with Keri and all the staff at K-Town has been nothing less than pleasurable. Customer service these days is nothing like what it used to be. But, here, it was a great experience. My credit is a work in progress, but Keri was able to get me into exactly what I was looking for. Buying a used car is scary, because you never know what your exactly getting into. Yes, they can make sure everything is working good at the moment, but, even they cant predict the future of MAY go wrong. I had an issue with the battery a couple days later, they came out, rescued me from the side of the road, fixed the problem and brought my car back to me. Cant ask for anything more. I have been dealing with these folks since 2019. I started out with absolutely no credit but Chris managed to get me a buy here pay here agreement on a little Honda Civic. The car was so dependable and gave me no issues whatsoever! Two years later, Im back at Ktown getting another vehicle! This time, Chris was able to get me financing through a lender and I was able to upgrade to a 2017 Kia Sorento with very low miles. I cannot say enough good things about Ktown. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Tahoe on 1/22/2021. Before leaving the lot I let the salesman Chris know that the Traction Control and Stabilitrak light appeared. They offered to get it fixed and so before the end of the week I brought it back in and supposedly it was fixed. Well the same day when I got home after almost traveling an hour there and back the same light came on as well as a grinding noise from he left wheel well. I emailed them and spoke with the owner Graden who promptly offered to have it throughly looked at and repair the light that was illuminated and the grinding noise. This is where things have gone south, the loaner car was a death trap. Nothing worked and it wasn’t even the equivalent to the vehicle we bought from them in size or function. Then they drove our vehicle back to our home claiming it was fixed all issues that I reported to them from day one. Before leaving my driveway and off back to the dealership the light illuminated for the Traction Control/ Stabilitrak and the grinding noise which is now faint. I also had a little birdie tell me they bought this from a lot they have somewhere else and knew this light was on before selling me this vehicle. I say all this to say don’t trust or buy their vehicles. Their customer service seemed like they were eager to fix the issue but the business side of them sucks. One last thing I took it to a Chevy dealership because I suspected what they were telling me wasn’t the full truth and when Chevy plugged in their machine a reading/code pulled up, but Gradens mechanic said there was no code. The light is still illuminated til this day and I will have to bring it to Chevy to ensure this is a sound vehicle to drive my children and I in. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

Cant buy my wife a car because I dont have a drivers license. I was using my income and she was the one driving it and owning it, so stupid. Lost a 10,000+ dollar sale, change rules and make more money unless you dont need it because you already Jack your prices to become unreasonable. Shop elsewhere.

Chris Cauble is awesome. I stopped in on word of mouth reputation. Chris assisted me personally. I came in and told them my dream car is a challenger but it has to be V8 and manual, they not only had one but two on the lot. I gave them a down payment range and they hit it perfectly. Payments have been easy and Ive had my car now 18 months. The people they do financing with report to Equifax only but have increase my credit rating.They stand behind there cars and even better treat us like a customer not a statistic. I never felt pressured and happy to drive away in my new used car. Chris even went as far to hook me up with an insurance agent and handled all the headache getting it set up. I bought my first car from there. The radio went out 2 wks after having it!!!! I pd 1000.00$ for the warranty for 2yrskeep that in mind the first month erg valve had to be changed. Check engine light comes on goes off and my horn quit working. They said radio wasnt covered under the warranty,they said the check engine light was my ex gas cap. The horn they said it was the cables needed cleaning and its quit working again. The check engine code is reading catalytic converter they said wasnt covered under the warranty!!!! So,what is the warranty good for?!?! Very disappointed!!! My car would be pd for if it wasnt for the warranty I bought and they want help me with nothing!!!! Nice people but the service center and that warranty bs is for the birds if it doesnt cover nothing.Had a great experience buying the car but I have had many issues and they keep saying well warranty doesnt cover this!!! I was under the impression at first they were godly trusting people!!! They are very nice!!! I just want to know what does that 1000$ warranty cover?!?!

Just recently purchased a SUV from here. The staff is super knowledgeable and courteous. The deal that was initially presented to me failed, ONLY because of the bank. Moreover, did not stop K Town from ensuring that we tried again and kept at it until we had success. I am very pleased with them.

Overall had a good experience at this place. Was in dire need of a better car and didnt think I would qualify for a loan with my credit. Surprisingly I did and Chris was very helpful during the car buying experience. Being a former salesman I can recognize when sales tactics are being used but despite that the salesman overall was helpful and honest. There were little problems with the car such as bad wipers and the battery was no good but they replaced them promptly at no charge. So if youre in need of a car and dont have the best credit you should definitely check this place out. Just do your due diligence. Ive had the car for a month now with no issues.

Wow the comments are awesome from every person who visited this store I wish I had worked with people like this where I am but none of them are like K-town and its bad here, they were not so professional they are not very transparent or helpful as k-town sounds to me does... also I had credit issues too same as some of you and my other means to get a vehicle and yet I lost my job due to my SUV a 1998 mercury mountaineer was stolen from me no one helped me to recover it and find it and never was found. and I do get retirement and really need a vehicle but k-town is far from here I am nobody in this town will take anywhere at all neighbors are obnoxious and dont care. and I need another vehicle to get me another job and I will always have my retirement that is inherited from my fathes when he was a veteran in US army, passed away, and I am 58 I cant walk that far and looking for another SUV, I dont find no one else to be like k-town staff is that hurts me when I cannot find someone willing to work on this with me to get me into a vehicle, I hope I can find someway to communicate with k-town car lot I sure would like to see what can be worked out..... peace be with you

He had me in a vehicle that I love in no time at all. Customer service at K-Town Cars is the best is have ever received from any dealership or anywhere for that fact. He made sure I loved the car I was getting and was happy with the payment range. I had very little to work with and he worked his magic and Im driving today feeling so very blessed. My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Kia Serento from K-Town and we couldnt be happier. Anyone looking to purchase a car should really go and checkout their inventory, I drive by there daily and they always have a diverse selection. What really made us go with K-Town is they accepted our trade in, many other car lots in the area only wanted cash down and told us to sale our vehicle first then come back with the cash. Which really wasnt an opinion, anyone that has ever had to sale a car knows its just a big hassle. They also offer extended warranties and gap protection, which was a huge plus! My husband works during normal business hours for them so they were very accommodating in letting me drive what ever vehicle I was interested in to where my husband works and let him check it out. Once we had chosen the one they let me keep it for the rest of day then stayed after hours to do paperwork when my husband got off work. It was so stress free and enjoyable to purchase a vehicle from them, will definitely work with them again!

The mechanic dept. of this dealership needs to be evaluated by those who own this place.I took my car there due to overheating issues with it and I was told I had a bad head gasket. I took the vehicle home and added some coolant to my vehicle and it hasnt overheated since. HEAD GASKET YOU SAY, I think you guys need your heads examined when thinking you are mechanics.

Bad experience, first off, the owners wife was in talking to their insurance adjuster, and told him she did not drive any of the cars on the lot as none of them were reliable, then they told me the smoking rear wheel that happened when i pulled into the lot to pick something up, was due to grease on the brakes, it was a lie, it was due to a bad rear axle seal that was expensive to repair. then when i said something about the brakes, they assured me they were fine, they were not, the master cylinder was going out, and finally did go out, and is a $3100 part from the dealer. they knew these things were bad, i told them i drive for work, and needed something reliable, and they dumped this thing on me. yah, i will never buy another car from them, nor will i recommend them, as i was told by several people to stay away from them, and did not listen, well, i guess i got what i asked for by buying from them.

Bought a car ftom there yhey were nice at first. A week after I brought the car home it has been nothing but problems. I have spent over 4500 fixing the car. the owners answer to that was i should have taken it to my own mechanic before I bought the car. The warranty they offer covers NOTHING. They have God all over office but they are crooks just ask around you will see

Ive bought used cars many times in the last 30 years, and this is by far the BEST experiance doing so that Ive had. No dealer Ive worked with in the past, new or used, provided such a positive buying experiance.I happened to find K Town because I was looking for a specific, and somewhat uncommon, car- a Lexus IS350c convertible. They had one, and so, despite being over 3 hours away, I called... Chris is what every auto salesman should aspire to be. We spoke several times by phone, at length, over the course of a week. He provided detailed photos, and was completly honest and up front about every aspect of the car- easy to do, as it is as close to showroom mint as a 10 year old car can be. He offered his personal cell number, as Christmas was approaching and they were going to be closed for 3 days. Based on all the information provided, we negotiated a price- before I made the long trip. When I went out, the car was exactly as advertised; there were no surprises. Spent an hour test driving, and closed the deal...Great people, great experiance.
