Brothers Tire is by far the best tire place in the Charlotte-Concord-Kannapolis area. Their prices are the best, their service is the best and they treat you the best. No frills, no crazy overcharging tire installation cost. They have upheld the tradition of providing a quality product at a great price with amazing service. I have shopped at Brothers for over 10 years.

Really frustrated this morning. Ive taken my three vehicles to Brothers for alignments, and the first two times were great. The 3rd time was on my lunch break, and I waited almost two hours. But I chalked that up to busy time of day. Well, this morning I arrived at 730am and was the third person. And yet 2 hours and 15 minutes later they have handled a dozen people and not even looked at my car. When I asked them what was going on, they said it was because I listed my number. Apparently they assumed that I was going to pick it up much later or something and bumped me way down the line. I was just going to walk over to the coffee house, but they only opened at 9 so I didnt even go. I just sat in the waiting room and then outside for over 2 hours. Its dangerous to make assumptions. Hopefully they will ask for customers expectations when they leave a number. It could be theyre just going to get a coffee.UPDATE: They apologized many times and comped the charge. So I have increased my review from two star to four star. Problems and misunderstandings are bound to happen, and how a company handles it makes all the difference! They still have my business.

Ive been doing business with Brothers Tire for 40 years and wont go anywhere else. Today I only needed my tires rotated and because I bought them there, and it was free. I Was told about Brothers Tires when I moved to NC 5 yrs ago. They are the only repair shop that has touched my car since then. I always leave there satisfied that everything has been taken care of excellently. I was the queen of the $500.00 repair bill in South Florida for anything. Absolutely cannot recommend this place on any merit other than good prices. Most employees were relatively friendly, although the manager or owner was unacceptably rude and disrespectful. I brought my vehicle in for a inspection, tires, brakes, and a belt. I brought it in first thing in the morning and was told it would be done later that day. No problem there. I was given a phone call later that day telling me that the belt couldnt be figured out by anyone in the shop and they wanted to keep it overnight so another technician could look at it come morning. No problem there. Come the next day (Saturday) I come to pick up the car around 11:30, before they close. I was speaking to the receptionist about getting my car back, before the manager came out and rudely said Its not done yet. Followed about a short conversation about how the brakes arent done yet. I asked how long this would take, as I needed my car back at this point due to work, and was given the answer of We close at 12. The manager walked off and proceeded to ignore me, and talked to my dad, who had driven me to this place to get my car back. Upon realizing he was my dad, manager immediately became much nicer and talked to me in a more respectful manner.The manager, Todd gave me a call today. (1/21/21) to apologize for the way he behaved on that given day and explained. I have changed my overall rating and may revisit to see if any difference has been made.

This was my first experience with Brothers Tire and it was great. Great customer service and price. I shopped around to multiple places and they were the lowest for a high quality tire. I highly recommend this locally owned establishment.

I took my Chevy Blazer to them to have my upper intake replaced along with the gaskets and etc to be replaced as well as the new thermostat. I took it to them Tuesday 5-19-20 and was told would have it by today 5-20 20. The first set of lies dealt with my lower ball joints. This is the second round of lies they have told me and done. I will no longer take any of my vehicles to them. I will take my vehicle to Newton to AVG. At least if they can do it they will if not they will let me know instead of me going without a vehicle. Brothers Tires would rather do the easy jobs to get you out but when youre there when they open and continue to put you on the back burner enough is enough. I took my Chevy to AVG to have them replaced. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO BROTHERS TIRE FOR ANYTHING PERIOD!!!

Would not honor tire warranty. There reason was the new tires I purchased in Aug of 2020 had no mileage rating. The tires I was tild had 25,000 mile rating. Tires wore out in 10,000. Front end alignment checks out om.

I have been doing business with Brothers Tire for 5 years or so. I have previously rated them with a five star. Monday Sept 14 I called and checked on some tire for my truck. Was told they weren’t that busy so I headed over. There were several there when I arrived, and I understand people coming in. I set it up to get 4 tires for my truck and 2 tire on rims I had in the back of my truck. Waited for a little while and had a friend call to meet for breakfast. I told Brothers I was going to head to get some breakfast (mistake on my part) and gave them my number. I arrived about 9:15, left about 9:30 for breakfast and returned around 10:30. My truck had not moved. I questioned what was going on and the “manger”said my truck was the next one in. I immediately questioned if vehicles had been moved ahead of mine? And the manager said no, yet I saw at least one vehicle that was in the bay that was not there when I left. I expressed my concern and told them at the desk that they had lost my business. I even called Discount Tire and was considering leaving, yet it was goin to be an hour before they could get me in, yeti would have saved $40.00. Brothers totaled out my bill, while they were working on my truck. It was not till after I paid that the owner came in and spoke friendly and asked general question on how things were. I told home my problem and he said “I can’t say we never move waiting customers in front of drop off”. I told him I understand that if it was dropped for the day. He said he could look a video and see if anyone was moved in front of my truck, we went inside and he started pulling tickets from the trash to show me who was in front of me. I told him I wouldn’t be back. To top it off I went to my truck and started to leave and the 2 tires were not in the back of my truck. Went back in and they found them. A few hours later the owner called and said he had spoken with the manager and no vehicle had been moved in front of me, what happened to the video? He said he spoke with the manager and he assured him he had not put anyone in front of me. Yet early the owner says he could not say that they never did that. I spent over $1000.00 on this day. I understand having to wait, but 2 hrs and 15 minutes. I like to try to give my business to locally owned businesses, yet I would appreciate honesty and at least you act as if you care about my business. Workers standing around smoking and talking to guys outside. The owner did apologize but offered no discount or resolve to the issue. Only that the manager was a fair guy and wouldn’t lie, not saying he did, just stating what I saw. My time seems to mean nothing.

Amazing Customer service!We are a long customer, well 10 years or so. This past Monday my husband went in and had the oil changed and 2 gently used tires. I had a fender bender and blew out a one on Thursday. (Totally my fault)Brothers replaced the tire and inspected and filled my spare with air all for $20.Small town values.

Their service is great theres no long waiting period to get your tires put on and the prices are right i would recommend anyone to go there Ill be back just got 4 brand new tires for my truck 255/70/ 16 $470 out the door thats mount balance and everything beat that!!!

Everyone here is very nice. I had a belt to break on my car so had to have it towed to their shop on Saturday. On Monday, my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. The prices are certainly reasonable and fair. Although I hope to not have any, I will definitely go back for any future mechanic issues if they arise. Very satisfied with their service and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of tires or repairs.
