Management is a joke and has bad customer service. The Gm Mike takes more pride in title of his job rather than providing his employees with proper training.

Yesterday ( April 30, 2021) between 1pm-2pm I visited the Family Dollar Store on North Cannon Blvd Kannapolis. I would like to make mention of how kind the employees were to me.Two employees stopped and both were answering different questions I had and so nice doing it.Sometimes I forget those types employees are still around.Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone

Visit this place quite a bit. It must be the most cluttered, disorganized Family Dollar I have ever been in. Most of the shelves and the cooler are nearly empty. What is not empty is poorly maintained. Perhaps a district manager or franchise owner should pay a visit and set things in order. The whole store is pretty pathetic.

They dont have many products on the shelves anymore its really not a good place to go

Pretty much has whatever you were looking for. To bad people have to make other people have a worse time this year. So sorry to the older lady who had her purse stolen while shopping today..

If I have to go to a family Dollar this is my preferred location. Noel and her staff are amazing. They always help me if I cant find something! They are really welcoming! Much better than the rest of the family dollars around here.

I walk to this place at least once a week. The coupon and sales are always confusing. Itd be nice to just pay one low price without having to be humiliated by the always long line, waiting for you to scan every single coupon

They never answer when called therefore i end up going elsewhere for services. Some things are not always in stock. Answering the phone helps confirm so it’s not a trip wasted.

I give them a 1 star bc for the simple fact that I had went over there and added money onto my prepaid card and it was $43.95 And it was an account now card and I have the receipt and of course it says $43.95, and also I have proof on my phone and it says that I only have $30 in my account and I checked my transaction and there wasnt any so now u tell me i had someone else take my phone and the receipt back over there and they told him that there was nothing that they can do. And that its my fault?? Now GO FIGURE OUT HOW MY CARD JUST AUTOMATICALLY BECAME $10 SHORT I KNOW IT ITS BC SHE POCKETED MY $$

While I stood waiting for someone at the counter ready to check out for 5 minutes..The manager with the short brown hair sat off to the said rudely asked if I was ready to check out followed by her screaming across the store for one of employees to come to the counterWho never came to the counter

The cashier that was working at this time was wonderful very kind very polite very helpful the store and itself its a little dirty you cant find anything its really hard to walk with a buggy Things Are understocked but as far as the people go in the store Id give it a 101

I love this store except when you have like 3 twelve packs of soda on sale and you you dont sell 1 twelve pack at the sale price when other stores do so I go else where

This location is better than the one down by Aldi. Its older but at least the workers keep the store as clean as they can and its a lot neater than the other location.
