Purchased a double oven/ stove we were told it worked 100% and had a 3 month guarantee. Took it home plugged it in to test everything and find the bottom heating element does not heat up at all. We tried to call the number available online to their business without any answer calling a dozen times the next day we finally drive over tell them the situation they say that they will come over to look at it and they never show up and never call so the next day we decide to take it back because we cant sit around waiting. We unload it and take it in the store and they did not want to return the money and just gave us a run around saying to leave the stove and they will refund money next day.Make sure you get everything in writing!

Hector and Sandra showed up within an hour after we inquired about a new washer and dryer. They brought them in for us and made sure that everything was hooked up correctly and working! They were friendly and flexible, and the machines came with a 3 month warranty period. I would recommend them to anyone looking for used appliances!

100% will buy from the this company again! I bought a fridge for 550 about a month ago. Everything was working perfectly and then it wouldn’t turn on. I called the guy I bought it from and told him what was happening and he sent a tech out the same day! Couldn’t be happier with this company. 10/10 would recommend just for the warranty they offer. We bought a washer and dryer from this place. We had issues with the washer, but the salesman was AMAZING, and ended up replacing the faulty washer with a different one, that works beautifully. They give a 3 month warranty, & stick to it. Dont spend too much on brand new appliances, go to American Appliance Outlet, or order online. They even delivered them to us, and installed. 😀

Salvador did not stand by his products or services! I spent $150 for washer, $150 for dryer and the dryer needed servicing 1 day after purchase. One month later it needed servicing again!! Third time, he comes i the house and charged me $120 and its still not working properly. I paid him $60 that day and $60 a couple weeks later and all he can say to me is, i didnt pay him! He ignored my calls and text messages and thinks Im not to be angry?! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN. THEY DONT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS or SERVICES!

I bought a washer and dryer, comes with a 90 day warranty and support/repair going forward. This is easily the best deal out there for used appliances, its craigslist pricing with product support. Highly recommended service, and great people to work with

They have helpful staff for sure and, a nice all be it small selection. The problem I had is there are no marked prices so you have to ask and when you look me over and then give me a price after 10 years in marketing Im dubious of your business practices. Im sure they are well meaning but just as a customer that doesnt sit right with me, and it puts me in an uncomfortable position.

My ex husband & I had purchased appliances from Hector & referred several people to his store. We never had any problems, he always went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend checking them out!!

At first the owner hector seemed freindly and attentive to my needs and so he should be since i came in to purchase 3 appliances. a fridge a washer and a dryer. when we finally decided on a set of the 3 he then delivered them and i immediatly realized the fridge did not work as he had originally stated. after contacting him several times he showed little to no concern with making it right. none of his efforts were genuine.

Had a problem with some dishwashers and other appliances so gave them a try. They seem to to just say the machine is not working so they can replace them with their own discount appliances. The repair may be really cheap and easy but con you into buying a new appliance instead f dealing with the real issue at hand.

I got a fridge for a good price and now close to my year mark my fridge is still good. Delivery was done the same day and even they were nice enough to haul away my old fridge at no cost
