Mike was the first person we spoke to about getting a quote for a vehicle wrap at Signco and let me tell you he was beyond patient and gave excellent customer service. This company is professional and trustworthy! The quality of the vehicle wrap was exactly what we wanted and the work they did was excellent! People everywhere turn their heads to see the vehicle wrap Signco did. We will not go anywhere else but Signco. The best, the best, the best!!!

May have been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had both professionally and quality wise. Signco came recommended from a friend unfortunately. Mike with Signco assured me that my project could be done by my requested date before accepting my deposit (which I chose to pay in full) for the graphic design of my box truck wrap. I was issued a verbal quote for a rate that was based upon the intricacy in the design, when the deposit was collected, I was charged the high end of the amount which I just assumed meant that I would receive one heck of a design. I was absolutely incorrect.After several days passing after being told I would receive a proof for review, I sent an email explaining my disappointment in the delay and ultimately knew that the project would now be a “rush job.” I immediately received an extremely elementary design that after reviewing with my colleagues, was criticized as being something that a child could have come up with. I again reached out to Mike to which his reply was that they had been short handed on designers and I was welcome to select my own designer, to which I elected to do. My designer sent the design over to Mike 2 days before my projected due date and he still believed that they could meet my desired date.I explained to Mike that I would like something in writing stating that my truck would be complete or that they would provide me with a replacement vehicle in the interim, this suggestion obviously didn’t go over well with Mike as he immediately began to point out imperfections on the truck and claim that it wasn’t noticed during his initial evaluation and that the area noted would not be warrantied (which he also stated that they didn’t offer to begin with).After further discussion our company just decided to move on to another wrap provider. Very disappointed in the service received. We did however receive a full refund, I guess that’s a plus. Not sure if this is common practice or if they maybe truthfully overloaded their schedule, either way I wouldn’t go back.

Mike & Donna are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From their communication to producing the final product, the best around the KC area! I have got a trailer wrapped and some vinyl graphics on my business truck and I couldnt be happier. Thanks guys.
