I needed someone to install the seamless shower door I had purchased online. The company quoted me an installation price and that was the exact price they charged. Andrew and Michael were very nice, professional, and took precautions by wearing masks. The quality of their job was excellent. They also installed my neighbors shower door and that is how I found out about them. I highly recommend these guys.

We’ve had a a leaky shower door for months. It was poorly installed and the original installers were giving us an expensive option to fix it. Andrew came out, gave a quick assessment and offered us several options to fix the issue. He was starlight forward and never tried to pressure us into the more expensive option. The less expensive and easier of the options worked for us! I regret not calling these guys from the beginning for the installation of our shower door!

The quality was good but had to wait over a week for an appt. Theyre not the cheapest but the service was good.

Glass Doctors of Katy replaced an old window with a broken seal. Off the bat, I appreciated the ability to schedule the appointment online and see the quote/bill via email as well.Andrew came out as scheduled and took measurements. While he was preparing the quote, I asked him a half dozen questions. All of which he answered thoroughly. I was so impressed with his kind ability to help, I not only chose Glass Doctor to do the work... but I made sure to request Andrew personally.Partial payment was put down to get the glass ordered, and when it was ready I was contacted to schedule the install. As requested, Andrew installed the window. Again, as he worked he answered more of my questions. He showed me how to increase the life of my aging windows and walked me through the caulking process (so I could do it on the rest of my house).I was completely impressed by Glass Doctors, I will gladly use them again in the future. A big thanks to Andrew, I appreciate the attention my project received and his willingness to answer questions (most of them related to how can help myself). This speaks volumes in my book.

I waited a couple days to leave a review....just in case the windshield decided to fly off or crack or something... But its been fantastic so far! I did have to go to the dealer to get a bottom weather strip for the windshield but Im not going to complaint too much, the windshield and service was 3 times less than the dealership was going to charge!!!And now I feel like my car is complete again. I highly recommend Glass Dr Katy!

Had an excellent experience with Glass Doctor of Katy. On Halloween night, some teenagers came around my street, pounding on front doors really hard to scare people I guess. The kid who got my house cracked one of the beautiful etched glass panes on my front door. I didnt even notice it until I took my Christmas wreath down last week. I was nervous about how expensive this would be due to the decorative intricacy of the glass pane, but their employee Andrew Beal came out today and replaced the pane. He had to cut the new pane by hand and plop it back into place. It was painstaking work, but he did an amazing job. I cant even tell that the piece has been replaced. The price was a great value. I highly recommend them, especially Andrew, who has been in the business for over 20 years. Thanks Glass Doctor for saving our beautiful front door!

First time in 20 years of having a car windshield get chipped by a rock. Called because of the good reviews. Still not sure how these guys have such a high rating. Anyways, the chip wasn’t anything major but I figured I’d take care of it as soon as possible. I went to them since they said it would cost more for someone to come to me. I believe this was in February so it was still a little cold and the tech said it’s sometimes not as easy to do when it’s cold but in no way made it seem like that would affect the job he had to do. He ended up using a lighter on the inside of my windshield which I thought was a little weird but I figured he was the professional. He also had to dremel the crack a little which I thought seem counterintuitive but again thought he was the professional. It looked fine after so I was happy. 3 or so months later I come out of my friends house and the crack had expanded considerably. I keep my car in a garage 95% of the time. Even at work. I figured since it hadn’t been long and the tech kept talking about a warranty I would be fine. Called them up and the person who answered didn’t seem to know anything about warranties and would call me back. She called back and said that fixed cracks really only expand after being hit again they can’t do anything and there is no warranty on the job since it was just a repair and not a replacement. The windshield had not been hit again but that is what is it if that’s actually the case but the real reason they get one star is because this still ended up being a waste of money. There’s legitimately no way the crack would have been any worse without the repair at this point. So again. Pure waste of money and time. Would not recommend anyone to these guys.

Working in customer service you would expect a similar level of service when you call another company for service. I requested a quote May 8th. Someone came out May 10th to measure and and left. I thought it was odd he measured and just left without tell me he was leaving when I was just inside our store. I waited 3 weeks to follow up with the sales rep, Kimberlea, and she said she would look into it. I then emailed her again and now no response at all. I am not sure if its the size of the job (replace door and cracked pane, and a sneeze guard) or the type of job, or they dont do this type establishment (restaurant)? Which confuses me on the other commercial reviews. Why are they not responding to our request. A response of we cant do it is better than no response at all, right? So in this case a service reflects the company. And I wouldnt call them for for any kind of service in the futrure.

I can’t belive this company how it get 5 stars?I made a appointment last week because all reviews,and to came in this morning for a broke window glass replace.When on the phone the price was $115,When 2 guys came the price changed to $175 for a 34x281/4. I cleaned all the broken pieces before they come to made them a easy 5 mins work.Okay, since they already here, then go ahead for $175.But when we see credit card charged and invoice, there was $226......How???And they estimated my others glasses replacement.$1,700? Unbelievable.......1 star or no star for this horrible company.

My mother had a windshield replaced here and they did a terrible job. I am not going through the trouble of uploading images of the damage, but there are bends all across the top of the car from where the old windshield was removed and the fabric inside the car was torn. On top of the terrible carelessness shown to the car the windshield they installed leaked.After seeing the damage they did to the car I thought it best not to risk more of it having them repair the windshield, so I took the car to professionals and had it fixed.If you are going to use these ppl, make sure you take someone with you that can tell when these ppl are hurrying and not showing care toward the car they are working on.

People give you a good price for the glass or shower you want the glazers know how to do the job at all times

We had the side lights for our front door replaced. The Glass Doctor was fast and friendly service, and most important it was good quality work!

They did a great job replacing one double pane glass section of our flood damaged house. Much cheaper than a full window assembly replacement.
