I’ve been a customer of several CBA locations over the years. They have maintained a Porsche 911, a couple of F150’s and my wife’s Honda. I have always received excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and high quality work. If someone ever has a bad outcome all they need to do is ask the staff at the location they used for help. While waiting today for an oil and coolant change a nice older lady came in and asked to speak to the manager and explained that her problem had not been resolved. The manager was kind and clearly cared about finding out what was wrong and immediately took action. I cannot recommend CBA more.

So I took my Lexus into have a small oil leak fixed. I needed a gasket replaced. I called lexus and christian brothers for an estimate. They were both around 1000. Normally we only have work done at lexus. I decided to try Christian Brothers out of convenience. HUGE HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!! So we took the car for for the repair. It took all day to fix which is normal. When we picked the car up and was driving every warning light in the car came on. Check engine light, traction control light, tire pressure, everything!!!!!! CB was closed for the day. So I took off work the next day and went back to CB at 6 30 am. They told me that they didnt know why all the lights were on and it had nothing to do with the repair from the day before! They said its be a coincidence!!!!!! They told us to pay another 300 to have this coincidence fixed!!! I just couldnt believe it. The manager was of no help and acted like we were in the wrong somehow. So I have work done at your place of buisness, drive the car away and every warning light comes on and Its my fault??????? Crazy. Never ever again! Stay away from this place!!!!! Advertise themselves as christian! Another little nugget is they are not accredited by the BBB. WONDER WHY!!!!!!! No way to contact corporate or go above this guy. Only thing I can do is write as many reviews as possible to warn people about this place. I am filing a report with the BBB but because they are not accredited by them I dont know if it will help.

If youre looking to spend a ton of money on exorbitantly overpriced repairs and parts, stop on in.you bring a car in for a misfire and the CV axles are bad, transmission needs a flush ..... Then a $836 spark plugs change. Theyl try to scare you with red lines that say needs mmediate attention! Just remember Christian is just a name, not a character trait here. Its a business. And theyre here for your $ not for you.And they send a message here to email them as if theyre going to discuss it.. no response.Respond here publicly please.

I had a very unfortunate experience with this car shop. It was disappointing because I chose this business from a friends recommendation. I was looking for a mechanic that I could trust to give me honest & straightforward information. For context, I have a 2016 Ford Fusion that leaked coolant and overheated.They diagnosed my car and provided me with one quote verbally to replace the radiator, flush, and new thermostat. The quote I was given over the phone was increased more than 2x after the work was completed! This is what I feared would happen smh. I told Manny that was not the price he quoted me previously and he said I was wrong and that was the amount. He said he sent me a written quote but I never received one. He then discovered they recorded my email address wrong in their system. I started to feel like was given the old mechanic scam. I remember when he called to quote me he was suddenly talking very fast and impatient to explain why the services needed to be done.We disagreed about the amount that was quoted. He said they could listen to call recording which I agreed was the best thing to do. Manny called me back and when I asked about the recording he said they could only replay incoming calls so they cant retrieve it. He gave me three options, (1) they can undo all the work and I can have my car towed out (w/$62 fee), (2) they’ll remove the new thermostat, replace my old, and I pay for the radiator and flush (still more than I was quoted) (3) pay the increased amount for all the work. I chose to have them uninstall the new thermostat (I wasn’t even sure a new thermostat was necessary). Manny said ok, they would remove it. He then called me right back saying the manager Eric said they’ll just give me the new thermostat “since it’s already installed.” I still paid a higher amount for the service than I was quoted but I just wanted this experience to be over so I took the L. When I picked up my vehicle I was never thanked for my business and never received an apology for the confusion. And on top of all that, after I paid the bill and finally got in my car, my car didnt start! I had to go back into the building to inform the guy. Once again, no apologies or recognition of my inconvenience. A mechanic was sent out to reattach my battery (??).I only write reviews to warn others. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I first came here after the Toyota dealership tried to swindle me out of money on work my car needed. They were able to do everything and save me roughly $300. I dropped off my car I the morning around 8am and their complimentary shuttle took me to work nearby. Around 2pm my cat was ready they picked me up and took me back to the shop. My car was cleaned and ready to go they are a AAA Auto Approved Repair Facility and you get a discount if your a AAA member.

I got my spark plugs and coils replaced and the entire staff was nothing but perfect. I highly recommend this business if you’re looking for honest and efficient work.

This was my first time visiting a Christian Brothers . My service advisor was Michael Ochoa and the mechanic who worked on my truck was RZ. I cannot say enough about the level of customer service and professionalism that I received. Michael listened to my concerns, and then before any work was performed, he took me out to my truck up on the lift and showed me what was wrong plus an additional leak they had found. RZ explained everything, and then I received a quote before they did any work. Everyone that I came in contact with here was outstanding. They committed to a completion time, then gave me a courtesy ride home and then came and picked my up when my truck was completed. I went in for an alignment for my tires....the car was pulling to the left, after the alignment the car was pulling to the right. They said that was because my tires were old and i needed to replace them. They should have told me that prior to starting the alignment work, that i needed new tires and if i did not replace the tires, they could not guarantee the work would be correctly done (at least i could have made a decision on good information). Now i have to purchase new tires and spend again on an alignment job.Following up on initial review...the owner of the store reached out to me and explained some technical things, and also offered to do a free alignment after i bought new tires.They kept their word and did a good job on the alignment.Thank you, and you have earned my future business as well for all my car services

My husband passed shortly before the winter storms of February 2021 hit, and i needed to get to Phoenix for the memorial service - in the middle of the storm. My Expedition needed servicing beforehand, which Id been trying to do earlier, but was unable to. In the middle of dealing with power outages, frozen pipes (both at the service center and all of their homes) and supply issues, they took my car in on short notice, and had it diagnosed and fixed in less than 7 hours. They were wonderful to work with.

I took my 79-yr old moms vehicle to the dealership and after 3 days was quoted $7200 to fix the steering wobble/suspension issues. As a result of their horrible explanations and poor customer service, I chose to seek a second opinion and took the vehicle to Christian Brothers. What can I say... In less than a few hours Christian Brothers identified the issue (which was something not previously identified by the dealership whose suggested fix was to replace everything), and they explained the cause and the suggested fix in great detail. The repair was a fraction of the cost the dealership quoted me. No upselling. No nonsense. Straight forward and honest. What more could you want?! Im very thankful to Bryon Bartley and the team at Christian Brothers.

Hands down the best customer service in the area.

I had used their service for oil change and was happy with it. So I took my car to then for my headlight issue to them thinking it’s just a light bulb issue. It cost about 400 worked for less than 2 weeks. I took it back to them and they said it’s something else this time and will be another 300+ in cost. I then got suspicious decided to take the car back and send to the car dealer to see what really happened and disputed the charge. Got a call from them during the Houston snow storm and told me they will collect on me even when I told them I need dealer to inspect and see what they find out and will get back to them. Once the dealer run the diagnostics they found a fuse popped and one other element failed, which is a indication a mishandling. I can understand they may not know everything how HID works as it’s new and high voltage, I do not like how they will NOT work with their customer when issues like this happened. It’s more disappointing that you kinda had high expectations for them because of the name.

Christian Brothers at Westgreen has been my to go to shop - in fact, even though I live 50 miles away, I will continue to bring my truck, her name is Sadie, to CB on Westgreen! All of the gentlemen are compassionate and understanding when speaking with individuals with limited knowledge of vehicles. They explain in an expressive and respective conversation which is something most mechanics, technicians, and representatives are unknown for. Jerome is very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient. He listened to Sadies hilarious antics and treated her well! Brian, the service manager, also is very compassionate and only recommends services when needed.Both of the CB guys have made this a vehicle enhancing experience rather than having FOVM (Fear of Vehicle Mechanics) with my Sadie girl!

Had a noon appointment arrived 10 minutes early and over an hour and 10 minutes later I’m still sitting here. Totally unacceptable for a quick oil change and what’s the point of making an appointment? I’ll never come back here. Just absurd!

I have used CBA for pre-purchase inspections on 2 used car inspections. They inspect the vehicles thoroughly and give you great insight into what the car you are purchasing (or not after they inspect). Mike and Bryan at CBA-Westgreen were thorough and courteous. Got me in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

Christian Brothers told us it would be 30-40 minutes before they do our inspection, we said ok we will wait. In 15 minutes they were done and we were leaving. Lots of thanks to Christian Brothers, it was our first time going there.

Bryan knows how to get the job done and follow up with customers the correct way and is very trustworthy and professional, employees of this caliber are hard to come by. They did a great job! Nick was great. He was able to fit me into their schedule late in the afternoon and get my car done fast. The best part is they had a shuttle service so they dropped me back off to work and picked me back up. I highly recommend them on any work needed on your vehicle! I will return for any future work. I have new brakes, alignment and a brake fluid flush done. My Truck is working the new again.

Everyone at this Christian Brothers location were knowledgeable about my vehicle and willing to go above the call of duty. I dropped my car off at 8:00 a.m. before work and the courtesy shuttle took me to my office. It was hassle free getting a ride back around lunch time to pick the car up. They worked me in on a Friday afternoon because I needed an oil change. I got a new battery before I started going to them, but it was still not starting correctly. They replaced the terminal wires & it’s much better now.

Repair of my vehicle went smoothly and very quick. I got my car back next day even though I brought it in late evening day before. And inspection on my other car was done in less than half an hour. Its been few weeks since repair and no issues with a car so this far I am very pleased with service at this repair shop. Also staff is very pleasant and their shuttle service is very helpful and convenient Im glad to have this shop close by my neighborhood.

They are very deceptive about what repairs you need and theyll pinch you for a penny for repairs. I had my 2005 Nissan Altima taken in for a serpentine belt replaced, and they tried to sell me on leaks that werent actually there. And they also tried to sell me on a full brake service for triple the cost of the parts themselves, that upsell is way too high. All these. Oh and the serpentine belt, they charged 4x the price of just buying it yourself just to also state that it includes a 30,000 mileage warranty to make it seem fair. They also didnt tighten my serpentine belt correctly, and I dont even want to go back there just because Im afraid theyll replace something I dont need and force me to drag a couple hundred out of my wallet. 0/10 do not go here, ask some friends for a recommended mechanic and buy parts yourself, I highly recommend it.P.S theyre very lucky I havent bothered to report them to the BBB. At least theyll get consent for repairs, but Im still paranoid of Houston and its people since Im new here.

I do not recommend Christian Brothers at Westgreen to anyone. This place has gone downhill fast. This used to be my number one spot to go, but lately the front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Bryan is the worst. They dont care about helping you or getting your car fixed correctly. Every time I come in with an issue I leave with the same issue after spending too much money. Really should think about changing their front office staff before they lose more customers. Seems like they have no problem going through mechanics.

Nice experience. I was on 60000 mile check. They took the check carefully and quickly responded what was needed to change. My car was in good condition, so they only changed oil and coolant. They dont charge or advertise on unnecessary items. Very great. Will come back again.

Friendly staff but very overpriced. We first decided to go here after reading reviews online. After paying for troubleshooting we found another mechanic with great reviews nearby where we were quoted way (about 40%) less and they even checked out the car for free.

Went in to have a diagnostic check done on my Mercedes. I was treated with respect and fairness. They went out of their way to explain the results of the test and were extremely honest and straight forward about my options. I NEVER ONCE GOT THAT SKETCHY FEELING! These are good, hard working folk. I will definitely be returning when necessary.

My experience with Christian Brothers was outstanding. Everyone was so nice and professional. They did a fantastic job on my car and they completed the repairs very quickly. They even filed the claim with my extended warranty company so that I didnt have to bother. I would definitely return to Christian Brothers and I would certainly recommend them.

I went as a walk in for my state inspection. It felt as if I had just sat down when I was informed my car was ready to go. It’s the fastest service I’ve ever had. The lobby is clean and inviting. Personalized service. Would give a higher rating if I could.

I had my vehicle towed to this business at 5:37 p.m. when they close at 6:00. They happily accepted my business, and took the time to diagnose my vehicle rather than just locking it up overnight and saving it for tomorrow. I really appreciated them being prompt and thorough, and understanding what an inconvenience it would have been. They did not price gauge, they got immediately to work and had me out of there by 6:01 p.m.. We will return with future business and highly recommend them to anyone needing automobile service.

They take the time to walk through the repair with you so you know exactly what needs to be done. If you like(i did) they review the whole car and let you know what the status of all the key areas are. Even if something isnt broken yet you will know it needs some attention to prevent a breakdown or bigger repair later. The quality of the work done it A+.

I went in for an alignment check, when i drove away my car was pulling hard to the left and brake system warning lights came on. Took it back, they blamed it on an electrical short “causing all types of dash lights to appear” as it shows in work order. (My car is only a year old) i left christian brothers and took it to a shop down the road. They found that the brake caliper was sticking with a drill bit lodged in it. Removed it and car drove correctly and dash lights off. Im very upset with this company and wont be returning i don’t see how this could happen.

Very friendly staff ! Once we expresses our concern and issue with the vehicle they did not hesitate to help us find a solution. Awesome shop. Always willing to explain the issue at hand to a level you can understand. Great prices and fast. They also have a courtesy vehicle to drop you off. They also have backed up their work if a part fails without hassle.
