Had a great experience with this company, on a 10,000 mile road trip across the country and my air conditioning compressor failed on my suburban. This company stopped what they were doing and got me back on the road within 2 hours for a very reasonable price. I own a mechanic business in my home state, and these guys handled this job with quickness and great customer service in mind. The lead technician even gave me a mask for my Uber ride because I left mine in my vehicle on the lift. 5 out of 5 stars, I hope to never see them again but if I need to I will definitely choose them if I’m in the area and I think others should as well. So I called and “some rude” Receptionist answered the phone. I asked to speak with Shawn and he was “busy” so I asked her some general question about their work and she was Ruley unprofessional all I wanted was to make sure I’m going to the right spot to have some work done on my vehicle. She told me I have to bring it in because I was asking to much questions. “In a rudely manner” so I’ll take my business elsewhere! Thanks!

This is Jonathan Welch. For some reason the displayed name was my moms. Anyways, the staff here were very friendly, had quality work, and have very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be taking my vehicle back here if it needs any future service. They replaced a heater core on my 98 ford expedition, and completed it fast and efficiently. Thanks again for the serviceEdit: Would not recommend this place. Sure the prices are really good, but ita a you get what you pay for kind of thing. 4x4 wasnt working and airbag light was on after they worked on my heater core. Had to take it to another shop to find out they didnt reset the module. Also had many parts put back in a hastily fashion and stick out like the hood lever and a wire underneath the glove box. Still giving them 3 stars because they did at least fix the heater core.

I consider myself very lucky to have found this place. Great work with a great attitude. I take all my vehicles there.

Amazing best work

I went in to have brake pads put on my car and when I left my car was pulling to the right as I applied my brakes. I called Shawn (I think hes the owner) and asked him if I could bring it back to have it adjusted because it wasnt pulling with my old pads. He told me that I probably have a busted brake hose (whatever that means). He said that I would be charged for them to adjust the job that they did poorly to begin with. Im very disappointed with the quality of service and customer service. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Its worth paying a little more for quality service so go somewhere else. I suggest Firestone at Katy Mills and their prices arent too high plus you get a great warranty.

This shop does excellent work in a timely manner and at reasonable cost. Gives you a straight answer, cuts no corners. Id refer anyone to them.
