I have been using Fresh Beards beard butters since shortly after they came out. After leaving the Army I didnt want to shave anymore but the beard was itchy so I started using beard oil and balms from other companies. I found Fresh Beards by accident and purchased my first product mainly cause the ad had a bearded Soldier in it. Not the cheesy uniform is all messed up, no patches, Im a model in a thrift store bought uniform but an actual SF Soldier. As a Vet that caught my eye, but the product brought me back. Fresh Beards beard butter comes in a larger quantity than the other companies for less. Plus the butter immediately got rid of the itch and made my beard softer. Before the wife didnt like the coarseness of my beard, now she likes the feel. Lifetime customer!

Been using Fresh Beards for a while, they definitely have the best butters in the game. I typically roll with black light and voodoo, but I decided to try City Limits and Armor this time. Armor is definitely good, but City Limits just became my new favorite over anything. A little stronger than Voodoo but not too much, its the perfect thing to wear out and about, especially on a night out.

Best scents and beard balm Ive found and Ive tried them all!! Major League, Blacklight and Voodoo are my favorites in that order! The butter was good but that balm is where its at if you have a really thick beard like I do. It keeps it perfectly in place all day. Also that container seems small but lasts forever. I would have liked the scent profile to be more manly, its a little to floral or baby powder like. Delivery is fast and the quality is amazing. My beard has never been softer, nor has it ever smelled better. I have ordered several scents and have been thoroughly impressed. The freak scent smells like a freshly peeled orange. Voodoo, and Black Ice are both wonderful as well with a light, Cologne scent. Major League is a favorite with a unique smell that simply has to be experienced. Campfire smells the way Johnny Walker Blue tastes... enough said. Dark roast was the only one that seemed a bit odd. I was expecting freshly ground coffee, but it almost had a burnt smell to it (like the beans were a bit too toasted). My favorites so far have been freak (I smell light and fresh all day. Perfect for summer) and major league (brings back great memories). Highly recommend this company and their products. They are top of the line.

As always the beard butter from Fresh Beards is outstanding. I got the Black Light scent. Its one of my favorites. Its one of the best cologne scented butters around.Their new scent City Limits is outstanding as well, gives Black Light a run for its money!

I absolutely love the beard butter and beard wash. The beard wash leaves my beard clean and moisturized and the butter helps keep it soft and provides just enough hold to keep a nice shape all day long. Pro tip: I also use the extra butter left on my hand on my hair, which works great as gentle pomade.

First time trying Fresh Beards because of the positive reviews I read and viewed on You Tube in regards to the Black Light beard balm. I bought this one because of the cologne sent (Ill get to that in a second). I agree with the majority of the reviews as being a very good balm. The consistency of the balm is perfect, nice thickness, its not whipped, oily or gritty like some balms can be. In fact its the best Ive used regarding when it comes to this. It has a light hold, which I prefer, and it will not make your beard stiff.Im also happy that this in a 4oz container unlike some other beard brands that have recently changed over or only sell a 3oz container for the same price.The only knock I have for specifically Black Light is that I was expecting a more cologne scent but it is more vanilla than anything and Im not a fan of vanilla, I will say that its not overwhelming and based on all the other positive attributes of this balm I tolerate it.I will buy from Fresh Beards again but will try another scent until I do find one that I really like.Im looking for a light cologne or fresh clean sent, not a campfire, tobacco, citrus or patchouli scent.

Great products! I use the oil and balm every day, and when my beard was shorter I used the butter. The beard butter is amazing, almost like a mix of balm and oil, it conditions very well, but doesnt give as much control. All the scents Ive tried are fantastic, but 1920 is my favorite. Amazing products... like most of our bearded brothers at somepoint i got caught up in the product shuffle with trying different products. Every scent, if not most of the scents, are so on point and accurate to their description. Some dont even do their scents justice. I got 2 sample packs to help me make a choice and all I can say is I may be spending a lot this year. One of my homeboys tried their products ahead of me and is already loving the feel in beard. Yall cant go wrong at this price point either.

Loved so many things about this experience and products. First, I really liked the fact that I could order scent samples to try before spending the $ in a full bundle of a scent without knowing if I liked it or not. Then I actually placed my order for 2 different scents. I got Dark Roast and Freak and really like them both. My wife and daughters LOVE the dark roast. The wash is by far better than any other brand Ive tried (and Ive used several). Just a little bit of the wash goes a long way. The oils are great, the butter is great and breaks down to a very silky consistency. The balm is GREAT getting those fly away sideburns tamed and looking good. Overall, I could not be more satisfied with this line of products. Im definitely a customer for life!

Fresh Beards makes a beard balm that actually smells like coconut and the beach, (Beach Blend). Others say they do but the scent is more tropical or citrus. Not many beard products smell like they’re titled. If I’m going to smell the product all day, then I’m putting Fresh Beard products on every day.

Fresh beards is amazing! The scents (big fan of recon and armor) which are superb are the icing on the cake. The beard butter leaves my beard soft but not super oily (though they are essential oils so theres some residual when you touch it), it keeps my beard looking smooth and not scraggly, and it works as one of the best after shave balms Ive ever used. My neck rarely has any bumps after I shave and use fresh beards beard butter and ones that do develop are gone in a fraction of the time as other after shave creams. Even reduces dry, itchy skin under my beard. Highly recommend for any guy that wants a clean, neat looking beard that isnt gross looking or very oily to the touch.

I originally bought the balm but felt the hold was a tad too much for my liking. Recently went to the oil and butter combo and I love it. Perfect hold and the scent isn’t over bearing like some other products I’ve tried.

The Black Light beard oil has a great light cologne scent and it feels very nice in beard. The butter I got was unscented mostly to use at night before bed but also sometimes with oils that I don’t have a matching balm or butter. It works nice in the beard and softens and conditions very good. Also the prices are right in the middle of the going average. Over all I would definitely recommended this company and their products.
