I hate to give 2 starts because the girl, Casey I think her name was, is PHENOMENAL.But whoever the “manager” is, needs to be fired. Not only did she tell me, my friend and her mom on separate days to use a higher developer for what we needed AND banking soda and dawn dish soap mixture but unfortunately my friend and her mom ended up frying their hair off!!! Because of this woman’s advice. Jamie, the “store manager” does NOT know what she is doing and should not be allowed to give advice especially when her own hair is fried off. Luckily I knew better than this, I come to see Casey all the time (I’m sorry if I’m spelling that wrong) but she knows what she is doing and has basically been running the store herself. It’s nice to be able to have someone know what they’re talking about when you get a wild hair up your you know what and wanna dye your hair but don’t know what you’re doing yourself lol. Moral of the story, get rid of whatever manager is there or tell her to stop giving advice causing people to RUIN their hair.

I waked into Sallys right after coming from a hair salon in which I was not happy with the results. I told the associate what I was looking for, I showed her a picture of the hair color I was going for and told her all the steps taken by the salon and still did not achieve my desired outcome.She immediately knew what I needed and what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction, she helped me with the product and told me exactly what to do. It was so easy and so fast and she was so knowledgeable. I went home and re-did my color with the products she sold me, and the results were amazing. I was so very happy and wish I had not wasted so much money at the salon. Thank you Sallys for such great and well informed staff.

Tonight was my first night shopping at this location and I had such a great experience. I showed up 15 minutes before closing but both of the girls working told me not to worry about it. Their employee, Tristan, was a huge help with everything I needed. She also gave me great advice for things I didn’t know much about. The employees here go above and beyond for their customers, I definitely recommend coming here for any of your beauty supply needs. 😊

The best sallys ive been into in awhile, its newly opened so theyre low stocked on a few items, but the staff is very friendly an knowledgable, I dont regularly need help in the store, but they were there when I did and overhearing them help other customers had me shocked at how knowledgable they were about the products and how to properly use them at home! I also had to revisit to repurchase a hair color that i liked, So i called ahead and the girl on the phone, amanda I think, was very helpful and held the last box at the register so i could drive up there and get it. I will be using this as my regular location!

I was having a rough day..... I walked in here and was immediately Greeted by the store manager Ms. Lala. She had the most uplifting smile and asked what she can help me with. I showed her pictures of what I needed and she immediately got them for me! I was literally in here for 2 minutes and I left with a smile!

I have 3 Sally beauty supply stores all within a 3-4 mile radius from me and this location will now be my only location that I will go to. 90% of the products are over priced. For example Andis Cool Care plus average price is $5.99 to $7.99 @ Sallys $11 almost $12 most people dont even know they are being over charged. They are sometimes 3x more than the next beauty supply

I had the hardest time trying to figure out what to do with my hair after a root touch up at home left my hair a little off it’s usual shade. The ladies here listened and showed me exactly what I needed and how to use each product. Would definitely recommend!

I should have asked the sales lady her name because she was such a delight! Very helpful and I appreciated her knowledge of products.

They always have what I need.. Well stocked and friendly people to attend and answer any questions. Very convenient off the feeder road..the only drawback is there registers are so outdated and they tie up the lines because sometimes they have to ring up the whole purchase all over again because the system is acting up. I feel bad for the employees who have to just suck it up and continue using outdated registers... the company needs to step up and update itself and keep up with technology...
