We ordered a decent amount of our home items from here. I appreciate the ability to freely walk the store without associate hassle.I do wish it was a bit more variety on dining chairs, counter/bar stools but overall pleased.Unfortunately due to covid some of our items are now delayed.
I purchased a mattress set from here and had a great experience. The mattresses are clearly marked and available to test. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. There is a very reasonably priced snack cafe inside. They have various delivery and rental van options to get your furniture home. Will shop here again.
LaQuita helped us with everything we needed!!She was so knowledgeable and kind. She helped us for almost 4 hours, getting everything we needed together. Such a blessing!American Furniture Warehouse has such a unique selection. They have everything. Desks, couches, bed sets you name it. Not everything is made in America at this store. I love that none of the sales reps bug you or come up to customers. They wait to be approached, we love that. The prices are wonderful, very reasonable. Such a great place to furnish your home. Even our kids enjoyed the experience because there is so much to look at.
They dont even deserve the one star vwry bad customer service the manager there doesnt know how to do his job.my order was a big mess and i get a wall clock I returned because it wasnt working they made me go back and they resend worse one not working and when i get there the manager told me its on me ill make sure everything will be fine.the stire full of mess they dont know how they do their job no cooperation my full order was a big mess I waited almost 4 weeks for the table they send me one qith missing parts and sure i have to qait more for this part to come.... omg very bad experience dont recommend it at all this location. Omg I love my sectional! I was having trouble ordering online with my card, but the agent Summer went over and beyond to make sure I was able to make the purchase because there was a few left in stock. She was very sweet the cashier she transferred me to was great as well! Love the customer service and the way they go over and beyond for their customers! The delivery men was awesome as well!
Good prices on most furniture, rugs and home decor. Excellent and friendly service.Negative stars for horrible pick up experience. No signs or direction on what to do in pick up area, but bulldog employee quick to say where I cant park while trying to get answers. No handicap or accessible entry or parking in pick up area.Picking up a 7×5 area rug took over 20 minutes.
I called American Furniture Warehouse and Dom answered my call. I wanted to purchase the Cherry Point 4 piece sectional set but had a few questions. Dom answered all the many questions I had without being impatient with me. He walked me through purchasing this item cheerfully. I could tell he had excellent customer service skills. I have purchased an entertainment center before there and was pleased with the process. Dom is a valuable asset to the American Furniture Warehouse team. I am a satisfied customer!
Me and my wife have had nothing less than an amazing experience at American Furniture Warehouse, we purchased a dining room set and a sofa table, when we first walked in nothing but friendly faces greeting us, very helpful at an imaculate setting, Ivan is the one that took special care of us, after picking out our two items he had them on our truck fully loaded in less than 30 min, unfortunately when we got home we noticed a very small scuff on the corner of our sofa table, nonetheless one phone call to customer service and they came all the way to our home (50 miles away) to replace it 100% hassle-free no questions asked, thank you AFW for the best experience i’ve had furniture shopping to-date!!
Horrible experience with Tony Mann today. No manners! This guy was on the phone the entire time that we were checking out and he didnt even want to answer our questions. If he had an urgent call, I can understand but he was simply chatting with someone. Store is great. But very unhappy with this salesman!
Huge store (with attached warehouse) for an incredible selection of furniture and decorative items!! Something for every price range. Our salesman, Mike, was great. He pointed us in the right direction and then backed off and let us look around for a while without being on our heels but never too far in case we had a question. No high pressure sales here! The couch and tables our daughter got for her first apartment is exactly what she was looking for at the exact right price! It was a very good experience!!
I love the airy, open feeling of this furniture store. Nothing is worse than getting lost in a maze and not knowing where the exit is, like in some other stores.Also, the customer service oriented atmosphere is refreshing. I will definitely be back to purchase furniture and decor for my next room makeover!! Literally every single piece of furniture I have in my house is from this store! If you have not been then you are seriously missing out. They deliver so fast and if you would prefer to pick up they offer that option, as well as renting a truck just for $20 so you can take it yourself! Seriously just go inside and trust me you could spend all day in there! Everything from the furniture to the Decour and pillows are for sale!
This is a great place to buy furniture. When you shop here, I recommend asking for Tariq. Tariq is a wonderful employee and a wonderful person. When we first met him, he treated us like family and that made us want to come back. When having him as a salesperson, he will take care of you like he is one of you. Beside from selling furniture to customers, he brings character as a salesman and he brings a positive energy when working. Every time we go to American Furniture Warehouse, we immediately look for Tariq and we already made a purchase.
One thing l liked is the feeling that the sales people are there to assist you and not sell you. Prices are great, only downside is theres a delivery charge but includes setup as well. Overall great experience, good people.
I love that there is an option to buy affordable home furniture nearby, but they could really streamline the whole purchasing process. Right now you pay at the front or with your salesperson at desks around the floor, then to pick up you must take your receipt to the back of the store along with your ID and method you used to purchase to the warehouse desk in the back of the store. Doesnt sound so bad right? Well, they dont explain this process very well. The first time we were told to pull the car around back and go in through the rear doors, the problem with that is we loaded up my baby the stroller and my mom and I got in and she drove around back. I decided to stay in the car and nurse the baby so I gave all the documents including ID to my mom and they wouldnt start the process of pulling my purchase bc I needed to come stand at the desk for them to begin the process. Mind you I had just made the purchase and shown ID at that time about 10 minutes before. Whatever, I finished nursing the baby and went inside and the process was started. My advice is to walk to the back of the store and start the pick up process and then pull your cat around back. Then you wait in the car and they text you which bay to back up to. Even though there was no one else waiting, it was taking over an hour so I went back inside to ask how long it will take bc we might go get something to eat. She said she could stop the request and we could come back after lunch and start again. I was like...no thanks, already waited an hour. Then as soon as I walked out the text came in so I think they just forgot to text me.So far I have bought living room end tables, patio furniture, and 2 desks. It wont be the type of furniture that I hand down to my kids, but it is perfect for right now with growing children who can be rough on furniture. It has also, for the most part, been easy to assemble and has held up nicely. I have been happy for the price I paid for sure.
Weve bought two sets of sofas from this store. The quality is pretty good and they have a huge selection to choose from. Mr. Tariq helped us out and was very kind and insightful about the inventory. I would recommend this store.
No greetings, help or information. Not one staff member even pointed us in the right direction. We found our way and of course purchased whatever we found decent. Maybe there was a better option but we wouldnt know since there is basically 0 workers at this location. The person we asked to please charge us for our desk couldnt even give us dimensions of the box lol 0 stars on customer service 1 star for having decent prices.
The sales lady, Mickey, was nice and helped us pick out furniture. She also was upfront about back orders and managed our expectations. We took delivery of the in stock pieces 3 days later and the delivery guys were awesome! Super friendly and helpful.
We are new to the area and figured itd be best to order our furniture once we got here. This place was everything. We found a couch online that we were super excited about until we realized it was out of stock for another 2-3 months. However, when we arrived Mike Bruce, made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was amazing! Super friendly, a jokester, and we appreciated every bit of time spent figuring out how to get the couch we saw online originally. Every thing was speedy and easy. Thank you Mike and AFW for making our first days out here a little bit easier! We cant wait for our couch!
Beautiful store and everything that they have in here is good quality. If you really want to make a purchase just go in store or if you have any questions come see them directly, these people are horrible at answering their phones. Nobody ever answers the direct line in the store or they will answer and connect you to their national customer service line. Other than that this store has great service
First time using this company and bought a new couch. The couch itself is great, exactly what I picked out from the showroom, the purchasing of it was super easy, and delivery was fast and exactly on time. The team sent out to deliver was great as well. I’ll definitely be using them again for future furniture needs.
Our sales person was fantastic. We got the text message the day before indicating our delivery window. We also got a text and phone call when the truck was 10 minutes away. They guys arrived in the window time. They were kind and very professional. We will definitely be going there again. The furniture is beautiful!
We recently purchased a living room set and breakfast nook set from American furniture warehouse. So far we’ve been very pleased with the customer service and particularly with the folks at the pick up counter. I went there today to rent one of their economically priced trucks to bring the furniture home. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got a truck and was able to get my furniture home. They will rent you a truck for $19 for 75 minutes to allow you to get your own furniture home and into your home. You don’t even have to pay a fuel charge!
Purchase went smoothly, very helpful, polite and professional staff. Delivered exactly when scheduled. Delivery guys very quick and so polite and professional. Prices paid for what I purchased was incredible. By far the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had.

I went to several stores and the prices were either to high or they did not even have the furniture at the store and delivery options were 4 to 6 weeks out so I went to American Furniture from the minute I walked through the door I was in complete ahhh. It is massive with so many different designs, colors, and styles. The prices are low the best past was being able to take it home that day it was the easiest process everrrr. I found my new place to shop I LOVE THIS PLACE.
My first and last visit to this company. This showroom is vast and set up in a manner which I found outstanding and well organized compared to many other furniture stores. The no hassle approach is amazing as well. I was able to browse without being bothered, or so I assumed. I was thrilled to be able to pace myself as I suffer with PTSD/GAD and my anxiety generally keeps me away from any/all shopping experiences due to the aggressive nature to sell from associates and crowds. (I’m stating this for a specific reason)As I was by myself, searching for a new mattress purchase, an associate approached and stated, “let me know if you need any assistance.” I didn’t look his way (so I wouldn’t panic) yet said, “I’m just looking but thank you.” He then, purposely walked around to face me and asked, “is there a problem?” I meekly let him know all was good. He read the words on my shirt; laughed to himself, stated what it said out loud to me and laughed some more. It was two words about freedom yet he was falling over himself laughing at me. I began to cry and walked away from him to simply leave the area and exit the store. He tells me as he’s walking behind me; “there’s no need to cry” as he’s chuckling to himself. I was appalled by his behavior and this disgusts me!! I will not be returning and will let everyone I know how I was mistreated at this Katy location!
Ok I bought 3 bedroom sets from here this is my sonsQueen set they did not put it together correctlyNow it’s all loose and dangerous it’s been 8 months and it’s starting to fall apart I call the company and they are very rude and unprofessional the tech came and said it was normal use 😠 it’s not! Every time I call they don’t answer or they say there’s no supervisor? Really they are quick to get your money slow to fix problems and the replaced my king bed set 3 times horrible service
Tariq was such a great salesman. He made sure my mom and I got what we wanted and made everything possible to make us happy with our new bedroom and furniture!! I definitely recommend this place to everyone and from now on look for Tariq if I want more furniture!
They give you delivery time less than 24hrs prior to delivery. if you call customer service to change it they charge you $$. I will never buy from them and i will return the furniture i bought. customer service is horrible.
Love my bedroom set! They had it available same day to take home. They even help load it up and tie it down. Very impressed with how helpful the staff is and feels good being able to look around without a sales person hovering over you. I was able to look at everything, the staff walk around everywhere so it’s easy to grab one when you’re ready. It comes very well packaged on little pallets and sooo much padding and extra support to protect it. I also went back the next day and found a dining table that is just as great! Highly recommend!
We love AFW! We’ve been going to the Webster location and then one of our reps told us they were building one in Katy, we couldn’t be more excited! The store is a bit different as the sales reps do not hover over you to make you purchase something. They let you do your thing and you have to go look for them when you are ready to make a purchase or ask questions. Its easier when you have a rep you’ve worked with before. Still, I love that they give you your space. Their furniture is good quality and reasonably priced better than other stores. We’ve purchased our dresser, night stand, sleeper sofa, and counter chairs and will be going back to furnish our new home. Had a small issue with my sleeper and customer service reps just made it SO easy and smooth to get it replaced. My husband and I were so surprised that they made the entire process so smooth. Again, he asked me to give this excellent review because we firmly believe this is an amazing store and we love it!
Prices were cheaper in store, purchased my sofa and loveseat on the spot. Salesperson was very friendly. Delivery was smooth and fast, lol I love it here. 10/10 I would recommend!

We had such a great buying experience with Beverly Jo Wilson. We bought a good amount of furniture in the last 3 weeks and after the first time going in and working with Beverly, we asked for her every time after that. We weren’t sorry we did. She is such a nice person and very knowledgeable. We also had an excellent experience with the delivery of our furniture and the delivery drivers.
Amazing showroom, looks like good prices. Great selection. That being said, not one salesperson asked me what I was looking for. Just how am I doing and I’d respond I’m doing ok or looking around. I’m looking to furnish 3 rooms and a living room. I may come back if I don’t find something similar for a similar price. They could if probably sold me at least 1 bedroom set, a sofa, and table if thy had tried.
My wife and I recently moved into our first house, and some good friends of ours recommended this place to us. We were starting pretty much from scratch in terms of furnishings, and had some money to spend. Tim was absolutely instrumental in assisting us with everything we could have hoped for. He explained the meaning behind different price tags on various items, he helped us pick out matching items (and we are very picky), he made sure everything we wanted was in stock, and ensured it was set aside for us so that nobody else could take it. Rose also was very accommodating for us at the express checkout, and Robert and Travis were outstanding when the furniture was delivered and assembled. 10/10 would recommend AFW to anyone, anytime. Be sure to ask for Tim. Flawless customer service, and delivery/assembly service.
Tim was super helpful! Even after we ordered, our sofas were delayed and he kept us updated constantly. I never felt like I had been forgotten. And when it finally came in, he scheduled me for delivery within the same week.
My wife and I went to the store late in the evening about an hour and a half before they close. We bought a mattress to take home with us and chose it by ourselves. There was hardly anybody in the store when a salesperson walked up to us at the right time. We had some questions and he answered them and proceeded to check out. The this process is very lengthy. From the time that we chose what we wanted to when we finally drove away from the store with the mattress took about 45 minutes. it only took us about 20 minutes to find out the correct mattress that we wanted. I would have gave it five stars but the buying process is much too long. But very nice store if you like traditional style furniture.

Nice showroom, customer service needs improvement. Spent over an hour trying to find just the right furniture, found salesman and told him I wanted to buy everything you see right here and pointed to everything.. Nothing was in stock and was told it would be 3 months before it was in stock! Spent another 30 mins found something else instead and was told the same thing!!! I offered to buy the floor models and nope they dont do that! Why have a showroom full of furniture that isnt in stock. If I wanted furniture in 3 months I would wait 3 more months and then go! Ridiculous! Go somewhere else
0 stars not available 🙄! This company is a joke. Delivery had to come to my house several times. Defective pieces delivered to my home on 4 different occasions. They had to pick up and bring back, pick up and bring back. Just check it before you drop it off to your customers houses. I will never buy from this company again.

Worst experience! We bought a king mattress and bed frame a week ago. Today the delivery came. Our window was from 2-4:30 and they just left at 8pm. Got here at 7:30. They set up the bed, it sounded like they were stripping bolts while putting the bed together. Bed is assembled and we go check it out. Come to find out the bed is squeaky when you lay down or touch the rails. We were waiting for them to come back in to tell them and sign our receipt but they were gone. Can’t get ahold of them. So we call the store and had to reschedule for someone to come back to take the bed apart and rebuild it. Here’s to sleeping on a squeaky bed😔
We purchased a dining table and chairs. It didn’t look like it would fit in our suburban. We drove 2 hours to pick up and didn’t want to leave without them. The dock workers were so kind. They did everything they could to make it work. Even disassembled some of the chairs so they would fit. Highly recommend this store for there selections and service.
The sales people and quality of their goods is great. HOWEVER, their customer service team is absolute trash. Delivery team put a giant hole in the wall of brand new home. It’s been well over 10 days and they tell me it’s “in review” but haven’t taken driver statements?! Every time I call they “transfer me” to service department who only gets voicemail message, which is clearly on purpose. DO NOT LET THESE DRIVERS IN YOUR HOME.

I had never heard of this place before. Found it using MAPS after visiting 2 other furniture stores in the area.First impressions say it all. Covered parking for veterans and expectant mothers. I knew then my money was being spent here.Second impression... holy sshheeeeettttt....ITS HUGE, CLEAN, AMAZING QUALITY AND STOCK. Found a great salesman, bought 2 small couch tables, a real leather recliner and a server table. Financed for 1 year no interest, being delivered soon! I have already told many people about your store!Oh and they sanitize EVERYTHING.... even to the pen you use to sign.
I ordered $5,800 in furniture, consisting of three pieces. On the day of arrival, all three pieces arrived damaged. The following day the furniture was replaced, but cost me two days of vacation time. My time is valuable.AFW. You must improve your quality control process. You need to develop a pre-delivery check sheet; perhaps a quality verification process you can share with the customer.
We have pretty much furnished our entire house from American Furniture Warehouse. Their deliver people are professional and competent, and their sales team is excellent, helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond when one of our orders was missing hardware, and they rectified it the same day. I definitely recommend them in lieu of some of the other furniture stores, their prices alone make them hard to beat.
Heres what to expect from AFW in Katy: Go in, pick out the furniture you like, have the sales rep tell you that it can be delivered this week, agree to purchase and pay IN FULL up front, and then when it comes time to deliver, youll get a call a day or two ahead of the delivery date telling you that your furniture that you paid for will be delivered next month. Youll wait another month and make arrangements for your existing furniture to be picked up and moved out in anticipation of your new furniture to be delivered. Again, a few days prior to your delivery date, they will again push it out for another month. When you ask for any sort of concrete detail or guarantee youll get answers like the one pictured below, and youll be on hold on the phone for a considerable amount of time. If youre thinking of buying new furniture here, I urge you to look elsewhere. This place is NOT worth the headache.Update on 11/10/20 - Guess what, just got the call...out of stock for another month! Ill be lucky to get this couch before the next Ice Age!Update 12/1/20 - Wild development alert! Called to check in on the status of my couch order to be told that it was in their system as Completed and Delivered which is surely hasnt been. The rep on the phone told me I was best off by cancelling my order and finding another couch. Sweet!
Large showroom with some great prices. The product that I am looking for is not available (has been out of stock for some time due to pandemic) but you should be able to find what you want there. The sales team is friendly and not overtly pushy.

Bill Barnum was awesome! He has decades of experience in the furniture business and is very friendly. We spent hours shopping with him and purchased an entire house full of furniture. He even stayed hours after his shift to make sure we were taken care of as well as called a few days later. A++ service! If you have any sense, go in and ask for him.

Ok..!!! I purchase to of the nice recliner chairs, before paying on line i made sure they were in stock, next i ask twice will the chairs be fully assembled, the lady said yes, after returning home fr work after working 96 hrs, thats 24 hr days i work away from home, i went to pick up my chairs thry were in boxes, I politely said i can put them together after telling the gentleman they were supposed to be assembled, I went home unbox the first no problem, i was excited i did the 2nd one awesome, hey i have skills, i put the 2nd one together without looking at the directions, my little dyi loving it.
They have a great showroom with a wide selection. I purchased an I expensive bedroom suite last week for delivery tomorrow. I have a houseful of guests coming tomorrow to complicate the issue I’m writing about.The salesman, Francisco, NEVER put the order in for delivery and they can’t accommodate a delivery now until Saturday or Sunday!The manager, Bill, I spoke with looked into resolving the issue and was very apologetic and said the issue would be addressed with the salesperson. I appreciate that is all he can do at this point.I am doubtful I will give them a second chance or positive referral at this point.

Great furniture and great delivery. I’ve purchased from this store twice now and both times I’ve loved what I got.
Buyers be weary about delivery times on furniture not in stock. I ordered my couch back in April and was assured would be delivered early may. It was then pushed back to early june. We’ll long story short I’m writing this review months later and yet have been unsuccessful of receiving my couch. They have yet refused to tell me a real time. So now I’m in the process of getting the money refunded.
This place is great! The prices are very good and the selection is excellent. Mickey, our sales person, was extremely helpful and friendly! The delivery process far exceeded my expectations. We purchased 2 bunk beds and the delivery team did an excellent job building the beds. I highly recommend this furniture store!

5th time I come here and they don’t have anything in stock. Fix your darn warehouse and inventory and maybe just maybe you’ll get more sales and hit sales targets. Also no one is money hungry in this store it took 30 minutes to be asked if we needed any assistance then on top of that you have an employee sitting down on FaceTime during company time. Horrible experience won’t be coming back here.
I was about to make a purchase online. I called the store with questions and Marion answered the phone. Not only was Marion professional, but he was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I had several issues with the sectional I selected, it was a process going back and fourth. A year later they allowed me to return/exchange with a 15% usage fee which I feel is certainly reasonable so I am satisfied with the outcome however I rated 3 stars because the longgggg drawn out process it took to get here

Paid for a full bed set, was delivered without the support legs for the bed so was left incomplete. Customer support says my options are to either a) see IF the legs can be manufactured in the shop then wait for a scheduling date for those, b) wait for the original legs that are on back order - 2weeks, or c) purchase a new bed set. Bed was put together, but they left the wood slats as well as the flat slats that go on top of the base boards leaning up against the wall. When I asked Customer Service about having someone come back out to put that together on the bed, they said we need the support legs under base beams in order to use the bed at all and thats why they didnt put the other pieces on the bed to complete it. So, now we have a brand new bed set with a bed that cant be used until we get these legs that are 2 weeks out on back order. Completely unacceptable. It would have been nice to know that when the sales person was barcoding each item when we were in the store and telling us if it was in stock or not, that the support legs were the only thing missing and were on back order and give us the option of choosing another set at that time or asking if we were ok waiting vs forcing us to wait after the fact. My son was very excited about his new bed set and AFW ruined that excitement for him. Not acceptable by any means.

Run!! Save your money & time!! We purchased our furniture on 3/22 & we still have not received anything. Our sales representative has poor communication skills & the managers we have spoke to also are no help. Basically none of them can give us an exact date as to when our furniture is coming in! & they even told us it is like that with all their furniture because They have so many vendors and items being shipped from everywhere. This is by far the worst place we have bought furniture from! We knew it was to good to be true when we walked in!!! There favorite thing to say is “next week” next week” & next week never comes. Going in for a refund!!!!!
The two is for their lazy employee Noe that works in the loading area. I went to pick up a dining table and the legs were an inch too tall to fit in the suv so I asked them could they take the legs off to load it. Noe stated they cant and I would have to rent one of their vehicles. I asked him was that policy he stated yes we cant use tools but you can if you dont want to rent a van. I went to Walmart to purchase the tool needed, just to get back and some other employees to be in shock stating Maam we have to right here in the warehouse for this very reason. I tried to call multiple times to give a complaint but the phone lines stay with thirty plus minute waits. Noe already wasted my time and not trying to waste anymore been on hold.The furniture is not top quality. Their items are for apartments not houses. FYI dont buy items marked genuine leather. Do your research before spending your money.
I absolutely love the furniture options at AFW. They have something for everyone in all sorts of design styles. The sales team was personable and attentive, the customer service/scheduling was efficient and great at communicating, and the delivery personnel were fast/on time. I recommend!
I was very impressed with AFW. They have a awesome selection of furniture and the staff was friendly. I was able to around without being pressured. Tariq Abbasi was a great with helping me with my selection and explained all the details of my purchase very well.

I was hesitant to even write a review since it seems to go into deaf ears because I cant see any responses from the Owner or Corporate. Our experience with this store was subpar. The store is clean, organized, well lit, vast, and selection is numerous. We did our due diligence online and knew what we wanted and whether or not it was in stock. We intended to go, see and pick our items in person, pay and leave. Simple in and out, quickly and efficiently.Upon arrival we were received by María, who did a good job assisting us but when we couldnt find part of our items, namely the sofa and loveseat, thats when the experience went downhill. The items were in stock, as confirmed by María, who had access to all the inventory details in her tablet, but there wasnt a floor model. It seemed normal to us to request to see the products before agreeing to buy them, even when we already saw the pictures online, but I dont know if its only us, but occasionally online pictures dont fully reflect the items color, textures, etc, and as a customer you want to see and feel what you intend to buy. Didnt seem like an unreasonable request but it was immediately declined by both floor managers and no options were offered to accommodate a paying customer, initially. I even had a conversation with one of the managers and he showed no flexibility about showing us the pieces, and we pretty much had to buy them and risk a 15% restocking fee if it wasnt exactly what we hoped for. Only one unit was left of one item, and several of the other. No offer to hold the item until it could be visible somehow, or even see it in the box and have a look at the color and texture from outside (we later knew that they open the boxes at the store before delivery anyway). In summary it was if you want it, buy it, risk it and pay us back if you dont want it,... or someone else will since theres only one left. The managers argument for that was, Amazon sells stuff and you dont see it until it arrives, which is a ridiculous comparison for many reason, such as theres no delivery or return fees if you dont like the product and I dont think anyone is spending a few grands on furniture on Amazon, sight unseen.We told María, we would walk around some more and give time to one of the managers to find a solution. We went to look at accent pieces and leave after a few mins, when I got a text saying that there was a damaged model in the warehouse we could see. At this point we had been at the store for more than 1 hr with no hope to get what we came for and ready to leave dissatisfied after wasting time and a long trip. All this time wasnt positive since it was like: What about this?... No Well, what about this instead?... No And if we try this?... No. I couldnt believe how dismissive they were with a sure deal like ours. When I worked in sales I would bend backwards for my customers because their business kept me in business. Simple philosophy, happens to work pretty well.We finally saw the damaged model at the warehouse, liked the color, texture and features and went and paid for everything and sign the papers. It took us about 10-15 mins to do it all, exactly as we intended from the moment we stepped into the store but my memory of the experience is now determined by the time wasted before my signature made the deal official.
We had a great visit at the American Furniture Warehouse. The service was great and the prices outstanding. Ask for Marion!!!! You will find him scooting around on a maroon scooter.

Great experience at this location! Our sales person Tariq was very polite and helped us get everything we wanted ordered and setup for delivery. All of the items we selected were in stock and able to be delivered about 1 week out. Today, we received delivery of our purchases and the team arrived early!We have purchased at AFW in Colorado previously and were really glad to see they had stores here in Houston when we moved back home.
