My service advisor Morris definitely earned my business today and in the future. I was using Land Rover North Houston for my vehicle service needs but after they dropped the ball I called Land Rover West Houston and I wasnt disappointed. I spoke with Morris and he was able to schedule my service and provide me with a loaner within a few hours. The technicians are quick and do quality work. The only draw back is they require you to pay for tolls and fuel on the loaner (unlike Mercedes-Benz West or Westside Lexus) so its not a true loaner in my opinion because you are paying an up tick in service prices for the dealer to provide loaners. So that is something to consider if you are a heavy toll user like myself and have to drive a long distance.

Excellent work adding components to a new Land Rover Defender that I purchased. The sales team was able to get all of the components for the build I wanted and get the service center to install quickly and efficiently.
