Not sure who I spoke to in receiving he was definitely a Spanish guy and if you’re looking for manners and professionalism maybe try a different department at this company. Although he did answer my questions he was talking as if his legs were on fire which is how fast he was trying to get off the phone with me. I have not dealt with this company a lot but every time I deal with the gentleman in there in the receiving departmentIt’s as if his time is so valuable and yours is not. I’m not speaking for anything or any other department other than the receiving department on a scale 1 to 10 he was definitely a 9.5 as far as rudeness and unprofessionalism
