I rented a machine from here, once I started using the machine it broke on me immediately and I went back to the store to return it. Once I got there the employee started blaming me saying it was my fault and didnt want to replace it to give me a new one. Instead he charged me full price for the day and I left disappointed. Very rude service and poor management. Will never rent here again, way better service at other tool rentals.

Horrible customer service. Spent about 2 and half hours in Lumber section choosing woods. Finally got to know that the Cutting machine is out of order. Its been out for over a week and there is no sign board or anything. spoke to the Manager and he is not ready to listen. Came back with empty hands.

Been going here for years when it was the only business in the middle of nothing.
