I emailed Land Rover West Houston the first week of September to inquire about a 2021 Nissan Titan that they had listed on their website. David responded the following morning to let me know that the truck was still available and when can I come in so we could discuss more about the truck. I ended up setting an appointment a few days later and the overall experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Every staff member that I spoke to was polite and professional. I never felt rushed or pushed into purchasing the vehicle or any warranty plan. David did an exceptional job from the moment we walked in. We were the last customers to leave the building at around 9:40pm and he stuck along with us every minute of the way. We didn’t get the chance to take a ‘just purchased my new vehicle picture’ with David since it was soo late but it was all worth it. I would definitely recommend Land River West Houston for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The staffs are great. 👍🏼.

Reading all of the positive reviews listed here makes me wonder if we are talking about the same place. My experiences regarding service have never been postive. My 4yr old LR4 has started POURING water in through my side airbag cover as well as light above the center console every time it rains or gets washed. They said the drains are clogged and it’s $1000 for me to have them clean them. But there’s no way for usto access or maintain or clean these ourselves? It seems more of a manufacturing defect as this car is garaged and well cared for. I have had multiple pieces of this car fall off during bad weather or after a car wash. Each time I’ve been told it wasn’t their problem and I could pay them to put the tailgate panel of my car back on. Or the step of the back tailgate- which I then took to Caliber Collision and they popped it back on and glued it in place free of charge. We have never ONCE been able to get a loaner for service. When I most recently had my regular service, they forgot to reset my computer, didn’t clean the car, left footprints inside the vehicle, etc. These are minor issues, but for the cost of the service plan it’s truly disappointing. I have friends with similar vehicles that get superior service and customer care that I truly feel is lacking. For the service issues we’ve experienced, I will never again purchase from this company.

The worst experience ever don’t take your car there and stay away from Christine (service advisor) she is so rude and doesn’t know anything about respecting people she will hang up in your face like nothing and it’s hard to get to any of there management.Service advisor should be respectful because he deal with customers they need to teach people how to respect others at this dealership

This is one of the best dealerships Ive experienced. Today, I went in for service, and Jose was my service manager; he is very knowledgeable and provided guidance that some of the services I had requested I didnt need...honest. Only 4-stars here because I scheduled in advance to service an Open Safety Recall (which the dealership will conduct at no charge), but on the day of my service, the parts to complete the Safety Recall service were not available. Wish they would have told me beforehand; Ill have to reschedule and go back.

Went to the Land Rover dealer off of Katy Freeway and was helped by Christina (service dept) - wow, what great customer service! The compressor had gone out on our 2018 Discovery and Christina took the time 1) get us in as soon as possible 2) thoroughly explain the work that would be done 3) keep us in the loop every step of the way! Some of the best customer service & work (w/warranty) that my husband and I have experienced in a very long time. Kudos to Christina for exhibiting what exemplary customer service should be!! Definitely will have maintenance or service needed for our Discovery at this location!

In for an oil change and tire rotation and Christine as a service advisor shepherded the process along quickly since I was in a position to have to wait for it. She also let me know the progress so I didnt have to continually ask if and when the car was ready...definitely far superior than her male counterparts that I have usually dealt with.

I had the very fortunate experience of working with David Hudzietz on the purchase my Velar. My initial experience with my first Land Rover purchase was not great to say the least, however David has and continues to exceed my expectations. 5 star customer service all the way! Its been a couple of weeks and he still is checking in on me and how things are going. David has a client for life and Im very thankful to everyone at Land Rover Houston who was exceptionally pleasant and kind.We were greeted by possibly everyone in the building each time we entered. This dealership provides the worst customer service of any business in any industry.Your experience will start with trying to schedule your service appointment and then being thrown through the phone tree multiple times before being hung up on. Then it continues when they give you and appointment finally but when you show up, they claim it’s not in their system.The only reason I go here is because of the extended warranty we purchased from them and I must say it was huge mistake.Their staff does not return phone calls, acts with no personal accountability and do not understand the beginning of what providing good customer experience means.Land Rover should be ashamed to have their brand being associated with such a poorly run dealership.

Land Rover West Houston is the best Land Rover dealership in Houston. I visited the other dealerships but Land Rover West Houston is simply the best. The employees are fantastic, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Ashley Black. The facilities are very clean and professional. This was especially important to me during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone was wearing a mask properly and were using proper social distancing practices.

I really like the Service Advisor, Edwin Viera and the dealership. The 5 Stars are for Edwin and the dealership. What I did not like is having to wait almost 3 hours to get approval for the warranty repairs from corporate. A repair like this should have been approved within 15 minutes based on the cost of the repair and the warranty items covered. I purchased an extended warranty from this dealership (almost $6K for 2 years) but did not know it would be such a hassle. This experience does not encourage me to purchase another Land Rover in the near future. Please investigate and make appropriate changes at the corporate level. I do love the Range Rove Sport V8!

Highly recommend the service department at JLR West Houston. I called to set up an appointment to bring in my 18 RRS and was able to get it scheduled with a loaner within a matter of days. I can’t say the same for a near by JLR dealer. Christine my service advisor was friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to all the concerns I had, and didn’t blow them off as normal/ non warrantable. She said she would look into everything and did just that. She communicated updates via text and walked me through all that was addressed prior to me returning to the dealership to collect my vehicle.. I sent an email that evening, and the next morning David Brewer responded to me early AM. This began the best car buying experience of my life. Beware of buying or leasing here, especially minority customers.This store will sweet talk you to sell you a car. Once there are issues they give you the run around. They say they’ll call you back and don’t. They say anything to get you to sign but once you’re off the lot forget about it. Specifically Steven, Jose, “Chuck”supposedly the manager who has yet to return my call. We spent a lot of money and shouldn’t be given the run around.And to whomever writes the responses, don’t give me your templated response to call the main number. I have done that and nobody will call me back. Steven and Jose have my number just let them call me so we can fix my car issue.Could this poor treatment be because of our African background?

I brought my vehicle in for a repair that they said I needed, due to a warning indicator light. I got the repair done and the next day or two, the same warning indicator light came back on. I took it back to the shop where they kept my vehicle for three weeks. They also did not provide me with a loaner (I asked). I finally got my vehicle back two days ago and so far at least, no warning lights. I think the process they use to narrow down issues within vehicles could use some refining because it should not take three weeks to diagnose and fix problems. I believe they value money over customer service, which shouldn’t be characteristic of Land Rover. The vehicles cost a lot to begin with, so I believe they should go above and beyond to keep customers happy and coming back for years to come.

Not recommend this location at all. Void this location at all cost. Very bad experience. Not truthful. Lying to me said they fixed the problem!! I brought my vehicle for a strange rotary noise on Wednesday August 25, 2021. I left my vehicle there for a full day. The service advisor Edwin Viera said the technician been test driving for quite a while and he has identified the problem and fixed the problem by reset the computer. I driving the vehicle home the noise is still there, I sent the videos to him again and tried to call him. Not answering my calls or emails. Checked Range Rover In Control system it shows the vehicle has never been touched or drove since I dropped it off. They could tell me they don’t want to help or fix it for me instead of lying to me saying they test drove and fixed. Very disappointed by their service and service advisor Edwin Viera. Will never go back there again.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Specially from salesman Steven Hill. We bought a brand new discovery 3 months ago and we have been driving a loaner for the past 2 months. Paying 90k car and driving a 40K car. Steven knew that car had issues and didn’t disclose them, no accountability, says he will talk to managers, they never return calls, no apology, waiting on parts for 2 months. Worse experience ever. I miss Porsche. This would have never happened there. Obviously no way to get out of the lease. At least accept that you messed up and fix it

This has been my favorite Land Rover, Range Rover, and Jaguar dealership to have ever been attended! Let me tell you why. The past few months my vehicle has need attention, out of the four dealerships my vehicle has been to, it has been at Land Rover west two times. Each time it has been great there, such a stress free environment!! Theyve exceeded my expectations greatly! My service provider Ernesto, was by far the best service representative theyve got!!! He went above and beyond his normal duty to just fix the problem at hand. He knew Ive been having different issues pop up with the vehicle, alot! So this time when my vehicle went in he acknowledged it to me that he was going to get it taken care of. Upon this issue that the vehicle was there for he went ahead and checked other things that could possibly be related, found a bunch. So knowing this, he spoke to me said itll take but longer than expected so Im going to try to get you a loaner, and even though they didnt really have any (also the closer dealerships told me it would be weeks before they can get my car looked at and a loaner was simply out of the question..). By that evening, he had me one!!! So it took a week or so but my vehicle is great again! So just a great dealership all around, especially since they charge OVER $100 less for an oil change from Land Rover, north Houston! So even though it is a bit further than 3 other dealerships I will always return to Land Rover, west Houston! I suggest everyone thinking of purchasing a Land Rover, Range Rover, or Jaguar, really check them out over there. Because even if it is a bit further than others, it will still save you time, and money in the future!

Took my car in for the 1 year service. That was fine, but before I left I asked if there were any recalls that needed to be addressed while it was being serviced. The advisor checked my vin and said there was a recall, but they did not fix it. I asked about getting that done....it was going to be an hour and a half....I already waited 2 hours! Shouldnt checking the recalls be standard when checking a customer in so they can be addressed while the car is being serviced?!?!?

Continuously impressed and satisfied with the service provided by Land Rover West Houston. Although it’s not the nearest dealership to me, it’s the one that I always choose because of their incredible service. In each visit I’m always impressed with the communication from the advisor but also the fair pricing. Owning a luxury car comes with certain burdens and that includes maintenance costs. I’ve never felt that burden working with this dealership as they always stand behind their work and never gouge. Good communication. Service provider, Morris, provided good customer service. In the beginning my review rating was not high but that changed. Originally, I had some issues after my visit with my vehicle but Morris was very professional and willing to take care of all the issues and provide me with great customer service. He even got his supervisor, Chuck, to step in and help resolve the issues. Everyone was communicative, professional, and provided great customer service. Although I live 40 minutes away from the dealership, it was worth the drive and it was the best location choice I made.

Horrible customer service! I walked in and the only person at front desk was with someone else and just walked off and then I stood there for 5-10 min and had to go ask the same guy is there anyone that can help....then he finally says I’ll be right with you. It’s a ghost town in there! There was no one to talk to after I took a look at the vehicle I was planning to trade in for and no one came to assist so I walked away and left.If this is how they treat you when you walk in to buy one of their vehicles imagine after your car breaks down ;(Not going back and taking my business elsewhere!

I had schedule a service app for my Range Rover on of my beam sensors isn’t working, and now with the time change and getting darker earlier I felt it’s necessary to it, my appointment was today 10/02/20 at 3:30 I arrived on time and I made an appointment because of my work schedule I work Monday through Saturday. When I get there they told I had to leave my car I was okay with that as long as I was given a loaner car. They don’t have any? The service manager was unprofessional and impolite, I work in costumer service ambiance and we do anything to help out our clients and make them happy, this review is just to help anyone needing service on their car.-come prepared to reschedule your service or be without a car for a least 3 days-disrespectful service manager

I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am that I found Ernesto. He is honest, helpful and explains everything in great detail. I bought my Range Rover at another dealership and originally went there for the repairs until they kept telling my my warranty wouldn’t cover any of my issues. I then found Ernesto and he was able to get about 90% of the work covered by my warranty. I’m back at the dealership today because once again the other location where I bought my car from gave me a bad battery and Ernesto is helping me with it. Range rovers definitely have their fair share of issues but if you buy from this location or have Ernesto on your side, it’s a walk in the park. Highly highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic service! I recently purchased a Discovery from this location and the service I received from Abraham S(Sales) and Amy D(Finance) was absolutely top class. Not only was Abraham polite and knowledgeable, but he was also thorough. Prior to purchase, he was only a phone call away when needed and has been consistent even post sale. Amy D even pulled out some props to demo certain aspects of my warranty. I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for a new vehicle.

I had an oil leak for my CPO vehicle and decided to use them instead on Central Land Rover (not owned by Autonation as I found out later). I dealt with them with changing out my battery and they matched with other competitor and went pretty smoothly so decided to give them another try. It started poorly as I got there 10 min before my appointment and waited 1 hour when there was barely anyone there. It wasnt until I asked the front desk person and thats when my advisor came to me and apologized and didnt know I was here.....their shuttle service is nice but it took them little over 6 weeks to get the job done. Granted, 1 week was wasted due to the snowstorm, but it kept getting delayed as the technician kept find new issue with gasket. I had similar oil leak with Central and took them only few days to fix it. Maybe Central didnt do a good job but it was 2 to 3 years ago and the leak wasnt found until now. The advisor was nice enough to drop off the rental car at my house and kept me somewhat in the loop and thats why Im giving them 2 stars. On like the 5th week when I was told it would be done and then was told later on the week that it wont get done until after the weekend, I was not pleased and wanted to talk to the manager. I waited for 2 days and even called back to speak to him and was told he was in a meeting. Layer that afternoon, my advisor called and somehow the service was done but wanted to keep it for couple more days to ensure the problem was solved. Advisor reassured me that the technician who worked on my suv is the best they have and he would rather him working on his clients vehicle and anyone else but 5 weeks is way too long when the other dealership took only few days. I know the online PR will reply to this and apologize and to call them, but I already attempted to speak to your manager and either he was actually that busy for full 2 days or just didnt want to deal with it. I dont think Ill be taking my vehicle for service or purchase a new one from the dealership when time comes. There are other 2 Land Rover dealerships in town and Im pretty sure Ill be fine with them.
