To Denise D. the store manager, In all my years of life I’ve never been treated as harshly as you have treated me today. From the moment we came in contact you were rude, divisive, and extremely unprofessional. Though I continued to be nice to you at the register, your attitude became increasing worse. As I set at the register and took your jabs my heart broke for the employees under you. As I was exiting one mouthed “I’m so sorry.” Lastly, It’s daunting to think that you also work in the health care field. As a result of this situation I will not be returning to this store. I don’t feel that Denise should be fired, but there needs to be a deep evaluation conducted regarding her competency to lead a team and run an entire store. God bless.

The Customer Service from the store manager was extremely terrible. She treated not only the customers but her associates terrible. She yelled out to her associate please get on the register I been ringing people up for too long get me off here. I will not be shopping here ever again. Save y’all time!

Terrible attention. They do not return you. We know we must take the measures before the covic and not try in the store, but if the return should be active since one does not know what suits him very well ... for me it has been horrible. change vendors and managers in the store because the criteria will continue to be wrong. I will never go to that madrag again because I will not see a change in policies and workers
