Tried Chocolate chip cookies and thought they were pretty decent. Would love if they served hot/warm thoughTaste 8/10

The manager is a saint! When my daughter asked me for a cookie cake at the last minute, I called to see if they could make it happen. The manager made it herself and suggested the perfect design. We remembered to take a photo after we cut into it. It was perfect!!

I ordered a cookie cake online and Tiffany called me and told me the colors probably wouldn’t look right together. I told her was for my daughter going back to school and she asked which school. She took the time to google the school and even text me a picture to confirm it was correct! We switched up the whole cake but she did an amazing job on it AND her customer service was above and beyond!! I will definitely use this location again!

Stopped by the Katy Mills Mall today and happened to walk by the Great American Cookie Co! Boy did it bring back some old memories. Tiffany was such a great help in sharing what was new and boy those strawberry cookies hit the spot texture reminded me of eating cotton candy but in cookie form!! I decided to upgrade and get 10 lol. Such great energy and hospitality! Definitely stop by to visit Tiffany at the Great American Cookie!

Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Not only that but the level of quality in the cake, is absolutely astonishing. Can’t recommend it enough!!!

I want to thank Andre who is the assistant manager at Katy mills, this young man is just great and knows how to make a great sale but the most important thing is that Mr. Andre is a great young man who is always smiling and inter acting with customers walking by the store after everything that has happened with this location this last month this young man is still there working and smiling, like nothing never happened because of this young man I will continue to shop at this location only because of this young man and his actions I wish there was more young people like him in this world today. This young man is a great asset to this company and location, I wouldnt be mad but more like overly happy to see him as the store manger. Thanks Andre for all you do sir at that location....

Placed my sons cake order for pickup on 06/30 at 3:45. I got to the location at 3:50 due to Google maps taking me to the opposite end of the mall. When I arrived there was a sign stating, Be back shortly. Thinking that the CSR was using the restroom facilities, I waited patiently. At about 4pm I think to call the location that perhaps the rep had the phone on them. I then realized that I RECEIVED a phone call from this store at 3:33; unfortunately there was no message. It wasnt till 4:15 the rep waltzes down the corridor with a pizza. She proceeds to ask me, pickup....um, yeah my pickup time was 3:45. She then had the audacity to tell me she called me several times. Was she calling to tell me that the store would be empty for 45mins because she had to go get her pizza? She called 15mins before my pickup time and didnt show up for 30mins after my pickup time. Just so its clear, I do not call or text when Im in the car. Im not usually one to complain because I know the service industry can be a little ridiculous but this scenario was beyond my comprehension.Stephanie Mendenhall

I ordered a birthday cookie a day ahead. When I arrived to pick it up an hour after it was supposed to be ready, it wasnt ready. So I came back a few hours later and they told me I picked it up already. I hadnt. Well your wife picked it up. My wife is disabled and doesnt go anywhere without me.To her credit, the young lady did two things right. First, she did not have a round cookie, so she took a rectangular one and cut a round cookie from it. Kuddos for ingenuity. Then she only charged me half price. Kuddos for customer service.Still a good place to get cookie cakes. Just leave plenty of slack time... Just in case.

Went to this location and didnt have much of a favorable experience but after speaking to leadership, being heard the situation was changed completely. Thank you great american cookie leadership for being proactive with solutions. Looking forward to a long relationship with the best cookie company .

Just read an article regarding an employee that was suspended for buying a cookie for an officer with his own money. Clearly the owners and management of this company stand on the wrong side of history and I hope some day no one is there to offer a hand or generosity when they or their children need it.

The absolute worst experience of my life. The staff is ignorant and rude and the cookie looks like a two year old did it. I should have gone to Kroger.

Outrageous! Never will I buy anything from your company! How dare you treat such an upstanding young citizen the way you did. You should have been proud to have him as an employee.

Customer service is horrible. Walked up to originally purchase a snack and a couple drinks and the 2 employees looked at us turned their backs continued doing what they were doing.. looked at us again and again turned their backsand didnt say anything to us but whispered to each each other then looked at us a 3rd time and clearly were annoyed we were there and then asked us what we wanted.. at this time we just wanted drinks and they both sighed while not doing anything important and slowly walked over to make the drinks by then me and my wife looked at each other and we both thought the same thing and just walked away.. we are both GMs of food establishments and if either of us had employees that treated customers like this we wouldnt do much business if any as is evident at this location not only that but those employees would be reprimanded if not let go for that kind of treatment period

Way to buckle under the misled outrage of politically driven customers.The fact that one of your employees was assaulted for showing a community servant kindness and yet reprimanded anyway is disgusting.The fact that you had a hardworking employee who did nothing wrong and still maintained integrity after being unjustly punished shows that you do not have the ability to recognize such traits in your staff.You are trash.

Rude, Over priced and not that good! I have had better cookies out of an EZ Bake oven.. made by a 5 year old. Your paying for the hoopla, wiz-bang and flashy lights, all professionally done to make youre children want a cookie.. no matter how bad it is (Not Health Food!) or how much it cost.Honestly for what one of their cookies cost, you can get a bag full of better cookies at any convenience store.

Dont know anything about this company or the manager of this location. I dont have any issues with the GAC but this manager of the Katy Mills Mall store needs to be laid off for a week without pay for his ignorant response to the cookie and cop caper. He needs to learn a lesson, not the teenager. Also, the couple that complained are no doubt welfare rats and are used to getting things free at their BLM rallies.

Ive always had a good experience here, but when I went Wednesday they were out of Double Doozies. Instead of offering to make me one, the associate just said they were out.
