Excellent! They always had extra stock when needed

Lots of cool costumes. Short on decor.

They were still in the process of stocking it up. Still they have lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I usually shop a Spirit Halloween store every year and since this is the first time this store is here, I wanted to check it out. They tend to have problems filling orders online if out of stock. However this store is very spacious and looks as if they will have what you are looking for early in the Halloween shopping season. Have fun.

How are you going to move into the mall but not have an entrance from the mall?

This place was fabulous. The team was awesome. They were very nice and super helpful. As the lady below stated they were in fact asking everyone who brought medium and large bags etc to leave them at the front under the desk or I also had the option to take it out to my car. I opted to take it out to my car with no issues.

Extremely rude staff and poor selection of costumes

My children were so excited to go pick out their costumes this year and I was so excited to take them. We drove past Spirit in the evening before to see what time they would open the next morning. We got there right when the store opened the next morning and upon walking in was immediately told by the associate that large bags are not permitted in the store and that I needed to go put my purse in my car. (I have the medium sized LV neverfull for size reference .. not a large tote bag or backpack by any means.) I let the associate know that I was not comfortable leaving my purse in my car. She proceeded to tell me that if I were not comfortable leaving it in my car that I needed to leave it with her at the front counter. I let her know I was not comfortable with that either and that I was simply there to shop for my childrens halloween costume. She then proceeded to follow me through the store telling me that I needed to leave my purse with her or I needed to leave the store. I refused to leave and let her take away my childrens excitement of picking out their costumes (after all our kids have been through this year the last thing I wanted to rob them of was their excitement of getting their costumes.) I let her know that I would NOT leave my purse with her (someone I dont even know), that I was NOT there to rob the store and that I would leave when my children had picked out her costume. If this store has a problem with shoplifting, so much so that adult women cannot bring their purses into the store, they have no business being in the retail industry. We will not be returning to this store and I would advise anyone going to not bring your purse with you or you will be asked to leave it with a complete stranger at the front of the store or to leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was the coolest halloween store i’ve been too, they even have mini haunted house things inside the store you can go into.

Trash overflowing as you walk inside and only two cashiers with the check out line was going through the store. The prices aren’t any better than Party City so I’ll just go there.
