I am not a milk tea fans. But I pretty like drinking their milk tea. Like the picture this is a MUST try milk tea. You wont disappointed. And the cup is sooo cute! Also this snake-fried chicken is also very popular product. Highly recommend!!!

Creme Brulee Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Genger Tea taste very great! Popcorn chicken, fried octopus, Takoyaki and spicy seafood ramen are good too! The popcorn chicken is very authentic. Will come back!

Stumbled upon this place on google maps earlier in the week. Pictures looked delicious and reviews sounded appetizing!I came in around 7 ish on a Friday night. I was looking for a place where I could enjoy a semi peaceful quick dinner and delicious drink. This place was perfect for that! Free wifi and it wasn’t crowded.Placed an order of Spicy Popcorn Chicken, Chicken Katsu bowl, and Uji Matcha with bubbles. I sat down and plugged into some free wifi and enjoyed the music playing. A few minutes later my whole order arrived and it looked amazing! But...sadly the Chicken Katsu was the disappointment of the evening.Now, I consider myself a Chicken Katsu fanatic! I’ve had the good, the bad, and the freakin delicious. This Chicken Katsu was $8.50 for a bowl of popcorn chicken! Chicken Katsu is supposed to be a chicken cutlet (or a chicken breast halves) and battered with panko crumbs. Now it was sauced with Tonkatsu sauce, which is a plus. The egg, carrots, and broccoli were great, but an odd pairing. The carrot also tasted oddly fragrant. Like, it took a tumble or may have gotten splashed with soap. It was a very interesting carrot.I have to give a major thumbs down to the Chicken Katsu.The spicy popcorn chicken had great seasoning and was very delicious. The Uji Matcha was just right, but the bubbles were pretty bland.

For those of you who dont know, they merged with Yan Tea sometime in 2020. They kept their menu and location, but the sign is now Yan Tea with a little dog symbol. Same good food and drinks though.

I love all the onigiri selections. My favorite is the spam and tuna with mayo. My husband loves the beef with teriyaki. All the teas are good and I love being able to select the sweetness of the drinks. I tried the green tea tiramisu so good. You have to try!!! And they have a rewards card.

PannTea is a new favorite! Delicious Boba Milk Tea! Had the B4 Creme Bruleé Milk Tea with Boba, And had a Korean BBQ Pork Onigiri! Super fresh! Super fast! Super delicious! This has my pick for a great place to have a bite and get something sweet! All in one!

Been there several times. My kids love their popcorn chicken and fruit tea. Love their fresh milk tea. So tasty. We tried almost all items from food menu and half of the drinks menu. So far so good!!! Kids always ask to go there! Service is always good and staffs are friendly!

This place is darling. Interior is hip, spacious, and clean. They offer complimentary popcorn. They have lots of snacks aside from drinks. The style of the cup looks a little different from a typical boba shops cups. They are easier to hold, thicker, more durable. I had the creme brulee milk tea and my boyfriend had the Royal milk tea.The creme brulee was good, but the top of the cream was not crispy. I enjoyed the flavor and it wasnt too sweet. 4/5The Royal milk tea was just typical milk tea. Nothing special here. A little pricy for a drink, but I guess thats because of their location. 4/5Staff were friendly and happy to help you decide what to get. He recommended the creme brulee drink and other items. They bring the drink out to you, which was nice since normally you have to pick up your own drinks at the counter.

Excellent taro! Most places the taro is bland, but not here. The creme brulee milk tea is also amazing.

Ordered Onigiri salmon with spicy mayoWhat happened..??? I was biting and biting thinking I was giving to eventually get into some salmon.. I didnt!! Just a ball of rice with barely any spicy mayo. Could have just ate a plain rice bowl at home with soy sauce.

Very reasonable prices I had bbq beef on rice and fiancé had tempura shrimp udon. I tried the tempura and it was nice as was my dish. I liked that the tempura shrimp was provided on the side so it did not get soggy in the soup. The staff was friendly the little that we interacted with them to order and when we left.

My favorite tea place to study in Katy Asia Town! Cozy ambiance with pleasant staff. Opens at 10:30 AM and is closed Tuesdays. Good Wi-Fi. Theres a variety of drinks to choose from, as well as food.Edit: Now open Tuesdays! Still love this place. They added new drinks and food items.

Try the Creme brûlée drink! I got hooked on this place just through that drink. Once you buy 5 drinks, you earn 25 points to your phone number, which is equal to a free drink. They have various seating options as well as food to eat. I only subtracted a star because I didnt like their taste in music.

I tried the ramen and creme brûlée and it was is good they recommend it to me and said it’s the most popular so I tried it and it was good. The employees were also really nice and friendly. I will be back soon.

This place is a little hidden around the corner of one of the side buildings but Im glad we stopped in. They have an expansive tea menu & very tasty food as well.

Theyve got excellent tea here AND good food. Their onigiri and spicy popcorn chicken is SOOOOO good, AND its not expensive. I highly recommend stopping by panntea if youre in the area or 25 minutes out of the way to get food and drinks since its worth it. Also of all the tea places Ive been to, they have the best rewards program in place. Most places give you a free drink every ten orders, but panntea gives you a free one after every five orders. If your drink comes out to roughly $5 each time, then you need to spend $50 for that free drink at a place like Kims tea house, but here you only need to spend $25 for the free drink. Not gonna lie, I thought there was a catch when I got my free drink, but the cashier told me my whole large cheese foam, tapioca pearl tea was FREE. Like legit no cost for my drink and all the extra stuff. If moneys tight but you still want tea, I highly recommend panntea. If you want good food, go here. If you want good tea, go here. If you want a good atmosphere, go here. It was my first time in Katys chinatown last week! I WAS BLOWN AWAY BY THEIR SERVICE AND KINDNESS!!!!!!!!!! I am in love! Very great people, and I think they gave us free popcorn chicken because we were the first customers of the day, tough I do have to say the chicken was a little over seasoned but was extrmeeeelllyy tender/juicy. I got the creme brulee milk tea which I absolutely loved! Very rich and aesthetically pleasing. Though it isnt legit creme brulee and was most likely powder mix, it still had a nice flavor and more creamy than typical egg puddings. 9/10 I would recommend, Very clean, spacious, and beautiful decor

Beware of the $8.50 per slice milled cake. My mistake for ordering the cake without first asking how much. I thought regular slice cake price. Wrong. One regular slice of milled cake. $8.50. Wow.
