I came to this business to order five line for my business. The person who helped was happy and nice when I ordered. He give me his phone No. to make sure I will give five phone. Because at the time, the store only have one phone to me. I wait my second phone got my home. So I asked him, Where is my other three phone. He never explain to me why. Then I came to the store, ask to return my phone. Then people there tell me I have to get other carrier first. Now I came back to return my phone. They refuse to returned to me!!! This Xifility is 100% not recommended. Because I trust them. Give them 3 times to correct their problem!!!!
The line took forever, even though there was barely anyone, but the employee was very helpful and friendly and was able to resolve my issue.
Having an appointment and waiting for 1 hour and still not getting called is unacceptable. It is really sad to see Xfinity experience has deteriorated beyond words.I am still a Comcast customer just because I have experienced the excellent customer service all these years (10 yrs). I am not one of those code cutters yet. I had a plan to enquire abut the cable plans, but this experience turned it all around. A Sling account would be much hassle free.It seems like they are only interested in phone customers. A small glance at my experience below.Visiting with an appointment,Expectation vs Reality:Expectation - drop off and be out in 30 minutes (I am flexible)Reality - Checked in on arrival, Wait for ever to be called up on. Stand in regular line, get to the counter after 1 hour.Reach the counter:Expectation - They apologize for the waitReality - They have no clue how appointment works. Look all over the computer to see where the appointments are listed. They are not even aware why there was a wait.

Didnt know this was a partner store. went to see about changing our plan. The guy said they no longer had anything to show with channels and pricing so we didnt know what the channel lineups were. Also, looked at switching from Verizon to Xfinity wireless. Made the switch and I asked about the veteran (me) or teacher (my wife) $200 gift card offer. The guy said it would be 30 days and I could check online. Never was done and makes me wonder if this guy was swindling people out of gift cards. Just go to the Xfinity store on Mason.
Me and my moms experience was great. We got her the Galaxy Note20 in Mystic Green. On order but really excited for her to see the new galaxy series!!
Being honest with your customers is important to gain their loyalty, earn their trust and successfully building credibility for your brand... this is not the case with Xfinity customer service, I was billed almost 50% extra of what I was paying in the past months, and when I did asked why so high fees on my bill for the past three months they said becouse my contract has changed and without letting me know they just closed to charge me the extra 50%...Even though I know AT&T are not that good I still stopped my contract with them and go to AT&T
I really wish I could give negative stars . I just moved to Texas and moved my service with xfinity here but every since I moved here the internet is always going down or slowing ( I work from home so very annoying when your zoom meeting cancels due to poor service). I have called and had several techs come out only for service to work minimally for a week then go out again. Now the nail in the coffin Im watching a movie and all of a sudden my internet goes out. I call and they are doing scheduled maintenance well who the hell informed me Im glad I wasnt under the gum on a project. Definitely looking for another provider. Your service sucks!!!!!!

I went to Collect Sim Cards for my New connection as the cards that was shipped to me never got delivered. The person at the store didnt giveme a replacement SIM saying he cant do that and I need to call customer care. I told him I was sent by customer care to your store. He just didnt want to help. I went to the Xfinity owned store on Mason Rd and they were able to help me quickly.Looks like outsourcing to non xfinity entity is not a great idea.

Joel and Franco was very helpful with helping me remove my tv boxes. It took less than 5 minutes to get everything removed. Usually, I get frustrated with Comcast, but the manager and this sales rep made the experience better.
After leaving this store my son & I started feeling ill got tested and ended up being positive for coronavirus. I’ve called the store and the corporate team to inform them & they have yet to close their doors. Please spread this message as I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who contracted it from that location.

I bought something from this store a couple of months ago, I didn’t have my receipt with me but they did have it against my account when I bought the item, they told me that I couldn’t return the item and that I had to do it with the xfinity corporate, I did that, they told me the store should accept it, anyway I wouldn’t shop from this store as it’s not actually an xfinity store even though all the signs indicate it is, they are not corporate and their ‘get out’ is they don’t have access to the systems as they aren’t corporate.Just don’t waste your time with this one and go to the normal store, if they don’t operate like a normal store don’t carry the same name!
Amazing job scamming us out of money trying to sell a new router every month to improve our connection. Since everyone in the store is brain dead I guess they dont know throttling internet is illegal.
If I could give no stars, I would. Ive been on the phone for over TWO hours with tech support and have had THREE service techniquicians out to my place in the Houston Heights. I was still dont have internet! When I asked to speak to a manager/supervisor so that I could get a yes or no answer as to why I cannot activate my wifi, I was talked around in circles and circles of maybes and I dont knows. The customer service rep, Dennis was unprofessional and disrespectful. Furthermore, I wasnt given the courtesy to speak with someone within this company that could actually help me!. It is next to impossible to get an acutal human on the phone. And surprise, I never receive the customer service survey that I agreed to before my calls. Consumer be warned!!!!!

I went in to switch to Xfinity Mobile, to get a new phone, and to change my cable and internet services. Bri was extremely helpful. She explained everything really simply, made the whole process easy, and was friendly.
Worst customer experience, went to port my number, the guy at the counter was yawning when looking up at my account and said he could not port my number I have to do it online. Went to a different store and ported it. I have never seen a customer rep yawn wide open and not even try to hide or suppress.
I am still shocked about the poor service I recieved. I went into the store planning on renewing my plan a month before it expires. First the store looked like a hot mess, merchandise was literally all over floor to a point i had to watch my steps. The guy who assisted me seemed completely uninterested in working there. He immediately priced me $20 more than what I am paying monthly for renewal. I naturally asked him if he could just match it to what I am currently paying and he just game me a plain no. His recommendation was to leave and come back after my plan ends! I run a retail store and I would never reject a business in hopes of them coming back.Anyway, after I came home I found a bundle that is actually cheaper than what I am currently paying and I already did my upgrade online.
How about posting a local number. The 800 number is useless for equipment exchange.

What else could possibly be said about xfinity/Comcast? They are just terrible in every way. The only reason they exist is because they have a monopoly in most areas and people have no other option for internet service.

Prior to today Ive only been to the other Xfinity store in Katy on Mason and it was a horrible experience. They had poor customer service and long wait. I was dreading coming returning a modem but after reading the other positive reviews I decided to give it a try and Im glad I did. I was greeted immediately upon entering and the whole process took no more than five minutes. The store manager who helped me was helpful. I doubt Ill need to come back any time soon but Im glad theres another option in Katy.
Store was quite busy and confusing with mobile merchandise in the front. I was informed they partner with Verizon and given information re: various specials. I just feel the store could use a different design to differentiate cable/internet merchandise from mobile, OR label the store differently. Saddiq was helpful though, courteous, and professional. I will return as needed, and now know what to expect.
Store personnel are fantastic! Xfinity WiFi is great, Xfinity Billing............ the absolute worst along with their capabilities of handling and executing changes to a contract. I’ve been over-billed for three months in a row after changing my account and receiving email confirmation of doing so. Now I am attempting to get a new account in the store as we speak but they’re computer system is showing many errors and the line of people is out the door. On top of that there were other customers in the store with similar billing issues sooooooo let my time wasted be your lessons learned.
I visited the Cinco Ranch store today. It was an amazingly pleasant experience. The staff was very knowledgeable and Rich worked very quickly to resolve my issue. I was done in about 10 minutes.

I was told to return my Xfi pods to an Xfinity store, but this store was unable to return them. Even though their store says Xfinity, they arent a corporate store so they said they couldnt do anything to help...My opinion, if youre in the area, just drive past this store and go 15 minutes farther to the Mason Road location. They are a corporate store, and itll save you some hassle.

Tried to return xFi pods on Saturday noon, and told they wouldn’t take it and I have to call customer service and get a return label to return via FedEx (I think if that is the case, they can call for me if they care). So I left and called customer service and told the store was supposed to take it.
Staff is really friendly. Just went to pickup some cables for my new contract and it only took me 3 minutes.

Diagnostic performed by a computer tech with 40 yrs. of experience showed they gave me refurbished defective modem TWICE. Was without service for a week and paid $405. for 3 1/2 hrs of diagnostics.
