I had my Clinical lab coats embroidered there. It was a quick turn around time, about 2-3 days. Great quality.

Horrible customer service! Came in to the store and though they have tons of cute items they did not have what my had in mind. We made our way to the counter and asked what the price and availability would be for a New Born Blanket Embroidery, the lady said price depends on size and number of letter, availability is 30-45 min. We returned with the blanket and continued to look for thread colors and fonts, the older man in the bank comes out and says you know this will be a week/two out! We only offer 45min turn around for items our shaded in the store!!!! I explained to him that we cleared this with the lady at the counter and that they should honor what she offered! He said no, he could ruin my blanket and that’s not what they do, that I needed to purchase from their shop! I’m sorry but my daughter just like any other new parent is on a budget and to think to spend $80+ on a blanket I could of easily purchased at ROSS for $6-$10 is kind of ridiculous! Needless to say, I will not be coming back!

MUST READ! DO NOT GO HERE!This was my first time needing a product embroidered. When I googled, this place was the first one that came up in my area. Given all the positive reviews, I felt at ease as a first timer here.Boy was I wrong, I should have never stepped foot in here.I dropped the product off Saturday April 10, the lady helping me said it would be ready in about a week, and that I would get a call .Unfortunately, I never got a call and I wanted to be respectful of their time and job load, since I didn’t need it “urgently”.I called Saturday May 8th at noon asking if the blanket was completed so I can pick up, since I never got a call.The man who answered, (who I assume is the owner) told me, “oh yes it’s ready, it’s been ready, it only took us few days to do. You should receive a text when done.” I told him, “unfortunately I never received a notification of the blanket being done, but that’s ok, no worries at all, I can pick it up this coming week. “Fast forward to today, I went to pick up and as soon as I saw the embroidery on the corner of the blanket, it wasn’t centered as ordered and not as big as previewed initially.The owner seemed to be the only one so I left and came back, to give him time to sort through other customers.When I came back, In a nice and calm voice I mentioned that the finished product wasn’t exactly what was shown to me at time of order he immediately proceeded to say, “I knew you would be problem! I told the lady not to take your order! You left and came back the day of your order! I told her no, give her money back! I wish people like you won’t ever come here! I won’t do nothing, it’s done! Just leave! I know what I do, it’s perfect work!“ (to his point, yes I did leave and come back twice day of order because cell service is horrible there and I was on the phone outside choosing a thread color that Mom 2 Be would like!)He verbally attacked me without even listening, or caring to fix the issue. No owner should act this way towards a customer ever, and no customer should have to be a subject to such gross verbal attacks.Needless to say, this gift to my soon to be born niece is now not how I imagined it would look.Customer service and communication is key in any business and the owner has a lot of learning to do.

Excellent store. They are very helpful for designing my personal writings. The best embroidery place. He is the expert for all embroidery and Engraving needs.

The nicest & most helpful people you could ever find in a store are here.I have been there many times over the years & will be going again soon as school is just around the corner. They have back packs, lunch boxes, tote bags, bath towels & Beach towels, just to name a few. They have a great selection or you can bring your own! I cannot say enough good things about TEXAS EMBROIDERY & ENGRAVING !!!! Reasonable prices, too. This will be my 4th year to take my granddaughters !!!

This was a horrible experience Ive ever had with a retailer.. They were intent on digitizing my logo which would have cost $75, along with fees to have it embroidered would have been a very expensive service. Being a non profit organization, the cost was not agreeable. I also experienced a form of discrimination. As a woman, dealing with men from another country, my concerns were dismissed. This is becoming a problem with businesses owned and ran by foreigners in America.I have other shirts that I was going to have embroidered, in which I expressed this to them, but it was for naught. Their only concern was how much money can I get from you TODAY.I will NEVER return.

Joke of a place. Have been getting things monogrammed here for YEARS because its usually convinient and the price has always been reluctantly $12 since I state I always pay that price. To monogram a blanket last year I payed $12 this year for a smaller blanket the man at the counter said it is was $25 LOL for a few words $25.. youre not stitching gold

Threw away 15 bucks! Asked for dots on either side of letter. One looked somewhat like a dot; the other looked like an oblong something?? I told him that it looked like crap. Fabric was puckered. Guy said it was the fabric. Well, if youre in that business, dont you know that and pass info on to customer so that they can make an informed decision about their monogram piece???? Lost my business and will NOT be recommending anyone to go there. Very displeased. Threw the garment away!

I needed a gift for my grandson 2nd Bday I went in mid day on a Friday it was done with in a hour if that ! The gentleman help me was very professional and helpful not to mention I loved the work on my grandsons bag . I have used them in the past and I will continue to go back . Thank you

Wasted money! Just brought 2 north face jackets and one had the wrong initial on it. I was able to get the wrong initial fixed but not the other jacket! The other jacket had the initials out of order!
