Do not spend your money here go somewhere with better quality. You will be dissatisfied. Their products are cheap. I purchased a bunkbed from here and the wood was split open when I received it. I paid someone (not them) to put it together. Well when I called to get it replaced they were closed due to it being Sunday. I was told I would have to pay $100 extra for them to come out and replace the part. Then it was you can get it from 8 to 5 my work hours. But it has to be done within 3 days. Then I was frustrated and said well lets just give the whole bed back and she said 25% restocking fee. It gets worst. I went there lost out on money to do so and was told people are ahead of me we have to pull the part it will take 35 minutes. Worst customer service Ive ever. Save yourself this headache.Go elsewhere! I am a realtor and property manager with over 3000 units and I will tell all of my clients and customers do not go there.

Unbelievable experience. I canceled a order (in person) before the two day grace period and am due a refund back. I originally waited five business days for the funds to be deposited back into my account before contacting Bel Furniture over the phone. I was asked to continue to wait, my funds should be returned asap. Here I am three unanswered emails and two weeks later STILL waiting on my refund. I have requested to speak to a supervisor/management/customer service and each time am being told nonsense while advoiding my request. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.

Would not come here again! Very cold and calculating. Dont care about customers. Was there on 8/11/21, ordered living room and dining room set for over $1500, paid rush delivery because the free delivery I qualified wont happen for another 2 weeks. Was told I have 3 days 4 returns. Came the next day after delivery to exchange coffee and end tables, found one like $65 cheaper. These guys wont give me back my $65! Talking about some store credit that expires in 30 days! And their warehouse people have zero customer service! Very unpleasant experience!

Terrible Customer Service Department !!!!I bought this bedroom set in February and bed only lasted 2 weeks before breaking. I immediately called their customer service department and spoke to the “manager” Margarita. She had the worst attitude I could not even express my frustration because she would automatically cut me off. I have been trying to get a bed frame repaired for months now and have been in continuing contact with Margarita because the whole office refuses to let me speak to anyone else about this matter .A service technician named Oscar has come to try and fix the bed frame 3 times and has not yet been able to fix it. I have now wasted several days off from work trying to resolve this issue and yet again today the issue has still not been resolved. I am a single mom who cannot afford to keep taking days off and I am tired of sleeping on a mattress on the floor with my daughter only because of the terrible customer service I have received. At this point I am demanding a full refund I need the money to purchase a bed elsewhere. I am beyond tired of dealing with this furniture store and hope this issue gets resolved ASAP..

Terrible customer service. I bought a 9 piece outdoor patio set and it came missing all chair seat cushion and all stool cushion. Called customer service believing that would be an easy fix since they could send the missing cushions but instead they asked me to bring all the packages back to their Warehouse for an exchange. I told them that I had spent 4 hours assembling everything and asked them to send me the cushions or I could go and pick them up but they told me that I need to bring everything back for an exchange and once I pick all new packages up I should open and check if the cushions are not missing. Total waste of time. Would never buy from this company again. No respect to their customer.

I went during the March 2021 Clearance Sale & was shocked by the low prices! For anyone looking for new furniture on a budget I highly recommend you browse the show room & see what treasures you can find. My sales associate Norma Galvan was very helpful to show me where certain pieces where located & made me feel comfortable by giving me my space to browse, then check in occasionally to answer questions. I do recommend you go in a truck or SUV large enough to hold whatever you plan on buying because the items are usually available to be picked up quickly from the distribution warehouse next door. I do plan to make this one of my browsing spots when Im out weekend shopping in Katy.

Can do a negative rating if it allows me. Worst delivery and top worst customer service. We ordered 3pc sofa recliner + loveseat + single recliner + coffee table and 2 side table from Bel furniture. Got delivered 1st time with damaged 3pc sofa set and a broken single recliner sofa. Even look like a used product or might be returned from some other place. Call customer service within 30 mins of delivery and after 1 week, spending my plenty time with customer service on phone and many many emails, the manager Magarita agreed to replace the damaged sofas. 2nd delivery came after 2 week with again damaged 3pc sofa set. Same look like used or returned. Even same this time too, call and email again within 30 mins of delivery, several several times ( probably 10 - 15 emails), but no reply from customer service. Not even reply from the Manager Margarita. Even email them the damaged sofa photos + delivery driver photos ( how delivery was handled), explain everything in email, but still no reply or phone call. Even email corporate office with the issue, but still no reply. So realized this was not the place to keep our hard earn money. Our hard earn money have been drained. So beware if you are buying something from the them. Initially, to get your business they we tell you all there return, replace, exchange policy. But when its time to implement by them, result is negative ( - 10). There drivers dont even protect the delivery. They delivered our sofa without shrink plastic wrap into our home. So there are more chances to get the sofas damaged by sides or anywhere by them. And later they do not take the responsibility.

After I had just gone to the one in San Antonio and they told me they would not have it anywhere else. Better pricing. Bought multiple furniture from this store back in August worth as much as $5k. Waiting to be delivered mid Oct. Received a call that the coffee table set became unavailable and there is no ETA on future availability when payment was already processed and a downpayment was made back in August. How can you process a transaction and promise to deliver when at the last minute you inform your customer that it was sold to anothercustomer and they dont have another one on stock. Unbelievable. Now they wont honor a cancellation on a living room set without a restocking fee of 25% because its available to deliver. Well the reason why we got both sets in the first place was because they are perfectly matched together. Pretty shady business model of you ask me. Wont see us doing business with the company again even if its the lowest priced in the industry in Houston...period. UPDATE (hours later) - they agreed to waive the 25% re-shelfing fee for the living room set when we requested to cancel it after the coffee table set was canceled since it is now out of stock. To be updated soon when process go as planned.

I found my sofa had a 5 cm long crevice on the leather by a sharp knife on the delivery date. I assume it caused during their packing when they cut the . protective film. I reported this issue to them one week ago. Till now I still havent received any response from their customer service.Additional comments: Very bad service. Two months passed. Nothing happened till today. They dont want to give discount. They want to repair the sofa. I am ok with it. But In the middle of August, one technician came, took a look and gone; two days later, another guy came, had a look at the sofa and said we will come back to fixe it. I waited for almost two weeks, nothing happened. I sent a email to customer service on Sep. 4th. They called me back two days later and said they have scheduled on Sep 27 to fix it. Why scheduled so late? Ok. I can wait. Now today is Sep 29. Nothing happen. They are a liar. They dont want to solve the problem. They just want to waste our time and patience.
