Was interested in a chaise lounge at this location but not one single person would help us. I literally could not find anyone who worked there. When we left there was an employee standing by the door on their phone.
If you shop here, make sure when you see something you like, take pics of the item, pic of the tag (front and back.) When you come back, the tags and prices will change but the item will not. The store for the past 3 months have been taking items and upping the prices. Also all items have date, they usually have a green sticker, make sure you arent paying a high price for something from years ago. If you are someone who enjoys RH, just make sure you are not getting screwed. Yes, price of wood has gone up, but doesnt mean you as a person should have to pay a higher price because RH is greedy. Be careful buying from this location.
Beautiful inventory, definitely does not offer significant discounts, special deals or any kind of sales or incentives so it is misleading to classify as an outlet. It is such a bummer that RH promotes this as an outlet - during my visit I was surprised that I had no interaction with an employee. If you are able to afford RH - this is probably a good place to actually purchase and get a piece of furniture more quickly than ordering online, but if you are looking for the bargains/sales or incentives of a typical outlet store, you will be disappointed.
I have shopped here more than the RH retail store for two reasons. During this time this, the only surety to receive your furniture by the delivery date scheduled is to buy it at the RH store and the discounts sometimes are worth the trade off for the ability to return an item.My last trip entailed only windows shopping. But due to super personable personality of Sam I have ended up buying a 9 feet couch and she helped throughout the process and was friendly and polite with my questions and deciding phase. She assisted with the technical support as well which took over an hour but we were able to resolve the issue. Definitely recommended to anyone looking to get the RH furniture when they want it.
The sales associates and the stock team went above and beyond during my last shopping trip. I mean from helping me pick out furniture to helping load it in the truck.Their team was very detailed and inspected each item thoroughly. For 50% off...I don’t mind minor scuffs. The experience definitely exceeded all my expectations and I will be going back to find more items.
This store has become my home away from home! I am in the process of furnishing my new home and am so excited to find items I love at RH outlet (and at a significant discount). The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful (especially Sanam). Get on the preferred customer list and let them know which piece(s) youre looking for and theyll call you when that item comes in. Just be patient!
They had some really good deals. It was more of a warehouse setting, not really elegant if you are expecting it to be more like a RH store.
This is Restoration Hardware but they dont sell hardware. They sell furniture. What a wasted trip. They call themselves RH now because they no longer sell Hardware. They need to get Google to take off the listing as a hardware store.
I worked with Sanam and Monica and they were absolutely wonderful! They helped me pick out two stunning pieces! No pressure environment, wonderful product a MUST SEE!
I worked with Sanam on my last visit to RH Outlet and she was extremely helpful. She educated me about the different style of sofas they carry and helped me choose the perfect style for my home. She also put me on the waitlist for a few items I wanted to purchase. I’m happy we have an RH outlet here in Houston that delivers such great service and selection of things.
Weird furniture spot with extremely overpriced nasty last call furniture.some pieces had big stains on them and were still 3,000 dollars. Not sure what the appeal is either, most of it was ugly without the stains.
Went in just browsing today. Found a headboard; was a bit unsure about the color. Shaunum(sorry if sp error) & her manager offered such helpful input and assistance. Staff went above and beyond. Even the loading crews were so professional and courteous; despite me making a purchase right at closing time. Thank you RH Staff for a great experience!!
RH is a great place but was skeptical about the Katy mill location being an outlet however two of the employees Sanam (I hope I spelled it correctly) and Tara made it a great experience! They were so helpful, knowledgeable and actually provided great insight in pros and cons to what we needed. I think I ended up buying more than I expected but great deals at the outlet and great team!
Every person on the staff that I interacted with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we received the best service possible. We will definitely be returning for all our home refresh needs!
Loved the experience at the outlet! Our sales associate, Sanam, was a huge help and showed all us all of the right pieces that were aligned with my vision for our new home! She had so many great ideas for design that I didn’t even think of! Would definitely recommend checking out the beautiful selection at the outlet and ask for Sanam!
Beautiful Furniture and awesome attention of people that work here.
Hidden gem! You never know what you my find in this store. Sanam assisted me and she was amazingly friendly and patient .
Terrible customer service! I just purchased six dining chairs. They asked me to pull my car around after paying, then they wrapped and loaded the six chairs up, making it impossible to inspect. When I arrived home. I found they didn’t give me the correct six chairs. Two of them had different fabric. I called twice, no answer. The next day I returned the two incorrect chairs (had different stock numbers than what was on my receipt so very obvious they screwed up). They still proceeded to argue with me, made me go retrieve the 40lb dining chairs from my car and bring in, and then finally gave me the two correct chairs they should have sent home with me the night before. No apology for the mistake or inconvenience. No store credit or anything to make it right. Just bad attitudes. Skip this place and purchase from Facebook Marketplace or EBay if you like Restoration Hardware products.
Sales rep Guadalupe presented great customer service. She explained the different size dining room tables & even checked in the back for me. Totally recommend this store for home decor & durable furniture for every room indoors, as well as outdoor furniture.
Knowledgeable staff and a god chance of getting highly desirable furniture at a better price. Youll need to get your furniture home quickly, but they recommended a company that was familiar with their offerings and gave a good price.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I’ve worked with almost all sales associates by now... Areli, Marrisa and Sanam in effort furnish my new home. I am a regular outlet visitor since I am on a hunt to look to find unique pieces and I know they get new things on a weekly basis.I can’t say enough nice things about their staff and how happy they are to always assist me. Their load out team is always accommodating and very careful in loading items in our vehicle.
The furniture at RH outlet look very trendy or desirable I think some of it was above my price range of what I wanted to pay,
Not any cheaper than buying new. Waste of time.
Nice furniture
Hard to predict what they have but generally a very good selection at great prices
Worth checking out!!
Very restrictive pick up policy. Store Manager was completely useless and didnt seem like interested in making sale happen.
This was not a good experience. It’s part of the mall but it has an opening to the parking lot. So we park and walk up at 10:38 when the sign on the door says they open at 10. An employee comes up to that door and tells me and my 67 year old handicapped mother that we can’t get in there, we have to go through the mall. There is zero sign on the door to this effect. I explain that my mother is mobility impaired and cannot walk very well, and he just stared at me until we went away.We walk for ten minutes to get around to the entrance only to find that the store opens at 11, not 10, due to covid. Again, not signposted on the front of the store and the employee who made us walk around failed to mention it. So my mom has to stand there for ten more minutes when she could have spent those ten minutes waiting in the car.Two seater sofas run to about $2200. Three seaters run to about $3500. We did not end up making a purchase. When we were done, my mom asked again to just be let out the back cause walking really is hard for her and we got the nastiest “NO MA’AM” I have ever heard. These guys have no interest whatsoever in being polite or accommodating the disabled. They were incredibly rude to an old lady. Please don’t give them your money. I certainly never will.
Good store overall. The pricing could be a little better.
We have found great deals and products here. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Will definitely be coming back.
Ridiculously overpriced. A store for people with more money than sense. Browsed for 30 minutes and not one associate inquired if they could help. I hope they go out of business.
Still a high price point, but much lower than retail. If you are a RH member, do your research if you find a peice you do like. Most of the outlet finds are deals, but some pieces- you’re still better off paying a little more and buying new with your member price...even with shipping. Not all in store sale prices are up to date with the online sale prices. Over all a great place if you can stop by and search frequently.
I was cutting through this store to get inside the mall and I thought hummm lets just see what this store has. Well the furniture looks very cheap with (to me) high prices. Its disorganized and basically looks like a warehouse. They had pretty nice big rugs for a big living room area but they were $3000.00 to $6000.00 crazy high prices. Cheap, cheap looking furniture and not everything matched. Thered be a end table with a lamp in the middle of the store not matching anything ! So, no I wouldnt buy anything from that store.
Ive been an RH Gallery and Outlet shopper for the past years and my experience today with a lady in this store named ALEXIS HINE was horrible. I had called to check on rugs in stock and she was very rude and unwilling to help locate the size of rug we needed, even if I told her we were driving from Austin. She said she did not have time to go through their stocks. Why be in customer service if you dont want to take a few minutes to help out customers? I think RH should hire people with more empathy and initiative. They should hire people who actually truly want to help customers. Alexis Hine is the opposite of this. Thank God her manager Summer took the time to help us out. Thank you so much Summer!
Only two people in the store when I visited and no greeting or offer to be helped. I walked very furniture isle too.
Pleased to learn that this store is currently offering additional discounts to hurricane Harvey victims if you present your FEMA ID number. They have very reasonable pricing on throws, pillows, and lighting. The gentlemen who helped me today was very helpful and polite. I don’t know his name but he stated that he is from Chicago and has only been working there one week. There was another (older) guy who works there that was not so friendly. He rudely asked me in a very condescending manner if I planned to pay for the pillow inserts that were inside the pillow covers as I picked two of the off a couch. He’d be better suited for warehouse work rather than a customer-facing position inside the store. Look for the friendly face and avoid the grumpy one :-)
Lots of broken furniture and store displays that look used. Better off being a member and getting your discount than wasting your time coming here. Very disappointed.
They put this in the mall where the bed bath and beyond used to be. They have a lot of chairs but I feel like they are still over priced. The outlet should discount at 50% And above. Most of the stuff is 30% of, but i did see some items for 40% and a couple for 70% off. So it depends on the item. If something costs 7k and its 50% off and its dented or scratched it should be 2k or less. Remember if you buy it here you habe to take it home yourself, they dont deliver.
Well...I was falling in love with this store, but not so much anymore. Can’t say I’d recommend a place that goes straight to I will call the cops on you. After Hurricane Harvey destroyed our home and all of our belongings, we have slowly begun replenishing our belongings for our new home that will be ready for move-in in June. Restoration Hardware Outlet was good to Harvey victims by offering 50% off their items if you had a FEMA number through Jan 15th. I’ve been by at least 2x a month since October. We were able to buy several slightly damaged items for a fair price.Fast forward to today...😞. I happened to swing by on a whim, and I found the nightstands my wife is in love with. They’re a billion dollars, but they’re 30% off and 40% off of that. So, just millions now. 😜 While waiting for someone to open the loading dock, I looked in the walk-in dumpster for some cardboard to protect the bed of my truck. I noticed a damaged table top that had been thrown away. It was badly damaged, but being a novice woodworker, I thought I’d grab it to see if I could make something useful out of it. After calling the store to get someone to come back to the dock, they noticed I put the table top in my truck. Apparently that’s very naughty as April went straight to “Is that MOS from the trash? You can’t take that. I’ll call the cops if you don’t put it back in the dumpster because you are stealing our property.” I had so many things to say, but there were other customers watching and none of my thoughts were good. So, I just complied.Sad...it will go to the landfill now. But, luckily I will not go to jail. Too bad she doesn’t know that at worst this would be trespassing and not stealing. If it was theft, it would be a crime of less than $0.01 as the item was thrown away.Anywho, no more Restoration Hardware Outlet. Our relationship is ruined. Shame on April for accusing me of theft and threatening to call the police. Shame on me for hating to see difficult to renew hardwoods irresponsibly thrown in the garbage. Shame on Harvey for putting us in this situation.
Horrible dont waste your time. Most of the stuff is damaged or heavily used at a close to full price.
It is very nice!!!
Great place!
Good deals
Overpriced
Fantastic
