We bought a new mattress for ourselves and our foster kiddo at the mattress firm at 99 and i10. Brad helped us out, and was so helpful! He was very knowledgeable and had answers for all our questions. He had great recommendations too. Everyone at the store was very nice and friendly (especially with our kids running around). Outstanding stuff all the way around, from sales to delivery. We picked up a new mattress and remote control adjustable base. It was delivered 2 days later within the window I chose.Delivery guys were awesome. They took the old mattress and box spring away, installed the new adjustable base and mattress, programmed the remote, and they were off. The entire delivery and set up process took about 15-20 minutes.Quality from start to finish.

This review is strictly about the lack of customer service for Stephen and his counterparts at the 1201 Foxlake location. At first he seemed concerned with replacing my adjustable base 300 that I recently purchased 15 days ago. It malfunctioned and the remote no longer communicated with the base. Today I called back to check delivery status and his customer service went from subpar to horrible. After voicing my concerns regarding their delivery notifications and how it was an inconvenience to people who work, he had the audacity to tell me that “ I could have continued to give you the run around, but instead I tried to help you.” Now, I’m an avid shopper and customer service means everything to me so I was confused and astonished by his comment. I would think helping a customer who was sold faulty equipment rectify the situation doing his job as a manager, but to my surprise he thought he was doing me a favor. Never have I heard of such. So please beware if you come in contact with this individual as he has no clue about the true meaning of customer service and needs additional training if he wants to continue in that industry. Very disappointed in mattress Firm and the people they choose to give manager titles too.

I dont typically leave reviews but we had such a smooth and all around good experience with our recent purchase. From the moment we walked in, we were delightfully greeted by Jason, our salesperson. He was able to answer all our questions and recommend the best mattress for us based on our likes and needs. He was very knowledgeable and kind and made us feel like family. My husband and I needed a guest room mattress lickety split. We started out at a local furniture warehouse where we found everything to be out of stock. We then visited the local “buy it today, get it today” store where they wanted our life savings for the mattress, but we could have it delivered immediately! Next we tried our local members only warehouse, where we found 1 option which we could throw on top of our car and take with us, but unless we could squeeze into the vertical racking to try it out standing up, it would have to be a faith purchase. So we decided to give Mattress Firm a try, since they were right in front of us when we left the members only warehouse.We were greeted by Jason, who was immediately very warm and welcoming. Let me tell you, nobody dislikes a pushy salesperson more than my hubby and I, but Jason actually asked us questions to determine our best fit. He worked like a detective, directing us to an option and then fact finding to determine his next contender. In 3 moves he had us matched to the perfect mattress. Meanwhile as his store filled up with shoppers, he nimbly juggled us all with a calm, professional manner. His next step was to “go fishing” for all the components we needed to complete our set, so we could arrange pick up. In no time he had everything waiting for us at the location just a mile or two down the highway. During the check out process I noticed a plaque on the wall awarded to Jason for Rookie of the Quarter. It was easy to see how he earned such an award, his service was simply phenomenal!The icing on the cake was a phone call I received an hour or two after we had left his store. Jason called to tell me that, because our mattress went on sale online, he was honoring the sale price and REFUNDING ME a substantial amount of money! WHO DOES THAT? Jason does. He’s perfection in sales, if I’ve ever seen it…and I’m in sales! Two things I can guarantee…1. Jason has a very promising career ahead of him at The Matress Firm, or wherever he decides to apply himself. And 2. He has a customer for LIFE with us!

Overall our experience was good. The mattress we ordered was delivered but after the delivery team left we discovered that they had delivered the wrong mattress. We immediately called to let them know once we noticed it was wrong. Our sales rep said he would take care of it once he got to the office. He did but his interaction with myself was not what it should have been considering it was their screw up by delivering the wrong mattress. However the store manager was great and took care of us and was able to not only get the correct mattress delivered but gave us an additional discount for our inconvenience.

We shopped at the Mattress Firm near I-10 and Grand Parkway (in the Costco plaza). Our salesman was Juan. He was personable and polite. He answered all our questions.as we started trying out a few beds, he was able to use our feedback to direct us to the best mattress four our preference. He is extremely knowledgeable about the different constructions of beds and their pros and cons. We found a mattress quickly and so far are very satisfied with the results. Highly recommended!

We had Christopher help us out. Not only did he take his time getting to know our wants and needs he took the time to really explain the product and what affects it would have on my self and my wife. I dont know if there is someone with more knowledge on the beds, who makes what, material, affects, warranties and all else. Christopher made us feel welcome, excited for our purchase and helped insure our investment was covered. I cant recommend this location and this gentleman as your sales person enough. Jason was super helpful from the beginning and throughout the process. I wanted a mattress similar to the Stearns and Foster Camdenhurst which had been discontinued. He showed me two options, only one of which was available in a twin size. It was an easy decision. As an added bonus, he is a kinesiology major and helped me find a pillow that helps with my neck support. This took him about 10 seconds which was awesome. All in all a great experience.

This was the 2nd mattress firm I went in to try out some beds, I wasnt vibing with the first sales guy in Cypress. I will be honest, I was super skeptical of salespeople in general and was planning to order online once I knew what I was looking for but was also nervous to never lay on it before ordering. Christopher Smith assisted me and was amazing!! He was fun to talk to and really knew the technology behind the mattresses and what would work for me. He did not pressure me what-so-ever and kept me within my budget instead of convincing me to upgrade to a fancy bed (when did they all get so expensive?!). Delivery was NEXT DAY, right on time, and they were super fast. They took our old mattress / box spring and I was able to give away our old frame. The bed needs some breaking in so I cannot comment fully on it yet, but so far so good. A little firm but I know it will soften up, and already an improvement from our old one. The free adjustable base has been awesome so far, too! I am thinking I may have spent a few hundred more by going with Mattressfirm vs online elsewhere but I am very happy with my experience and think it was worth it to know its the right bed and not deal w returns or delivery in 4-5 weeks like I was seeing. Ali was a fantastic sales rep! We already did our research and knew we wanted a Purple mattress, but needed to test drive them to find the model that was a right fit and get a good adjustable base. Ali was extremely helpful without being pushy, and I felt he helped us get a great deal. He also stayed in communication via phone and text when he found an earlier delivery time that worked for us. He and this location also made us feel very safe with COVID-protocols (sanitizer, masks, pillow-napkins, etc). Thank you so much for your help! He did not try to up-sale me and listened to my concerns and questions I had for my mattress bundle purchase. He was honest about each brand, which made me take a better educated choice on where I am going to be sleeping everyday for 7 hours a day for the next 10 to 15 years. We visited this location after searching all over the web for a good deal on a mattress topper for our RV. We ended up purchasing an excellent mattress for the same price as the luxury 3 inch toppers. The staff was friendly and helpful, even offered to deliver it for free since it was at their warehouse. We were in and out in about 30 minutes.They delivered it exactly on time and sent me updates to confirm delivery. The delivery guys were professional and wore their PPE (facemasks) when they loaded the mattress onto my RV.Overall this was an awesome buying experience!!

Will you be moving other large furniture items?”Ali is a well trained salesman and in my experience, it is a relief to come across people that are great ambassadors for the company they represent.During my visit, I had two phone calls, one that lasted 17 minutes, and there’s was no frustration or negative non-verbal body language cues towards me or the purchase.The transaction was easy, he offered a solution for payment, presented an up-sell, gave me options and I was extremely pleased with the whole process.
