Place is cool. First visit was nice, and the staff was friendly. Got everything I was looking for. Second visit was weird, because as we arrived it seemed as if they were closing an hour early which is odd in itself. Felt rushed, lots of attitude and uncaring of any questions my friend (who is a beginner) had. Just seemed very unwelcoming to newcomers of the hobby. As someone whos been playing for a while, that rushed attitude and putting of oneself above anothers needs isnt a good look for the community. Attitude is everything, and what was displayed there was just rude.Other than the guys weird attitude, I got what I needed. So thats chill. Just work on the people skills.Most likely will be back regardless.Love the product, as Warhammer has a huge place in my heart. The visuals, the minis, lore, everything about it. So perhaps the third visit will be better?Will find out soon enough.

The staff AND other customers are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. Its has a friendly atmosphere and the staff doesnt breath down your neck to buy something. Great selection with the ability to order online to the store for the harder to find products.

Loved Games Workshop ever since i was a kid. A great getaway with an even greater community. This store has an awesome staff and definitely continues to live up to, if not exceed past experiences with the place!

This is our go to place for Warhammer stuff. They are a little pricey, but Warhammer merchandise has always been on the pricey side. The staff always greets us with smiles and they are always helpful. They take their job seriously in making sure you have what you need before you leave the store. Clean and fun atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Odd hours, but it’s great to have a Games Workshop in town! It’s small but has most of what you’d need and they have no problem getting things in that you ask for. If you’ve never played Warhammer 40k, or games like it, they will help you. Give it a shot!

Great and helpful staff. I come in every now and then and the tables are nicely decorated and plenty of people to play with.

I go into this shop on occasion, usually just to browse, or talk with friends about the hobby, but no matter what, the staff is courteous, helpful and kind. There are often people playing on the tables, and the atmosphere is wonderful for an amateur Warhammer player such as myself. The selection is great, and many things not on the shelves can be requested, and fetched from the back. The store wont make buying/practicing Warhammer cheap, but it will make it enjoyable.

As a more casual player this store is perfect for me, I enjoy painting and am slowly learning and getting better with the rules, because the store is so laid back me massively slowing down the game doesnt seem to be an issue and that helps alot as well as the store always having what Im looking for

Went in on a Saturday and the tables were full and staff busy. They didnt have what I was looking for but I was able to order it online to ship to the store. Visit was wonderful, the said my package would get there Wednesday most likely. When I called them on Monday however, whoever answered the phone was very short with me and had a tone. She also gave back bad information saying to not expect the package until Friday. Called back today, Thursday, and its arrived. Overall, a good experience.
