Pretty nice assortment of fresh fruits and veggies always, fresh seafood, fresh delicious items and a nice assortment of prepackaged meals. Wine and beer can be purchased here. Small aisles of some children toys. Fresh flowers if needed. Clean inside and outside. Best time to visit is around 10am during the week or after 8pm on the weekends. Located directly off of the interstate near fast food restaurants and gas stations.

This HEB store is rather large inside. I got lucky and found the aisle that I needed quickly. I couldnt locate a longtime snack but I knew HEB carried it. Dickies peanut patties. Great sugary round red patty stuffed with peanuts. The salt and sugar compliment each other. This snack has been in stores for 75 years. The young employees on the aisle had no idea what I was talking about but looked it up on their store devices. It said it was on the same aisle. 2 minutes later we found it. The employees were fascinated by the snack and said they were going to try it. The ones at HEB come in a 6-pack and are very fresh. Theyre not brittle like at many other stores.

I love the HEB on Nelson way, Katy. I use their pharmacy and get courtesy calls and get medicine delivered. They have great sales and fresh produce. The cart handlers are great too, I left my ids in shopping cart twice and they were returned both times.

If there was the option of giving no stars I would I was very disappointed in how I was treated when I went to H-E-B today I literally ran in there just for a couple things I knew they were closing in about 10 minutes so I rushed to grab what I need it I didn’t spending $50 and I probably would’ve spent even more had I not been approached by a manager name Syd, She was very rude and how she told me that they had been closed for the past two minutes. Had she been a bit more polite I probably wouldn’t be writing this review or saying that I’m not gonna come to the store any longer I think I would rather drive all the way to the one on grand Parkway rather than deal with how I was treated tonight. I myself work in retail and I know how frustrating it can be whenever you do you have customers for the last minute but when I tell them that we’re about to be close I politely asked him “hey is there anything else that I can help you find in that we would be closing in the next few minutes could you would you mind going to the registers “. Heb isIs known for its hospitality the fact that I am literally driving further because the lack of that hospitality in the store. I have used the online delivery numerous times, and I had a better customer experience through that way I would not recommend anybody shopping here after 10 PM because it seems like they just have the lazy rude people. The gentleman that was a cashier was really nice he told me to have a good night whereas the woman who blatantly raised her voice at me to tell me that they have been closed for two minutes instead of trying to help me find what I need to find or providing you customer service. She didn’t even look me I or say goodbye, or anything sealed the deal for me never coming here again! Go to Kroger people are nicer at night there .

It was a good trip. I got everything I needed. The workers were excellent to help me.

The 6 oclock shop is the way to go! The store staff recognized me as a Shipt Shopper and it seemed like all of them, especially the stocker crew, helped me along with everything I needed. I love this HEB. It is a full service location with butcher and seafood and any other grocery item you need. My only complaint is the curbside shopper phenomenon. While I think thats a great service given the ongoing covid situation, what I dont like is the oversized cats that the store shoppers use and they stand in your way but expect you to move out of theirs when they finally start moving. Ive been a little HEB customer for over a decade but Im starting to not want to shop there anymore because of this. They should have certain hours for curbside services or retrain the associates doing the shopping.

I was verbally abused by Greg wearing a purple shirt. I felt threatened as he came rushing tword me. I have an emotional support cat I take everywhere. I had him where you would put a child in the cart. Ive brought him in several times and no one said anything before. It was unprofessional to approach customers in anyway as he did. I dont care how bad your day is you are never rude or aggressive in the customer service industry. I have worked in retail majority of my work experience. I would never dream of approaching a customer the way Greg approached me. He deserves the very least of being written up and if this isnt his first offense terminated.

Everything in the store is placed just right they have a lot of variety very very clean in I especially like the prepared foods

H.E.B. is one of the best places to do groceries in Texas. No major issues with this location.

Used to love this store, but in the last 90 days, its just too much trouble. The entire store was reset, which was a hassle, but I understand change was needed. Unfortunately, during the reset, this location cut down the selection in so many areas! Its terrible! Too few cleaning products, plastic storage or pack a lunch containers, beverages, coffee, produce, you name it. Its a shame. Not to mention that the aisles are virtually impassable. Consumer shoppers, instacart, HEB giant curbside trolleys and stockers all trying to cram the aisles is ridiculous. I will find another place to shop.

This is a very good HEB they are very nice here and the store is always clean, if you dont believe me im sure from the thousands that walk in and out of there every day all day long theyll all regurgitate the same at least 85% of them you must account for bad apples.

I get picky about certain things. When I go to a store and I am spending money I very much dislike it when employees of the store that I am helping pay their salaries just walk or push or pull their stocking carts in front of you and do not have the courtesy to say excuse me. They look right at you and you make eye contact but they just keep going. No, not all of them do it and it is not just HEB. I guess I just expect better here as opposed to other stores.

We shop this store at least every two weeks. Almost every time we come here it seems we can’t find some of the items we buy on a regular basis. Why can’t you just leave things where they are. Is that so difficult?When you get to be our age, 69 and 71. We don’t really want to spend extra time trying to find what we want just because some marketing guy thinks it will sell more …whatever!

HEB is always a great place to shop. You cannot find a store with friendlier or more polite staff. Store brand products exceed expectations. Always. A great place to find organic and natural foods. But lets talk PRODUCE!! They have the biggest and best selection around. They always seem to have an apple I am not familiar with at a rediculously low price. I fall in apple love there every few weeks! And today a nice young man opened up his register and check out line just for ME. I briefly felt like a celebrity

Absolutely fantastic selection of wines...HEB is by far the best local grocery store! Everything is usually kept up nicely and very clean.... I would suggest also the deli....Bbbrrrmeow...meow...purr. 🐈

Possibly the worst HEB I’ve been to. I only went here twice, during Harvey and once recently. I’ve seen old food on display more than once and the store is never clean. Avoid buying anything from the meat, bakery, or vegetable sections from this store. Please go to the HEB on South Fry.

My favorite grocery store, it is laid out perfectly, you naturally get to the frozen food last which makes the most sense. Prices are great and quality of produce and meat are fantastic and it never stinks here even at the seafood counter.

The good: Craft beer selection blows away expectations considering the size of the store. Caroline is always on top of new releases.The bad: the store is simply too small considering the traffic it gets. On a Sunday morning the place is littered with the curbside runner cart people. They inexplicably stock certain parts of the store during busy times which adds to the congestion.

This was the WORST HEB experience ever and I ended up leaving my groceries and walking out. They have a Karen masquerading as Savannah working express. Beware..ful of attitude and aggravation and she is willing to share that on customers. I would rather be throwing up due to my chemo than shop there again.

This is the best HEB and you know HEB is already THE grocery store. I do miss the refi clinic that Dr was practically our primary care physician.

New to the Katy area, but been in Houston for a while. I prefer shopping at HEB, but this location is not one of the better HEBs Ive been to. Lots of bare shelves and not a good selection of products.It was disappointing. It was also disappointing to see many of the staff members standing around and talking to one another on the floor and making difficult to get around them and shop. Will be looking for a new HEB store to do my shopping.

I have been picking up my curbside orders ever since Corona has hit. I have had pretty good luck with my orders except for a few substitutions. Be careful of overcharges! I have been overcharged three different times for things that I did not receive and my last order I got a phone call that said one of my items was left behind and I could come back and pick it up. I did not get the voicemail for several days and when I called back, probably eight days later they had charged me anyways for the item and I got a refund.So be diligent and checking your receipt and what you are charged in the final email.

I LOVE this HEB! It isnt huge, like the HEB Plus! stores, but it isnt tiny either. I can always find what I need.The 2 main fish mongers have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to answer ALL of my questions. The butchers are always willing to make the cuts I need.The produce guys are so knowledgeable and I cant even count the number of times they have chosen my produce for me based on when I want to use it (and it is always perfectly ripe when I need it)!

Their meat dept. has the best quality/price ratio of competitors around katy area IMHO, not the cheapest but always fresh, good looking meat cuts in here. Recommended..
