Always have great service and they are very knowledgeable about the paint they sale.

Called the Richmond hw6 location, the man on the phone didnt seem to want to even be working saying he doesnt know if they had a paint. Called this store spoke to Perry, he was so helpful and when arrived Alec was very easy to talk to especially from me not knowing much about painting.

This location has the best, most helpful staff around.

They seem to be the only company that carrying the old Sikkens brand. PPG has bought the line of products. They dont carry a whole lot of patching products. Service was okay.

Very busy but will always take care of a customer with a smile.

Clean store, with very friendly and helpful staff. Be prepared to be disappointed if you dont call ahead before visiting and make sure theyre open though, as neither the Google maps hours nor the posted hours on the door are correct in my experience. Hours on the door state that they are open until 5 on Saturday, I came by at 3:30 a couple of weeks ago and they were closed. Same Sunday, I dont believe this location is open at all on Sundays.Five stars for the staff, one star on hours.

Walked in talked to Paul-gave him the builders name and area I needed paint for. He KNEW exactly what I needed. Super nice, professional and knowledgeable. Recommend HIGHLY!
