Visited store Friday, June 11th 2021 @ 12:30. I’m not going to spend any money at this location. Ever. I’ve been a loyal SW customer for decades. Usually, great product with very knowledgeable paint salespeople. Customer service was always great at previous locations I’ve been to in other areas of TX. Yesterday, that changed. Very, very, very rude. I get that it’s really busy this year and probably very overwhelming with the home improvement/building boom, but the service there literally tells you “We don’t want your business, get out!” I patiently waited as the woman behind the counter silently and abruptly took my paint chip and left for a while. She was searching through cans and then went to the back room. She came out and showed a can and my paint chip to the guy mixing the paint. He was barking at her, telling her they can’t mix the color. Very abrasive all around. Not a good way to treat your staff or to present your business to customers. The woman, in broken English was coldly and abruptly saying “Don’t have base! No base (I think was what she was trying to tell me? I had trouble baking it out)!” Now, I don’t speak 2 languages, so I didn’t feel like it would be fair to hold that against her. And maybe it was a rough day. But still, you don’t have to say it so rudely. Finally, a much nicer staff member (wish I had gotten his name) came over and said they can’t mix the color because they don’t have the base to make it. I asked if they’re just out of stock right now, or if it’s never possible to mix it. He explained that they were just out of it right now and that maybe another SW store will have it in stock. That, a customer with a layperson’s knowledge will always understand. Why couldn’t they have just said that in the beginning? I haven’t bought paint from Home Depot in a very long time, but I went there right after the negative SW experience. They matched the color perfectly and I was treated with kindness and respect, in a way that made me and my money feel welcome there.

Graham is a LIFESAVER! I called multiple stores looking for a custom paint I had made in 2016 and no one could find it. Graham located it, helped me access my mysw.com account, emailed me the paint specs, anddddddd followed up with me to ensure I got the email! Five Star Service!!!! We moved from Katy to Cypress and I drive to this store when I need paint because the service is unmatched! Thanks Gram!

Worst customer service i called to ask to get 2 5 gallon buckets of painters edge tinted i understand sometime some stores can’t do it because they don’t have the base but the sales associate lied to me saying that there store couldn’t do it because i didn’t purchase the buckets from there store if they would have just told look we don’t have the base to do it but you can go to this other place they might be able to help i would have been okay but she straight up lied to me saying they couldn’t because there policy says not to do it because i didn’t purchased from that exact location

The guy at the front desk said it takes 2 to 4 hrs to do a stain match!!! When others stores it do it in minutes, it was 6:27 pm (they had the door locked already) and they close at 7, I think I know why !!! He need to get another job. I saw him leaving at 6:31pm.(I was at the parking lot. )

Picked up a couple of gallons paint here today. Took in two different colors I needed matched. The last who helped me did not seem to understand English or was confused about very simple things. She kept having to ask another guy questions. I was very concerned about what sort of stuff I would end up with. Price on one of the gallons for their cheapest trim latex enamel was like $69!! They game me some sort of steep discount after I showed them a 25% off coupon. No idea why...but it a good thing because I would not pay that for paint. No way! I will stick with Lowes and The Home Depot from now on.

Worse customer service in a Sherwin Williams ever! Took them forever to even speak to me, then I asked them to darken a color of a paint that I purchased from another Sw store. After 5 min of waiting they said they couldnt do it bc I purchased from another store even though both were SW. Will never use this store again!

Usually go to Home Depot but the custom paint I needed was at SW. Best customer service. The gentleman working the register was well knowledged. Answered all my questions without hesitation. Even got a nice discount. Definitely going here next time.

Very disappointed I walked in, manager is in lala land! Girl restocking but saw me waiting. Manager and another employee standing in office. Finally a nice girl walked in f r om back and ask if I had been waited on. Called perso n from office to help, and after 10 min of standing around the manager actually walked out of office and ask if I had been waited on!!

Love the colors. The sales lady was very helpful. Together we figured out what color we had purchased. The name and numbers had faded on the can. I caught a sale and that really helped. I like the way Sherwin Williams paint goes on. Recently we painted our house a fresher, lighter color. We smile every time we look at the house. Love the colors.

I entered the store and the manager was extremely rude to me after an employee suggested I wear a mask. The manager told me to follow him and I complied. For whatever reason he had me stand in some warehouse area and threatened to call the cops for trespassing after demanding I stand there, so I left as he tried to block the doorway saying the police are on their way. Worst experience Ive ever had anywhere.I was also insulted for my stature for no reason at all, he kept pretending to mistake me for a woman.

I was always happy with my experience with Sherwin-Williams, until I met Charles at this location. From his facial expressions and the way he deals with clients you can tell that he is not happy with his job and he does not want to be there. So many bad things I can say about how he dealt with me. If you how to come by this location, ask for someone else other than Charles.

When people do an outstanding job I always recognized them but not the case in this store Very bad experience twice. I promised ever back to even look for products. I just purchase a house and the builder gave a coupon for a free gallon of our interior paint for touch up. When there and they said couldn’t redeem the cupon needs to go online and ask for another one because they have no idea about those coupons, went back few days later with the coupon and said that is was already used in another store in Arkansas when I live in Texas. They Had the paint ready prepared and the lady Haley call customer service to try to fix the coupon, I was waiting almost for 40 minutes and ask for the manager “Bob” he listen when I ask for him and completely ignore me “working with another customer “ finally decided to left and not worry about, don’t even took the coupons back. Any way very bad experience from any angles, including customer service Sherwin Williams for sent a coupon on the September, 23 that was already used on September 8th in another state.

Amazing experience! Travis helped me out with the color palate explained to me the difference and bendita of going with the latex paint. To top it off I had a cup off coffee in my hand and he walked the cans of paint to my truck and loaded it. Top notch customer service.

Extremely dissatisfied with the COVID safety environment within the store. Two of three employees wearing their masks on their chins. Furthermore, they allowed patrons in that were not wearing masks.If your concerned with your safety...dont go here!

The first store I visited on the 99 feeder Rd was not very helpful and they recommend the wrong amount of paint. They did not have the paint I needed, and told me they could notix s paint that I had bought in brenham sevreal times before . The only thing they did there helpful Id send me to another location that had the paint I needed. That was a blessing because the store on fry Rd was very helpful and equivalent of the service I am use to at Sherwin Williams. Jason got me fixed up with my paint and primer and I was on my way.

The people are nice, but there were alot of people in line and the wait was very long. To add to the frustration people would walk in, not realize there was a line and just get waited on. Also, there needs to be a separate line for people who just need supplies, like a brush.

Never go to this store. Worst customer service. They don’t even make an attempt to help customers. Billy the manager has no clue what’s going on (per one of the employees at the store). All young staff -they are inexperienced and clueless. Half of the staff doesn’t even know how to use their ordering system. Store should be shut down!

They matched the paint on my 2008 CENTEX home PERFECTLY! Took in a 1x1 sample after the mgr suggested I do so due to the age of the existing finish, and that was a good call because the color the HOA advised was darker. I personally see no reason to ever go to a Home Depot or Lowes again.To those concerned about not being greeted as you walk in, I suggest you send your decorators or simply get over yourselves.These guys know what they are doing.

After reading other posts, I AM a contractor and I didnt notice any preference to me compared to non-contractors.They are hurried and rude to all.Additionally, they refused to credit paint they mixed when you could clearly see color additive splattered on the can, which made the color darker. Of course you can never know before the paint dries, but the darker color was unacceptable to my customer.Ill take my business elsewhere.

I have to say Im Wowd by Sherwin Williams on 99 today. Went to get, yet another sample of paint (Im up to 7) at 6 pm tonight and they accidentally gave me the wrong color. Desarae, the assistant manager, drove the sample to my house after she closed the store. Now thats customer service!
