Kneaders is great! It’s always fresh and delicious. My personal favorite is the “Dave’s BLT” but I prefer the sandwich on their country sourdough rather than the wheat. My go to soup is always the cheddar broccoli—it’s delicious! They have an excellent selection of pastries and sweets. Another sandwich that’s super popular is their turkey bacon avocado. A few of my friends like that sandwich with toasted bread.
Not what u had in mind when I read the description of the sandwich and ordered it. I ordered a $9.00 sandwich and received the quality of a $4.00 sandwich with some lettuce shoved in a cup. And who adds lettuce to a cranberry and turkey sandwich. The service was slow during the lunch rush, I waited 25 minutes for a to go order. After the sandwich debacle, I was shockingly surprised by how food the wild rice and chicken soup was. Buyer beware.
Normally kneaders is amazing, i love the thai chicken salad but today i went for lunch and they gave me a lot of expired greens, not even a full piece of chicken, and hardly any bell peppers. which make the salad... mostly just end stumps of lettuce and rotten greens in my salad. wasn’t able to go back because i went on a lunch break too
The food was pretty good here. We went when it was raining and they as their lobby closed so you couldn’t eat inside. Their outdoor pavilion has slats so the rain made all the outdoor tables and chairs wet so we had to go to a nearby park to eat our food. The food here is pretty good and their breads and desserts are awesome!
We got a Raspberry cream pie and it was incredible. Its next to a home made banana and chocolate from another store. The raspberry was my favorite.Kneaders also has the amazing cream of broccoli soup, that I get as often as possible.We ordered from the Draper one because its closest to us, but using online order and the texting to pick it up was really easy.
I usually love kneaders, but something has gone wrong the past several months. They are always out of food and basic treats when there’s still hours left. I got one thing and took me 30+ mins to get it. I love this place but if you can’t keep the menu and staffing up then perhaps change your hours. Really disappointing lately.

Finally, quite decent food today. Very pleased with the quality and taste. Of course, one of the items we ordered was incorrect and my daughter was devastated. Not a huge deal, and they were very apologetic and willing to replace the item. I will not be able to claim the replacement until a later date but appreciate there professionalism.
So, Ill start off by saying I have loved Kneaders since I first moved to Utah.Ive moreso been a huge fan of their French toast, but Im always looking for a great lunch spot close to work.The soup selection is great, and I generally feel they have some of the best soup.Their sandwiches are typically pretty good, but sometimes I feel the bread is too thick...When it comes down to it, I think ticket might be $2-$3 more than I feel it is worth, but I do like it.On this trip, I arrived at the perfect time, because I had no one in front of me in line.The place was cleaned up very well, And I appreciated that they had some tables closed, to help with social distancing.For my lunch, I ordered FAMOUS Turkey Bacon Avocado and I really liked how great it tasted, and the avocado was very fresh.For my soup, I went with the, KICKIN CORN CHOWDER ... It was pretty good, but I guess it wasnt as good as I remembered from the past. (Ill stick with chicken noodle next time)The soda fountain was having issues, any ice maker was closed during my visit... The soda that I tried, was warm, but I dont mind too much, because I really shouldnt be drinking soda anyways. Haha!All in all, a pretty great place... A little overpriced, and the bread Im not the biggest fan of, but it really is a place I dont mind visiting.(If I havent mentioned before, the customer service was top notch)
5 stars for customer service 3 star for their syrup for their french toast. It used to be a cinnamon, caramel, delicious syrup, now it is the consistency of carmel you put on ice cream and tastes like that as well. I want their old recipe back, or maybe its just this location that changed? But it tastes like Im putting caramel from a caramel apple on my french toast now, its thick too. Not like it used to.
Terrible service. I pulled into the drive through at 7:30pm. I waited 7 minutes saying hello before anyone answered. I ordered 4 beard bowls and was asked what kind of soup. I said no soup just the bowls please. Silence for another 4 minutes. I continued to say hello & then the young man finally came back on to inform me that that were out of bread bowls. Understandable although what a waste of my time for that. I then got to sit in the drive through line with only 1 car in front of me for 17 minutes. Seriously??? I will not be returning to this location.
Usually a nice place, but this occaision an employee, immediately after closing doors at 9pm, told several tables of customers to leave or go sit at outdoor tables to finish their meals & NOT politely either. Crazy disrespectful, besides being October 21st. If trying to get rid of customers, i cant think of a better way
I dont know why but it took almost 30 minutes to get 2 order this afternoon. And I was on my lunch break. I thought drive thru is supposed to faster also I thought for the long wait that I would be compensated but I wasnt. I do r know if I will go back
Bought a fresh loaf of bread. 3 days later it was moldy. Called the store and they said their fresh loafs only last 3 days.... Are you serious.... Guess ill buy form Great Harvest from now on. Their loafs last at least a week...
The food was amazing and the person who took our order was super nice and funny! It was probably the best part of my day. My friend walked away before paying on accident which made us and the cashier laugh and my friend said “let’s go” when he handed us our cheesecake that was so good. Thank you for such a funny experience.
The French toast here is an absolute must! It’s the first thing I do when I go up to Utah to visit. There’s syrup is a delicious caramel sauce. The pancakes are also amazing. Both are served until 11.
If I could put 0 stars I would. We ordered everything without mayonnaise, as you can see on our receipt. Everything came with mayonnaise. This is terrible service!
Kneaders is a quality bit of food. Sandwiches, I usually go for the TBA on a baguette or the Ham, Chicken, and cheese, an underrated choice on the menu. I want it to be like $2 less every time.i go but I guess it doesnt stop me from coming back...which I do at least every 2 weeks.5% rewards is meh but I guess its better than nothing. Maybe if it kicked in every $50 instead of $100 Id feel better. Because then it feels like Im getting more because it happening more often.
Normally we love Kneaders. We eat there often and enjoy their fresh food and friendly staff. But today’s experience was very different. I can get over the fact that they ran out of turkey at 6:00pm and offered to substitute it with chicken. But then we waited 15 minutes at the window and a young woman came and asked what kind of dressing I’d like. I asked for the dressing that comes with the salad, and her snarky remark was “we’re out of it”. So I paid and waited 15 minutes for you to tell me I’m not getting anything close to the salad I ordered? But the icing on the cake was when she returned with our order and only said “here you go”. Not “thanks”, or “thanks for waiting”, “sorry for the wait”, or “sorry we couldn’t accommodate your order”. Just “here you go”. Sheesh! Please teach our young people to be courteous.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but today my experience at the Kneader’s in Draper was horrible. The quality of my breakfast sandwich was pathetic. I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant and when I received my order it had two thin slices of bacon and a piece of American cheese thrown on it not even melted. When I took it up to express my disappointment, I was laughed at by Jessica at the front counter, Emma who made my croissant and then finally the manager. They continued to laugh and joke as they remade my sandwich right in front of me. The customer care is beyond unprofessional. I normally like Kneaders, but now I will never be back.
It is your typical sandwich, salad and soup place. Nothing special. The food is good the pastries are good. Sometimes we come here and get a dessert but it is a typical bakery. Although I do have to say I come here and get their cinnamon swirl loaf and make French toast every general conference for my family. It is our family tradition. Lots of people love love Kneaders, my husband just isn’t a sandwich guy. So we never come here and if I do it is with my friends who want to meet for lunch. The service is great. I have never tried the drive thru though. I haven’t really had anything I don’t like or that was terrible. Give it a try you might love it more than I.
I waiting in the drive through for 20 minutes with no line and being acknowledged as well. And they had managed to still get our order wrong.
This restaurant is definitely one of the tastiest place to eat in the neighborhood. Anytime I come to this place I am profoundly satisfied. They maintain their very high standard service and the highest level of food they offer. You are always happy with this restaurant. Very recommended.
The cashier did not greet us. I had to grab the cashiers attention to get service. The food was not nearly as good as it usually is.
We were having a business lunch. Prior to pandemic this franchise always had very good presentation. I really think that if you are not staffed for in house guests than don’t open for in house dining. The plate presentation was so lacking that all three of us noticed it. Big plate with just a sandwich sliding round on it. What happened to the chips and the chocolate covered strawberry plate? Very slow like no one was trained. Get your act rigor don’t reop.
I’ve been here twice in the last few months, though I’ve been to Kneaders in other cities. They have a wonderful french toast breakfast. I’ve tried other breakfast items—which were average. They are really the French-toast place. It’s very good. Their syrup is very good. It must be very difficult and expensive to make because they never provide enough with the breakfast. But if you ask, they will provide you with more.
I dont know how you can ruin a turkey sandwich or a chicken salad sandwich but both were terrible. We didnt finish them. Flavors were off, turkey dry, and just didnt taste good. Weve eaten here before and have had a good experience...disappointed and hope this isnt the new normal.
The wife and I go to Kneaders at least once per week.They have a wide variety of soups and change them on a regular basis but, the homemade chicken noodle will always be my favorite. When you order your sandwich you will be asked what type of bread you would like. This question stops most people in their tracks. The problem being they offer so many types of bread. They bake their own breads. The sandwiches are very straightforward and to the point. You get exactly what you ordered. No fancy spreads or exotic items. Just when you think you are finished with you order they ask if you would like a desert. This will cause further delays. I have never seen such a variety of choices. Whatever you crave they will have and it will be the best you have ever had. The only negative I have is that if you are on a diet stay the hell away from this place.
I ate a salad at the Provo Utah, Bulldog location in March 2021. That night I became so violently ill, I had to be taken to the emergency room. I contacted the store manager the following day and all he said was, sorry about that. I gave him my contact information but did not hear back from Kneaders. I filed a report with the Utah Department of Health, and again heard nothing from Kneaders. I sent a registered letter to Kneaders corporate in American Fork, and still heard nothing from them.
Gave me a broccoli cheddar when I asked for tomato basil :(

They usually have the best banana cream pie. Got a slice today with spoiled bananas in it. Major bummer. Management should do a better job with their quality control.Update: I got a response from their app and they provided loyalty points to offset the hassle. Always appreciate a brand that is active.
I really enjoy Kneaders but the Draper location always makes me wait forever at the drive thru the wait time is really bad. They never gave me my bread with my salad which was upsetting, and the girl at the drive thru wasnt very nice she had horrible customer service and made me repeat myself many times. They were also out of everything I asked for. The last time I went I got home and they never gave me my American omelet I ordered and payed for. I wont be going to this location again. NOT RECOMMENDED.
I love Kneaders. The school you can eat French toast is delicious but it seems silly to do all you can eat. I get it that people feel like its a deal but Ive never seen anyone get more than the 2 that they give you to start with. The good is so filling you dont need more.If you havent tried them run there now! Bonus: Park City location is open Sunday!!!
The manger was excellant, service was nice and speedy and it was very nice to wait in there, I personally think the manager deserves a raise if I were to be honest.

My avocado salad? They didn’t pack it. I paid $20 for a sandwich. My husband, myself and our six wild little children are packing up our home to move. It is stressful and we have been eating terribly. My husband knows I desperately needed something healthy. He was trying to be sweet, and wanted to replenish me with healthy food well the kids ate pizza he made two trips. They didn’t put my salad in the bag. I’m trying to call them, but round and round goes the ringing to the recording back to the ringing to the recording, then the ringing after 20 minutes I hung up. I cannot recommend this kneaders for call in/pick up.
They were out of half the food on the menu and when the brought out the food we were able to order, it was the wrong order. Never coming back.
I always get what the workers get when I go someplace, it has never served me wrong, another example of a great recommendation, turkey cranberry on a croissant.

Service is soooo slow at the front counter. 15 minutes to get a salad and smoothie with no other customers in line. French toast was cold and our smoothie was really weird tasting, just had to throw it away. I used to really like here, but the people at the cashier are just not welcoming and stand around doing nothing. Tables not cleaned. Not once did we see anyone cleaning tables

I love Kneaders!! The food always tastes so fresh and i can always count on loving whatever i order! Inside the restaurant it is so homey and decorated so cute! Always very clean too and the employees are welcoming and kind. My experience at Kneaders is always great! The Drive through take a log time. I have had some issues with this Kneaders. Last time I went through the drive through they took a long long time. When I got home I realize that I got a completely different sandwich then I ordered.
If someone orders something from you for delivery and you cancel the order it’s customary to NOT CHARGE them!
Ordered our food online for pickup last night and extremely disappointed! One of the sandwiches bread was about burned my husband could barely eat it. The three French dip sandwiches were on the WRONG bread that we ordered, whole thing was falling apart when you tried to pick it up and they didn’t even put the avocado on them that we paid EXTRA for. Tried to call multiple times so they could fix our order or refund us and no answer (They weren’t closed) So we paid $43 with TIP for food we didn’t even eat. Won’t be ordering from them again.
Although they were short-staffed and apologized for it upon entering the drive through I honestly didnt notice a wait and the staff was just as friendly, courteous and competent as always :-)Youre all doing great in this hard time!! Thanks!!

The portions have drastically declined in size, I got the turkey cranberry croissant today and there was hardly anything in the bun, it left me very hungry.

I ordered two small salads for pickup over the phone two hours in advance of the pickup time. I had to wait for over 20 minutes inside the restaurant before my salads were ready because they forgot to make the order. The manager never apologized and blamed me by saying the online system is not being used because they are too busy, but I placed it over the phone and didnt use the online system... It made me late and I found it very annoying.
All the food was very enticing! I had the tuna on multigrain and it was soooo delicious!I saw that they also had loaves of pumpkin for sale, among all the other choices.
Really disappointed with take out service. Signs posted for curbside so I thought why not it is a pandemic. Waited for 10 minutes watching people coming and going. Went inside and waited another 10 minutes. Then they noticed my message from pickup. Brought my food over. Half way home I realize they forgot my drink. Don’t bother trying to call them either as it will just continue to ring for another 10 minutes. Poor service which surprises me for a Kneaders.
Great comfort food. My favorite breakfast is the French toast, and they are really good about getting your refills. Their bread bowls are great for lunch and the portions are appropriate. One minor nitpick would be that they dont serve breakfast all day.
Good quality food at a mostly reasonable price. The meals range from kind of healthy to I deserve this. The staff are all pleasant and will get your food to you quickly even during the lunch rush. A good alternative to greasy food.

Ordered curbside pickup for 3 dessert items. Showed up 10 minutes after the specified pickup time, so you’d think they’d be ready for me. Texted the number several times, but still waited over 10 minutes in my car before deciding to go in. I got into the store, and the person in front of me took over 5 minutes to order, yet they only had 1 person taking orders. Super slow service and they weren’t apologetic for it. Won’t be back.
I’m not one who usually does this but I am really bummed out about this location. The last three times I have come here they have messed up my salad. I go into the drive through and once I drive away I notice something is wrong. That shouldn’t be my responsibility to make sure you guys did it right. It should be yours. Especially when we are the ones spending money. I won’t be coming to this location anymore because I am tired of being let down. Please uptrain your people in the kitchen. Chick-fil-A has a good reputation because of their efforts please be more like them.
Went to this location to pick up an online order and waited at the pick-up counter for literally 30 minutes while being ignored by every single employee. The manager even walked past me 4 times and said NOTHING. You may think Im exaggerating, but I walked in at 11:18AM and wasnt asked if I needed assistance until 11:53AM. How pathetic!
It wasn’t very busy but we waited over an hour for our very simple order. When it finally came out, the sandwich was soggy. They were friendly and understaffed and remade the sandwich but it was not a good experience
Kneaders is such a great lunch breakfast and lunch Destination though Im not sure why I order all you can eat French toast when I can barely eat one serving. ;) Lunch is a healthier meal and I lover their salads. If Im really hungry the turkey bacon avocado sandwich is delectable. Staff is always pleasant and respectful and happy. This location is 5 stars.
This restaurant is my favored. I go to a lot of restaurants but to this one I constantly return again and again. The team is very receptive and the food they place on your table is so tasty. I would always prefer to have a good meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.
Always fresh and delightful. The Italian omelette is a favorite for breakfast. My hubby enjoys the French toast—all you can eat!! The pieces are so thick that you can’t eat many. Anything with turkey is great for lunch or dinner! It’s all fresh turkey, just like at thanksgiving. Many great choices for sweets and baked items. We love the chocolate dome the very best. The fruit tart is another stand out item.
Waited half an hour for curbside only to find my order sitting on the counter.Also paid for extra bacon on sandwich and there was barely any bacon added.
